Reading through the previous comments, I was expecting to see a neatly organized store. Yikes!! This place looked like a tornado ripped through it. I could not find anything I needed.

Decorations were plentiful, but it was scattered on multiple random aisles. The end of the aisles were just tossed with a miscellaneous flow. Binders were smashed inside baskets to make them fit, which ended up having many of them broken or ruined.

The cashier wasn't very friendly. When we asked about something that was not able to be found, she asked if we went down a certain aisle. I told her we did and we looked in every aisle and she just shrugged her shoulders.

I cannot recall this store ever looking like this, but then again, I don't visit often. I just don't see how anyone can find what they are looking for in there.

I really enjoy coming in to this location, they're friendly and have more variety. The other location on Murphy Mill is gross and the employees are rude.

Take a trip to this local Dollar Tree. You will receive excellent customer service and find the products you need at an obvious good price. The manager is always there to help you with anything you need. Stop by and find some great products! Great location.

The store was neat and tidy. I went to purchase resident events , pet events, theme, holiday gift bag items to give away and came out successfully with all this store offer. Customer service was wonderful. I will visit this location again for event supplies. Aisle are clear and I was able to shop and take my time without overcrowding. Which in most of today dollar store have that issue. Dollar tree does not shelves were stocked fit and no product in the aisle on huge carts. No more family dollar or dollar general for me until they can find enough employees to fill shelves. Thank dollar tree for keeping employee happy that keep our store ready for shoppers.

It's actually the bigger of the Dollar trees in Dothan they have more stuff and more choices absolutely love love location and the place and the people!! I give them five thumbs up 👍👍👍👍👍

The dollar tree has gotten their back to school supplies in People!! They even have small backpacks and the cute cloth box lunch boxes, their great for preschool or elementary School age, Oh what am I saying I actually got me one of the little backpacks and the lunch bags for traveling and for my job!!(so cute and boy& girl colors)😍🥰

This is the best organized, well stocked and dollar tree that I have been to in Dothan. The aisles are labeled like a grocery. Road work in the area is a temporary nuisance but we'll worth going to this one among all there stores here.

My experience was aweful... when I arrived at the store to go in the store air was out... but fans were running ...but still hot and muggy.. got a few items and proceeded to check out... the cashier ( Christine) seemed frustrated and irritable... as I proceeded to check out... she didn't speak until I decided to take some items off my purchase ... that made her even more irritable...she proceeded to be irritable as she was deleting items off then she decided to snatch the bags and yelled to tell me that she was going to have to rering my items up as she threw the other items on the back register to another cashier stating in a nasty tone ...here she don't won't these items... I proceeded on to check out not saying a word... then she stated.. bye ... have A nice day.. I laughed... walked off... then it was an elderly man behind me... she greeted him with a smile and said hello how are you..... I very well understand the condition that she was working in wasn't conducive to a pleasant work environment... but NEVER treat your customers in a nasty way because of your current condition...

It's a great place of EZ convenience and good prices for cheap stuff however remember you get what you pay for so the quality and most of their products aren't going to be top-notch but they do have a lot of good office supplies and it's great for holidays and give shopping

Not as good as it used to be. They went up on prices and went down on size and value for merchandise, and don't have as good of a selection as they did before they went up on price and down on ounces and size. I'm sorry Dollar tree but it's the truth what I'm saying.

I loved the tree but who wouldn't everything is a 1$ or 2/4 a1$. But I find on meny items has gotten so tiny not large anymore like.

I use to love coming to this dollar tree usually some of the sweetest and nicest employees are there, but today that has changed my mind. While up at the register waiting to be checked out there were 2 people in front me, a family being checked out and an older lady next in line. The family being checked out were speaking in spanish(which is not a big deal). As soon as they walked away from the register and the lady in front of me went next the cashier I believe her name is danielle immediately started to complain about the family speaking I Spanish to this customer. My jaw dropped !! She stated that they shouldn't be coming into our country speaking their language and we dont go over there speaking out language(which makes no sense) and that they needed to learn how to speak proper English of they were to come in to the store and into our country, however when the cashier spoke to them they spoke perfect English and they were speaking in Spanish upon themselves. Never in my life have I experienced something like that especially in customer service. Never going back to this store.

They need more cashier's. Litterally standing in line with 15 people AC was bad sweating while waiting cashier was overwhelmed. She was dumbing the baskets out on the belt. We had glass in ours. When we sad be careful there's glass she got an attitude. Not her fault she needed help.
