I love this Dollar general, it's huge, well stocked, and has wonderful staff.

They almost always have hot tamales and other snacks and when this store runs clearance you can get some really good stuff VERY cheap.

This store also has a small clothing section, health care section, and normal house supply stuff that you would see at almost any dollar general.

Today the manager Jonathan was extremely rude and felt as if no one can correct him. He went above and beyond to make me feel as if I was a liar for showing him the price of Tide detergent. He snatched the merchandise from me and put it on the floor after saying “You people always do this” I understand people have bad days but being in customer service you have to be able to control your emotions. I forgive you for threatening me, I forgive you for abusing your small authority and I forgive you for mishandling your position. Just know Jonathan you did not ruin my day!

Customer service is great but there is always a long line that extends to the back of the store. Only one check out line.

Self check out has been out of order for over a year.

I'd probably save more time driving into town just to get a gallon of milk.

Very clean store as well as very well stocked. Kind, yet professional staff. It was easy to find exactly what my daughter and I were looking for. Checked out very quickly so we weren't late for her appointment. I love that they have their canned coffee up front near their registers. Fast check out. Not busy. Greeted and thanked with a smile!

This is my hometown dollar general. I love it and I love them. The employees are always nice...even when they don't need to be or have to be. The store is clean and neat and the parking lot isn't creepy like other dollar general s I've seen. They stay open til 9pm!

We choose the store on 605 aka Jonathon and Dawn's store. They are both very friendly and helpful every single time. The store is always neat, clean and well stocked. Even though there are countless DG's closer to the house we go out of our way to go to that one. Simply because of them.

This is a bigger Dollar General they built not to long ago. I always find lots of things to help with storage or decorations to potting plants. They keep up with the seasons. They have a little bit of everything. The people that work there are always nice and friendly. I spend to much money, it seems like.Because I find too many things I need / want.

Been here only twice and this store has the rudest employees I’ve ever seen. Cashier was on her phone texting when there was a long line. Male employee didn’t seem to care that the line was long. Never again. Took me 15 minutes to purchase 1 thing

Worst customer service I've ever seen. There were literally close to 20 people standing in line. So after waiting in line for 30 minutes, they refused to sell me tobacco products because they wouldn't accept my state of Alabama identification! Totally legal and in date!

I visit this store very often because it is on my way home from work and close to home. Today, I went in and asked Denise (store clerk) if I could use the restroom, she replied the key is somewhere on register 2. I'm a little puzzled because surely she does not want me to reach behind the counter onto a register....so I look for a key...do not see a key, so I ask another employee if I can please have the key to the restroom, she hands me the fly swatter with a key attached to the end of it. Needless to say I went to the ladies door, tried to unlock it and it doesn't unlock. My husband tried the men's door and it doesn't unlock it. I go stand back in line and Carol (employee) walks by. I ask her if there is another key to unlock the ladies door, she says," you can only use the men's bathroom, the ladies restroom is not for the public." Shocked, at her response, I tell her the key doesn't unlock the mens door, Carol shrugged her shoulders and walked away! This is horrible customer service!
