I had their house coffee with a bacon cheddar scone and a small chocolate marshmallow cake. There is plenty of seating and would be a great place to work or read quietly or get together with friends. We were traveling through and stopped for coffee and tea. Wow! What a great coffee shop! The coffee and tea were excellent as were the pastries we tried. The shop was also wonderful for the experience. Had lots of interesting characteristics, items for sale, great Halloween decorations and a large and good wine selection. We’ve been fortunate to run into a number of interesting coffee shops and this ranks very high on our list of favorites! If you live in Dothan or just passing through it is worth the stop!

Mural City Coffee Company is an exceptional coffee shop. The shop is huge and nicely decorated. The service was great and the coffee was delicious! I got an oat milk latte with no flavoring. The seating was comfortable and varied. There was plenty of street parking. You can even print documents!

Employees,manager and owner have terrible customer service. Owner was very rude when asked to remake my coffee when they put too much milk in, said it was my fault the coffee was made wrong and refused multiple times when asked nicely to remake coffee. As a business owner you should not treat anyone rudely or badly you don’t know what’s going on in their lives and even more especially when they were being nice and politely asked for their drink to be remade.

My favorite coffee shop I’ve ever been to! And I don’t say that lightly. Mural City is gorgeous aesthetically while providing the best atmosphere to study, work, read, or even catch up with a friend and hang out. The staff is always friendly and the coffee is delicious. Some of the best there is. I’m normally an iced coffee gal, but the latte here initiated my love for a hot beverage. Every time I visit Dothan I make a point to go to Mural City! Can’t rave about them enough - I’m not one to rate/review things often, but had to go out of my way to give this incredible coffee shop the love they deserve. Truly a rare gem that I look forward to visiting again and again!

I've lived in Dothan for most of my life, and i tell you what, this is the most modern piece of the 21st century that has EVER hit the wiregrass area. I walk into MCC and forget that im even in Dothan, let alone Alabama. Please do yourself a favor and just come and sit here at MCC. The energy is immediately nostalgic, even if one has never been here. Thanks to the Swans, Dothan has a city-like heartbeat encompassed within 4 walls. 10 out of 10, would try and recommend.

I usually spend my weekends in coffee shops studying, and I’ve been in a LOT of shops all over the states and abroad. I even worked for one back in college. However, I’ve yet to come across one that even comes close to matching the atmosphere and quality of Mural City, especially after the remodel! However, if there’s one thing I miss it’s the tables. It’s great that there’s more seating, but the size of the round tables can make having a laptop and notes out simultaneously difficult. Also, while there’s more seating overall there seems to be less seating for groups of more than two. It’d be nice to have some of the bigger tables again. Nontheless, I think Mural City is the standard for what I look for in a coffee shop!

Certainly will enjoy this place again. Very cool building and many places to relax. Espresso was delicious but satisfaction is not guaranteed on the cold brew which was weak and had metallic taste. I gave the cold brew back and had to pay for a replacement espresso. $2 not a big deal but sorta strange.

I’m not from here, but I’m in Dothan frequently and Mural City has been my favorite until today! Not sure if they’ve changed some things since I’ve last been here but the coffee size is small compared to the price you pay. I paid $7.09 for a 12 oz coffee even though I asked for the 20 oz. When I questioned it, I was told the alternative milk is more expensive. However, I wasn’t told that when purchasing it. The original person who took my order was not helpful at all, and acted almost annoyed when taking my order. Still a cool place as far as atmosphere but honestly I can go elsewhere for better prices and better customer service. Also, they offer no punch card/rewards incentive program that I’m aware of like so many do. I’ll likely choose a different spot when I come back to town….

I love their open mic nights. Their coffee is very strong so if you love that kind of thing then they are great with that. I love the couches by the fireplace. Their regular chairs are very uncomfortable to sit on though. You cannot beat the hospitality there at any place. I love going there. I can't wait for the next open mic and lattes.

My husband and I are from the Pacific Northwest where there are coffee shops on almost every street corner. Mural City Coffee would fit right in there. The coffee and scones were very good and the service is laid back and inviting. I come in every time I'm in town visiting family.

