I like the store. The prices and variety of clothes, accessories, and gift sets, make it a one stop shopping experience for the entire family & friends. If you've been shopping in other stores in the mall I strongly suggest that you take your bags to the car and lock them in the trunk. I was followed all over the store by an employee who did everything in her power to make my shopping experience unpleasant. When I went to try on two dresses She took my basket looked in my bags that had my new belongings from Dillards and Charlotte Russe valuing at $575.00 in clothes and accessories, she even let another shopper put her things in my shopping cart and lean on my cart. I was mortified that I had to tell this. Strange woman that she was on my cart and to please remove her things😒. Of course I was 😠 I reported the entire incident to management who seemed serious about handling it. I'm on the fence about shopping at this location in the future. I work hard, and when I'm out looking flawless💃, smelling good✨, and spending my hard earned 💰, I need space to shop and explore the latest trends🔥, contemplate a new style to flatter me,👠👙👓👛👜👚👗💄👖👡 inside of a place that is organized clean and well stocked. I prefer beautiful inviting retail therapy. Not a suspicious racial profiler👀🏃🙅 following me all over the place👆👇👉👈. She didn't even once offer to assist me with finding items or anything she literally stalked me from the front ,to the women's active wear, then to dresses , after that to the dressing room where she rolled my cart out and the whole ordeal occurred. She even followed me to the Check out where I voiced my complaint right in front of her to her management. I don't deserve to be treated that way. I'm sure I won't go back. They don't deserve my hard earned money. I do 💘 the clutch with the gold thin chain and all of the fashion accessories I purchased.

I was there yesterday and the man at the fitting room was very rude when letting us in because supposedly at 5 they close the fitting rooms. After his rude and very unwelcoming attitude, he then locked me and another customer, a child, in the fitting rooms!!! The child’s dad had to go get another employee to let us out! Never in my life will I go back and give this place my business! Peace ✌️

Was in there several hours before even closing time and the dressing rooms were closed. But yet all the staff was at the front having a good time being loud and joking with customers they knew. The lady that checked us out was very nice, but they definitely need more professional staff. And dressing rooms should not be closed 4 to 5 hours before closing just because no one wants to be back there.

I bought a shape wear couldn’t try it on because the fitting rooms were closed. So I bought it took it home to try it on and see if I can fit it. I couldn’t. I tried to return it and they said no. I was never informed that I cannot return shape wear. They should have the dressing rooms open and at least inform customers that they cannot return shape wear.

Shopped at the new Burlington today. The lady before going out Rudely grabs my cart and says no carts outside. What a joke I spent over 200.00 and had a small child. She was very rude. She said this was corporate policy. I will be calling corporate.

Today was my first time in this Burlington and a very rude woman with a broom targeted me when i walked in carrying my 5 lb maltese harassing me about if it was service dog and then demanded me pull out paperwork and show her before I could return an item. I felt like she was so judgemental and it was so uncalled for. I have been to many burlington and I have never been treated so rudely and seen such bad customer service and public relations skills. After I returned the item I went to Dillards and spent my money there instead because of the rude experience. There are too many clothing store options that appreciate peoples business rather than to shop somewhere that treats you as if they don't want your business.

Lugar enorme donde puedes encontrar miles de prendas de ropa mujer, hombre y nin@s, zapatos, gadgets, juguetes etc. Tienen wifi pero no me funcionó. Precios muy bien y abren todos los días lunes a domingo. Parking de sobra en el exterior y que no se me olvide, en la puerta hay u señor que te cuenta chistes:D jaja

The store has a lot of issues.
The bathrooms are always out of order, the store is extremely hot, and the outside entrance doors are always broken.
I visit this location at least once a month and these issues have been going on since before COVID started and the maintenance on this location in very poor. I want to shop here more but I just can't stay in the store very long due to the excessive temperature and causing me to go in the mall to use the restroom .

There is plenty of stock and the staff are great but the issues preventing five stars are beyond the staff that helps you. Firstly from an obviously reclaimed space the entrances and exits externally are a bit hap-hazard . The biggest issue is that it’s either a plant operational issue or corporate decision but there is no climate control. In the midst of summer this is less than pleasant, and I feel for the staff that has to be cooped in for hours on end. The lack of ventilation causes a stagnant smell to hit you as soon as you enter. If it were for some repairs and or correction of environmental control this would be a five star rating.
