I’ve been here a handful of times and each time, the item I order comes out better than expected. This isn’t so much about the food/drinks as it is the service. Why does it take 15-20 minutes for one persons coffee? Originally I would do 2 stars on service because the employees I typically encounter aren’t to bad, but I can’t get over the fact I’ve been waiting in line for nearly 40 minutes and I’m the 2nd person in line. Granted it may be busy inside, the drive-through is still just as important. I’m sure a lot of people would prefer this gets fixed because a lot of people do seem to enjoy those clays and I don’t think anyone else necessarily wants to go to another for coffee. People have jobs to be up at just like you do working at this place.

The other two drinks and doughnuts were okay, nothing amazing. I guess it wasn't totally all the barista's fault, she was apparently newish and there was no one else working with her, which is bad business. We also left a good tip before we realized we were over chaged and our "comp drink" was less than what we paid, but we weren't going to dig out the tip and we felt bad for the barista. All in all we were severely disappointed in our experience. We stopped here because Bean Bros has amazing reviews. Won't be back.

We ordered the "deer camp" flavored (salted caramel with sweet cream) iced lattees via the drive through and absolutely loved them! Hands down one of the best iced lattees we've had. We ordered mediums and the size was quite large. My husband usually doesn't like flavored lattees but he crushed this one! Service was also prompt and the lady serving us was sweet! For two medium iced lattees it was $18 with taxes and tip. You should stop here and support local :).

Bean Bros has given me the best coffee shop experience I could’ve asked for. The food and drinks are fair priced and worth every penny. Service is always super friendly and speedy. Couldn’t ask for a better spot. Be sure to ask for a punch card!

Been going to bean bro since they opened up in Daleville. Always excellent. I went to dothan this morning and stopped by for the first time at their dothan shop. Worse experience ever. The employees seemed to have a attitude and at 7am in the morning their bathroom was empty. No paper towels no toilet paper when I asked a employee to restock it they got a attitude. Also, the coffee was very weak and watery. Worse Bean bro experience 😞

I started visiting Bean Bro about a month ago when I found out they supported our Polar Plunge because I love to support business that support their community. Ever since then it’s been a weekly tradition with my sweet pup. Chai, BEC bagel, and a pup cup. Thankful to have this business in our community. I love a good cup of coffee! I have never been consistently satisfied at any establishment until I started frequenting Bean Bros. I know what to expect when I stop by Bean Bros. It doesn’t matter who is working the drive thru or front counter, my coffee is consistently good! I was on a road-trip to PCB and this was an amazing stop on the way there! Great customer service, very personable, great prices, clean store, and the best coffee I’ve ever had. The roast is perfect, so flavorful, and strong espresso. I recommend the iced vanilla latte with oat milk👀!

My husband LOVES this place. He was a Starbucks addict for many years. I never thought another coffee shop would take their place. The coffee is very strong which he likes. It's not for me however the customer service is good. The workers are always smiling and friendly. The donuts I have had are also good! 😊
