Will not be going back to this location! Ordered a vanilla blonde latte with vanilla sweet cream cold foam. Have ordered this drink for years and anytime I order anything new I always get cold foam. At this location I got to the window and they handed me my drink without the cold foam. I told the lady they forgot it and she turned around to get my cold foam added. I saw the other lady through the window pour out half of my coffee and fill it with just cold foam. When I asked if she just poured my coffee out to put that in there she got defensive and said she didn’t pour that much out I am attaching a pic to show just how much was poured out and replaced with cold foam. I ordered a coffee not just cold foam

Loved the vibe in this Starbucks in Dothan, Alabama. Open and airy. This is a large store with plenty of seating. Even some tables to change your devices.
They greet you as soon as you walk in. They are quick with your order, and it was on point. So the 20-minute drive was cool.

Remember, Sundays little are open in the smaller cities.

Staff was nice. Drinks were good. We got a Frappccino and a frozen pineapple refresher that was amazing for people who don't like coffee. The Frappccino was the cookie crumble one but I wished I had asked for it to be sweeter though it was still good. I would definitely recommend this location.

No one should have to be trapped in a drive thru for 30 mins when they entered with only 3 cars ahead of them.
Every order in front of us was large, the lady in front of us literally got handed 6 bakery items on top of drinks. The large orders need to be moved inside or as curbside.. something needs to change.
I tried to talk to management and it was “we’re just slammed, sorry about that” no empathy, no care or how inconsiderate it is to be in that situation. While inside wasn’t busy when I entered the line or left it.
Large orders should not be allowed in the drive thru, point blank. 30 mins for 3 drinks is ridiculous! I ordered ahead so by the time I even got to the window drinks were watered down and no good, but we didn’t have time to wait another 10-15 to have them to be remade. Wasted $23.. and 30 mins that cost us to be late for an apt that we had plenty of time to get to before stopping at this location.
I’ve had other issues with this location before, but this hit the top. I’ll go to the new location in Dothan before I ever go here again.

Great Starbucks - Excellent service with patient and warm staff. These folks were on point with their service, drinks and friendliness. For large groups, this Starbucks is has tons of inside and outside extra space.

I almost jumped the curb at this location because I had 30 minutes before I had to be at work and I still barely made it because I was stuck in a very short line with no escape , and no Starbucks your extremely upbeat positive attitudes do not make up for this crap that happens all the time

You would think with as many Starbucks as there are nationwide and the “expensive quality” they should provide that all Starbucks would meet expectations such as Chick Fil A offers. When I go to CFA they never disappoint, quality usually meets our expected standards. That is NOT the case with Starbucks, you never know what you may get for your expensive fufu coffee. Lack of quality or love put into making our $23 coffee today at this location

Love my Starbucks regardless of their political stance. I do the order a head app and rarely have to wait-love being able to walk in, grab my drinks, and head out. Love the fact that I can tip after I retrieve my drink and taste it. Staff is normally very helpful (especially the PC location on 23rd).

I would give 3, but the drive thru option is extremely convenient and the employees are always friendly. The reason for this being the quality of certain drinks. The handful of times we’ve gone, my husband mentions how watered down his black coffee tastes. He much prefers the coffee at the Starbucks inside of Target or B&N. I ordered a London Fog Latte, and it also seemed to be watered down and lacked zero sweetness. I’ve only found one barista that is able to make it correctly, and that was back in Texas. I wished more baristas knew how to properly make this drink as it is my favorite.

Stopped while driving from Florida to Tennesee. This is a very busy starbucks with walk in and a busy drive thru. I was highly impressed with the speediness of the batistas especially a young lady named Kailey who waa making multiple drinks faster than my eyes could keep up with.

The orders came out fast which was great but everything else sucked. First off, the woman over charged me. She added a tip without asking me first. My order was. The same amount as my friends who got two vintis and a sandwhich. Then they didn’t even make my drink right. So if all you’re looking for is speed they’re great but if you want what you ordered then I don’t suggest this location.

Our 8 year old granddaughter asked to place our drink orders, so we let her. What was exceptional was the barista working the drive thru was so friendly to her and realizing she was a young kid, she asked if she wanted her hot chocolate "kid temperature friendly". Can I just say, Awesome! Never has anyone asked her that, but we were so impressed by her thoughtfulness and Grace was able to drink her treat without having to wait extra time to enjoy her drink.

The order was made online, and we picked it up through the drive-through. The drink was made on-point but forgot our chocolate croissant, but they recognized the mistake themselves before we did, and it came within a couple of minutes fresh and warm.

My mother and i normally absolutely LOVE this particular starbucks in Dothan and we come at least once a week. Today was our first ever bad experience. We pull up to the speaker, and begin ordering. Right off the bat, the employee was putting everything on the screen wrong (ex: sizes incorrect, hot and cold incorrect, toppings incorrect). We finally reach a point where we got the screen looking right, and we pull up to the window. We’re immediately handed an incorrect large hot drink when we ordered a large cold. We explain we ordered this coffee as a large iced, and they said no problem we will fix it. Well, they come back with a medium iced coffee. At this point, we are so frustrated we just accept the coffee as is without getting our large instead of a medium. We ordered 2 pastries as well and we were handed the coffee and told have a good day without getting our pastries. So again, we had to explain we ordered 2 pastries as well. They come back with the pastries and we asked for some napkins and straws. We were handed a bag, not napkins nor a straw, for whatever reason and then again told to have a good day and the window was closed on us. After tasting my coffee, it was brought to my attention i had clear/white sharp (plastic?) hard pieces in both of my coffees that were in no way shape or form edible. Mind you, this was a caramel brûlée latte and i understand it has brûlée toppings, but these were not able to be chewed and cut my gum. Not sure what was going on today….

Im giving 2 stars because the cake pops were good. BUT the sugar cookie drink I got is absolutely disgusting it's a extremely bitter watery drink with some sprinkles in it. It looks and tastes horrible. So disappointed after the long wait
