After my shopping experience I came home and purchased a RV washing machine on line.
I find great prices and what I want. I do not shop Amazon,I find them rude and not very accommodating

Trust me, if I could give less I would! Not only have they created a he'll of a mess in my life, but they belittled me and embarrassed me when I didn't do anything wrong but trying to do the right thing! An ex partner of mine whom I finished a cleaning job with, decided to start stealing from this place and sure I could of ran through the store yelling " help , someone she's stealing!" But let's be real. Who ever truly does that ?? So instead I put mynitems back at self checkout and proceeded to leave. We'll thay wasn't enough because Walmart thought I had some invilolvement in her actions and had ME ARRESTED instead when she ran! They illegally had my legally parked car towed, and to make it worse they used a company that has a reputation for victimizing their customers whose vehicles they tow and blackmailing them. Now, thank God, my charges are about to be dropped due to lack of evidence. But just note: never ever go shopping here! Or at Harper's Towing in dpthan. It'll make you sick how pow they're employees will go just to get a notch on their belt.

Hard to navigate because the isles are too narrow at the South side Walmart, but the North side Walmart has enough room typically. The South side store sells a lot of damaged goods. I frequently do not get all of the items that I want and need. My 2 cents - Walmart is losing millions per year at the South side Walmart.

My husband went to buy a rifle, stood there for 20 minutes waiting, pushing the button, and waiting. He is a patient man. However, when the employee finally arrives, looks at him and says "you would come now" sarcastically and then proceeds to tell him he can't buy the gun because she's clocking out. Are you friggin kidding me. I know it is hard to get good employees, but damn Walmart can you at least get better than this???

Absolutely horrible! They're always out of a lot of things, the self checkout employees are ridiculous, they stand there & basically breathe down your neck when you're having to scan your own items then get nasty with an attitude when you ask for a manager because some items don't ring up as they're priced on the shelf. I went to the after Christmas sale & it was a nightmare, I had a whole cart full of things & at least 1/3 didn't ring up as marked on shelves, the manager pricilla was nasty & all she did was pass blame on the next person how that's not Walmarts product & so on...I mean okay then why is it in the 50% off section not just one but a whole wall of them?! The cashiers act like they're miserable being there adding to the already frustrating situation of the store being total chaos. I may be just one customer but I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this way. For now on I shop at the north side Walmart they have a way better selection & nicer things to choose from.

They did not have one although they were running a sale by two at $56 or something like that that’s a horrible thing to go through not being able to breathe and knowing that a simple inhaler could change the whole situation yeah they didn’t even have fun

Waited for my turn and machine said attendant required to purchase my antacid, extremely young girl came and said they couldn't sell me the antacid and walked away with the product? I got another one off the shelf and checked out with a cashier, always a hassle at Walmart.

Maaaan. I have been in the automotive dept, standing, aimlessly, for over 40 minutes waiting on someone to unlock a case. Just so I can get a three dollar car headlight bulb. It was roughly 8pm when I got here, so I understand the automotive area is close. I did not anticipate the bulbs to be locked in a case, but that's fine- I get it. I followed the appropriate steps, I pressed the alert buttons and waited patiently, multie times. So I proceed to go on a conquest to find a human. I found a nice lady in electronics who agreed to summon help. Yet, all of her pleas fell on deaf ears.
A few different times she even called the other employees BY NAME over the loud speaker. Here I leave, empty handed. I just wanted to replace my turn signal bulb. 😒 👎

I've never encountered a worse location, and I've never complained about a Walmart before. Your employees are just hanging out outside 5 minutes before closing. Why not monitor them on camera? The customer service team is all just standing around, laughing and talking. I'll be calling the corporate number today after my visit last Friday night.

I have been a Walmart customer since I was in my mother’s womb and I loved Walmart. In my later years I developed a terminal lung disease that requires me to be on oxygen and I can’t walk very far so ordering online was perfect for me and I was a plus member and spent what I considered a good amount of money there well for some reason south side Walmart started canceling my orders and then my membership and even closed down my account but told me I could no I be a member or shop online but I could come in the store and shop. I have no real idea what happened and I have some pretty nasty emails from then I saved. I cannot am not and will not ever spend anymore money there as long as I live bc I am not able to walk in there dragging my oxygen tank around trying to get my groceries or whatever I need. I was a good lifelong customer that absolutely loved Walmart but they treated me so badly that the thought of them turns my stomach but that’s just my experience with them. To each his own.

Walked into the store to see an employee follow us into the store, we thought nothing of it at the time, since we didn’t do anything. A few moments later we still notice the man following us. While looking at purchasing one of the nerf guns, we are told to leave by the employee. When we asked for a reason, he responds by saying, ”you aren’t shopping so you gotta leave”. We had arrived with a group and asked if we could go to them and talk it out with them, and we are met with a threat to call the police. The employee had no reason to kick us out, and we are extremely upset and feel discriminated. It feels like we were targeted from before we even entered. The employee did not show us a name tag, even though he visibly had one. He had ripped black jeans and was wearing black and red Jordan’s with a black face mask. So upset at this experience and I will never come back to this Walmart. If anything this experience reflects upon the manager, who has clearly been lazily neglecting the quality of his employees and shopping environment.

Great location and products. My biggest complaint is there is no one ever working the self registers really anymore. I know it's a new policy being pushed , but it doesn't make sense for the volume and customer service model or elderly people at all. My father isn't able to use the self check outs at all so whatbisnthe point.
