I have been in this store plenty of times in the last year & have always had a pleasant experience, but today was extra special. I don’t think the cashier knows just how much I appreciated her today. My son had to endure a very boring day with me at my work & he had only asked for one thing in return for his good behavior all day & that was to check Walgreens for Pokémon cards after work. So we went on the search for a specific pack he had seen 2 weeks ago, but we couldn’t find it in the store. The cashier helped us find all the Pokémon toys and cards because they had been moved. It made what was a stressful day so much easier & she was so sweet to me & my son. We ended up finding some cards and a toy that made him so happy! I wish I had gotten her name, but I can guarantee I’ll be shopping there often as a result of her kind nature & great customer service.

Don’t try to pickup anything at all, they are apparently always out of literally every medication I send to their pharmacy. I think they may as well close this location honestly. It’s a waste of a pharmacy and nothing more than a convenience store at this point. I’m so pissed by the fact yall probably have it and you just cancel my prescriptions because I call them in the day they’re do for refill because I’m adhd and extremely on time with everything I do. Sincerely f Walgreens I’ll never be back.

They continually mess up orders. If the doctor sends over a revised order, they will fill the old one. You can ask for something over and over—for example—don’t put a certain RX on auto refill, and yet it will be continuously refilled, while the one you asked 3 times to be put on the auto refill list never is. I like the convenience of Walgreens, but I’ve never seen a local pharmacy so consistently screw things up. Count on at least two trips to get it right.

Literally the worst pharmacy ive ever been too. I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but every time i go back im disappointed. This is unacceptable. Do not get your perscriptions filled here. Its a watse of time. Youll be waiting 2 days to get a measly 10 pill perscription. No matter what its always something with this pharmacy. Not to mention the employees are rude and are very unproffesional. Never have i ever been to a pharmacy so unorganized and unproffesional. Walgreens DO BETTER!

Worst experience ever! After waiting over 130 minutes Pharmacy tech Logan tried to charge 68$ for children's amoxicillin after refusing to run my insurance because he had never heard of champ va (dependant children's insurance of disabled combat connected veterans) I asked him to try and he said I was making it up. I said he should be more respectful to Veterans and he replied with "respect is earned". I requested my prescriptions be returned to me so I could have them filled somewhere else and he initially refused. Eventually I had them filled at Walmart who ran my child's insurance and filled it for $1.68 in 15 minutes. I'll never shop at this location and will encourage other veterans and dependants of veterans to spend their money elsewhere also.

Just came in to fill post surgery pain medications, they are saying it will be nearly an hour and a half before it is filled. Counter help has gruff uncaring attitude towards the pain.

Walgreen's is one of my favorite places to pick up a few items. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly and helpful. I visit Walgreen's at least 3 to 5 times per week. They have a little bit of everything so Walgreen's is convenient for me.

Very slow service. On the app you can’t refill prescriptions until at least 2 days out. Even that is inaccurate and my life-sustaining medication was pushed out another day before it could be ready. I’ve been told medications will be ready and they are not even filled on more than one occasion.

Website states pharmacy is open Saturday and Sunday. I even called before I go and the store employee told me the pharmacy WAS opened. Get there and go through the drive thru and there is a big sign in the window saying the pharmacy is closed.

Drove from Ashford to pick up meds and was car #2 at pick-up window at 5:57pm on Saturday 8/20/2022. Car in front of me pulls off and I pull up to window and worker pulled the shade down. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS AT THIS LOCATION.

Spent 10 minutes at the drive-through window before someone came to help me, I could see 2 employees talking to one another and 1 not doing anything inside. Shouldn't be a surprise this place is always screwed up. Read the reviews, it's evident the owner doesn't or things would improve.....next visit I have sat here 30 minutes behind 2 cars at the drive thru. I am forced to use this drive thru to hell drugstore. This store has been this way for a long time, no review responses means who cares.

Walgreen's is one of my favorite places to pick up a few items. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly and helpful. I visit Walgreen's at least 3 to 5 times per week. They have a little bit of everything so Walgreen's is convenient for me.

Will not go here again. Pharmacists who want to substitute their judgement for that of my doctor. Had to jump through hoops to get my prescription filled bc it was early. My doctor knew it was early and why. He didn't note any restrictions on the prescription. But I had to bother him at home (thankfully I had that option, most people don't) bc these guys want to play doctor. It's a druggists (that's what we used to call them back in the day) job to take pills from a big bottle and put them in a small bottle. If they want to be a doctor, go to med school. Don't take the easy way out with a pharmd. A pharmd gives them no more right to try to practice medicine, than my JD gives me that right. In the old days druggists never questioned a doctor, never, and that's the way it should be.

This walgreens is very unprofessional please go somewhere else. Last week my mother left her medication bottle with them, so she can get a refill and when she went to pick it up they told her they didn’t have it, so she asked them for her medication bottle back, and they told her they couldn’t find it that they lost it. How do you lose something so important? She was furious and all they told her was to call her doctor. I was thinking of taking my prescriptions here but no never again!

Worst Pharmacy its not reliable unorganized and SLOW! I have been given the wrong medicine I Have been given the wrong amount and I probably had to wait 15 to 20 minutes in line just to get the wrong medicine! There needs to be accountability in a pharmacy . I change to a private pharmacy no longer a part of this chaos

Worst customer service ever!!! The pharmacy tech lied and when I called her out on it she rolled her eyes! She said it takes over 1.5 to fill a prescription!!!! Unacceptable when a child is sick!!! This isn't the first bad experience, hate I ever came back. I swear I won't ever again make that mistake.

Waited at the drive thru pharmacy for 15 mins before someone finally came up as they clearly saw us they just kept walking by, blonde headed lady just looked at us and just stood there! Friendly, professional, knowledgeable & caring staff. From the moment you walk in the store or pull up to the drive thru, you are treated like a person instead of a $. I have many health problems so I visit several times a week. If They make a mistake, they humbly & quickly fix it, unlike other Walgreens stores in Dothan. I recommend the East Main location to everyone!!!