We gave them a try at the Poplar Farmer’s Market, and they had a delicious watermelon drink! My husband purchased an Americano and said it was average. For the price and small sizes, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, especially considering the other coffee shops around with better prices for the quantity. But, if you’re craving watermelon in liquid form and have some money to spend, go for it!

The coolest spot to enjoy a hot (or cold) cup of delicious coffee in Dothan. This place has massive interior with plenty of space for you to stretch out and relax while getting your caffeine boost. The coffee is roasted beautifully, the lattes are expertly crafted, and you couldn't say more about the well-trained and professional staff. This is the only place I go for coffee.

We come to Dothan at least once a month to visit family. Every time we visit, my wife and I stop at MCCco. Usually a pretty good stop. Came in once and got a drink that tasted terrible and they wouldn’t remake it and were also rude in the process of telling us they wouldn’t do that. Felt disappointed. Over all they are a great stop and I would still go back. They make great teas and I’d give the tea counter 5 star every time!

Update: I got there ht chocolate tonight while waiting on the parade, it was perfect!

The environment was great. The staff was super friendly and very informative being I have no clue when it comes to coffee. The gentleman was very patient with me and he explained everything from the types of coffee to the process each had. The coffee smell was amazing while waiting for my freshly ground coffee. You should go!!

Top 5 fave coffee places. Top 5 is a tie, lol so this is top tier atmosphere and coffee. I gotta go again. Tried the BSS tea, perfect, like a London fog, but blue🤷🏼‍♀️ and the classic iced WCM. Perfection, just the right strong and sweet balance. Loved the shop with the tshirts and stuff. I'm making myself thirsty...GO get you some!

Honestly, THE BEST COFFEE I’ve ever had! They roast their own beans in-house which is evident in every cup. I recently tried the Chaga Latte - iced and hot - and was BLOWN AWAY by how delicious it was. The shop is cool and inviting and their tea selections are OFF THE CHARTS AMAZING! It’s beautifully set up and just the best. We love over an hour away but I would drive for this coffee! Definitely a MUST for coffee, tea & even water drinkers! Great food selection as well that pairs beautifully with your beverage of choice!

Hands down best coffee I’ve ever had. I’ve worked as a craft coffee barista myself and to see the level detail and excellence this shop puts into each drink was incredible (far beyond anything I was ever able to do). The espresso was perfectly pulled, milk perfectly steamed and textured, and flavors balanced. The owner himself was working the bar, which is a testament to the detail and quality control.

I really don’t write reviews often but I had to for this shop. My whole party (8-10 people) were in from Texas and we were all blown away. Atmosphere, coffee, staff talent and knowledge all 10/10. Wish it was closer.

A fantastic coffee/tea (and more) cafe. Ran by a couple of very kind people, not only are the drinks wonderful but the rest of the very helpful and knowledgeable staff brighten the experience. If there’s anything you aren’t familiar with, they are great at teaching you or helping you make decisions. Their quality doesn’t weaken when on the road either, the Mural City Coffee “food” truck provides amazing drinks as well. Can’t wait to spend some weekend mornings working, reading or just hanging out here!

My first ever coffee shop experience. The staff member that took my order was very helpful because I had no clue how to order. She suggested a beverage and explained how it was made and asked further questions to hopefully make the right beverage for and it came out perfect. I also had a raspberry scone that was super delicious and I am definitely goin back to try more things. I love the environment and being able to sit and enjoy myself.

Cozy environment, good coffee and tea. One must stop by when passing thru the Dothan.

The atmosphere is wonderful. The products are good. Im just an average person so i felt a little out of place. The staff i experienced wasnt overly friendly and didnt seem to understand me to awnser a question about their products. I will visit again.

Really enjoyed it. I loved 4oz cup option for my daughter. She got a iced hot chocolate.

I love this place! Smells so good! My kids always get frozen hot chocolates. The lattes are really good. My favorites are the teas!!! OMG!!! The tea selection!!!! ❤️
