I am absolutely disgusted by my experience at this Dunkin' Donuts. After drinking half of my coffee, I noticed roaches crawling on the inside of my cup. It was horrifying to realize I had been drinking from that cup. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene standards of this location. I will never return, and I strongly advise others to stay away. This kind of negligence is dangerous and appalling

Everytime I come there’s a problem. Between hairs in my coffee, my coffee too sweet to drink as if they poured the whole sweetener in the coffee, sandwiches with just one egg on half the sandwich( it’s supposed to come with two) between me asking for a iced cappuccino and then filling the cup halfway of foam( I get half the coffee the rest is just foam ) between burnt toast on the my sandwiches, not to mention the rude workers who seem like they hate their life. I’ve been going to dunkin for 4+ years and I’ve gotten the same two item twice a week, if not more. This was my second time trying this location and both experiences were horrible. Worker are very unprofessional, rude with bonnets on their heads. They made my coffee wrong twice and had an attitude about their mistake. I asked for a refund and they shorted me $2 and was mad about their mistake again.

I’m not quite sure what has happened to Dunkin’ in the past several years, but their quality has decreased significantly. I had been disappointed with the lack of frosting/glaze along with the staleness of the donuts at the Enterprise location. However, I was hoping this location may be different, but once I walked in and saw the same issue with these donuts, I walked out without ordering. Stick to Downtown Donuts, which are now available in Dothan at Wild Honey, and other local donut establishments. Dunkin’ is no longer what it used to be.

I went on a weekday morning around 10am. I asked for a refresher, but was told it wasn't available, so I asked for a matcha latte instead and was told they didn't have it either. And then I asked for a regular coffee and avocado toast but was told they didn't have avocado so I left there. What do they have?

I was yelled at from the window of the drive thru then instructed to pull up because my food wasn’t ready. The kid brought it to the car, sandwich only…not in a bag, no napkins nothing. Not a good experience.

We went to this store on Tuesday afternoon around 1:30. The employee was there by himself (he drives a red Jeep), but he was so nice and friendly. He was patient with my kids as they decided which donut and drink they wanted.

We went through the drive thru and tried to order. We were informed that they were out of everything we ordered except the coffee. With no food in sight, we at least have the delicious drinks that they are known for, but even that was denied as the coffee was burnt and had a strong, lingering after taste. This is the worst experience I have ever had at any Dunkin.

The guy at the store was young, but so friendly and accommodating, especially considering he had been there all day by himself, when we got there the store was completely empty, we waited for over 10 minutes, then we started wondering if we had entered the scene of a bad movie and also if we should go searching for an employee, lol. We checked the restrooms, behind the counter and finally went outside and found the guy getting some air. He was so nice, very apologetic and as I said very accommodating. We go back at least twice a week to get the grandbaby her "nonuts".

It’s okay. The food and drinks are tasty. The dining area and restrooms need attention. On this last visit, tables and chairs needed cleaning (this was in the am shortly after opening), not all munchkins were available and they were out of most packaging, ie: no munchkin box, hash brown box.
If this was based off one visit, my comments wouldn’t be fair. I’ve been here a few times. The store needs an upgrade.

Called location on Montgomery Highway to find out hours for Black Friday. The person answering was very rude and told me she didn’t know and hung up the phone. Will not be doing business here. I was going to be making a huge order for my company.

Drama between person in charge and the cashier. Cashier pouting not wanting to do her job. She yelling at person in charge in front of customers. I never received my pumpkin spiced coffee that I ordered. I walked out, too much. Send her home, she needs to get it together. This is that generation that is never required to do anything at home and it shows in the work place., no work ethic.

Wish I checked reviews before I bothered. This location is basically run by kids who have no idea how to make coffee. And when you get to the window and tell them you ordered a sweet cold foam iced coffee and not just a plain iced coffee they just squirt some whipped cream in it and hand it back. I pay $4 for a drink I expect it to be right…and God forbid you apologize or even smile….

I go to this specific location EVERY morning! They make the best coffee and the staff is so sweet. The drive through is ran smoothly and I always get in and out quickly. Regina is the manager at this location and she is amazing and keeps this location running efficiently! Highly recommend this location above all other locations in Dothan, Al.

I have been here before and had multiple bad experiences, but it has been over a year so I was hoping maybe they had new staff or something and I decided to give them another chance. Well of course that was a bad decision. To begin with, I went to the drive through and they asked if they could take my order. While I was in the middle of saying my order, they rudely interrupted and said "you need to hold on a minute" and then I proceeded to wait about 10 minutes before they finally came back to take the order. My baby was in the back crying at this point so I was already on edge.
Keep in mind I was literally the only customer. There was no one else in the drive through or inside.
I told them my order which is pretty simple, and iced coffee with mocha and coconut flavor. Then he said "we out of those". Then he proceeded to list about 10 more staple flavors that they were out of. At that point I was just annoyed and said forget it and left. They were rude the whole time and incredibly unhelpful. I don't plan to be back.

It was a non-holiday on a Saturday. They had drive-thru customers parked all over the place in a chaotic fashion. There were maybe 4-6 cars and these people were acting like the entire store was swamped too. Maybe it’s not usually like that but that experience alone will keep me away for a bit.

20 minutes to get 3 doughnuts and 2 breakfast sandwiches. REALLY. The customer in front of us was still waiting for his order of 1 coffee and a breakfast sandwich. They served 2 people in front of him then asked what he was waiting on, he replied and they told him they didn't have that. But it was on his receipt, so he changed his order they brought it out and made the wrong sandwich and forgot his hashbrowns. I dont know if he ever got his food we left after taking 20 min for our order. We got home and of course my sandwich was wrong also. But hey they got the doughnuts right. Way to go.

This Dunkin's was very slow. The employees were not on the friendly side. While placing my order, I asked; do you have any jelly donuts? She said no we don't. And I noticed, a tray of them. So I asked; Aren't those jelly donuts? Her reply, I don't know what they are. To top it off, the restroom was out of paper towels and the tap water ran at a drip. I'm not going to visit this Dunkin anytime soon.

The problems we've experienced here in the past have been minor. Mostly wrong order. But today was different. Walked into the store and there was a short line. One lady, up front had no mask, and then was 3 others behind her with a mask. We waited in line and nobody behind the counter was even ACKNOWLEDGING the customers. Eventually, after continuing to wait, the people in front of us, who had masks, left. One by one. The lady with no mask was still at the counter. My husband spoke up to someone, trying to get their attention. We were ignored. He spoke to another employee, ignored again. We too left after NO ONE answered us. They all kept their backs to us. Why???? My guess is bc the one lady had no mask, they took it upon themselves to ignore everyone else?? The lobby was open so why no service?? Bad business!! Bad customer service!! Employees need retraining.
