I went to look for one thing ended with a basket full. Prices are good and the line went fast. I check out with a young lady named Brianna she was delightful great energy very nice helpful and fast . I love shopping here. This store is so HOT all year around it's just about impossible to shop more than 30 minutes. If you complain to a Mgr. they blame it on corporate office. Well, would somebody please do something about this please. We are in S.E.Alabama where the winter months are not really that cold. You could put the heat 73 and be comfortable and 73 in t he summer. It's hot in there and keeps a lot of us from shopping.

This store is a shopper's vacation. It's almost impossible to leave without purchasing something. The store is well stocked with a large variety of items in each section. I went to purchase a purse. Not a bad selection but many purses are wired to the display frame to prevent theft. It was discouraging not to get easier access to those wired with each other, just to be able to look the purse over was difficult if not impossible. I had to wait for assistance from the employee at the jewelery counter to assist. This store needs more employees to assist customers other than at the registers. Watch out for expiration dates on packaged food items. Front end cashiers are always pleasant. Always good prices.

They were fully stocked and still unloading. Looks like they are redoing the "image" of the store as well. Noticed some brands that normally haven't been there so that was a bonus.

Went in today to get a few things. There were some items marked down and some not. I asked the cashier, who wasn't certain of the reason. So, she called a supervisor over. This lady was so rude. I have never been treated so horribly by a member of management. NO reason for it at all. I will NOT be back for anything until some changes and customer service training occur for this staff. Do not recommend anyone using this location unless you just like horrible customer service.
