I ordered a pair of boots for my son for Christmas when he opened the box he loved the boots. Only to find one was a size 12 and one was a size 9. How did this happen .. now I have to drive 30 miles and deal with this at the store and my son has no boots.. not happy

This Kohl's is not the best one around! It's pretty small, and Sephora seems to be the only thing they care to keep up with in this particular store. The one in Lynn Haven is much bigger and better staffed.

Also, when you park in the handicapped area and go in the closest door there are no shopping carts, you have to walk down to the other entrance to get one. We went to Beall's and bought clothes there instead.

I always have a great experiece when I shop at Kohls. I'm always greeted with "welcome to Kohls" by an associate. Its a great shopping atmosphere and its clean andl well ventilated like a store is supposed to be. Kohls is one of my favorite shopping centers. I went shopping a week ago for a few things and the cashier named Cynthia was so polite during checkout. She had a smile on her face and she was cordial. The atmosphere at Kohls is so warm and friendly.

I liked going in there snd shopping. However there wasn’t much warm clothing in my daughters 10-14 girls sizes. Really wanted thick leggings. I also was never asked if I needed help with three women that worked there right next to me talking for a good 15 minutes or more. I will be back though. Its was still a nice place to shop.

i lost my legs in a car accident when I was 9 years old. My Cousin Preston was pushing me around in the Kohls Wheelchair and they proceeded to kick me out and I had to craw my way back to my car. Never again will we shop here.

This is hands down my favorite store to shop at. With the clearance and the constant sales they have on top of clearance and then you earn 10 bucks kohls cash for every 50 you spend plus rewards on the dollar that turn into additional kohls cash....I mean my receipt will be like spent $40 saved $300 most times....can't go wrong with those prices...on good quality store brand and name brand items!!!

Walked into the Kohl's in Dothan on 4/4/22 at 245 pm
to do an Amazon return and to buy a comforter set I'd been looking at online. Both the manager ( she wore keys) and cashier looked dead at me and didn't speak. I walked back to the counter and did my return. The lady in the back was kind and assisted me quickly. I walked back toward the front still no one spoke. But both of these ladies were greeting other customers as the walked in. I guess you don't want my dollars, so I kepted them and went to Dillard's and bought something else. You'd think people would be glad to have brick and mortar customers considering most buying has transitioned to online. I will only be going back for returns.

I have never had a bad experience at Kohl’s until today. The lady with brown hair in customer service was so rude and nasty towards my situation. I assume she was some sort of management the way she approached to the front after being called for help on my situation. I was just trying to get help on a package I had dropped off through their service. Which on my end was saying the package had never got received. She didn’t even offer to help me do anything, but continue to say there is nothing she can do with an attitude. I let her know I had a kohl’s tracking # but again she let me know that wasn’t her job to help me, but contact the company I did the return from. Which they told me to go to kohl’s where I had dropped the package off. But of course she wouldn’t have cared because it’s not her money being wasted! She needs to definitely learn how to talk to people.
