I would recommend Flowers of Hope to everyone. For starters, I love the name of the business; it’s one of the best locations to get your flowers delivered on any occasion. In my case, it was a funeral & I wanted to bring some sunshine to the bereavement family and my friends. I knew how much I wanted to spend before I called them and they are budget-friendly. They provided exceptional customer support by delivering exactly what I wanted because I asked a couple questions. So, they created a peace lily with sunflowers for me at a great price. I mean, she asked me what I wanted to say and I told her “with deepest sympathy” and she added love and prayers to the card. Flowers of Hope has the kind of customer care that’s superb and makes me want to think of them every time I need something creative or flowers to brighten up someone’s day. Keep in mind, all I had to do was pick up the phone and call them. They even sent a picture to me which I will attach below and they made sure I was satisfied before receipt of payment. Give them a call and you will be happy you did.

I talked with three Dothan florists. This was the only one that would 1) deliver to the address a few miles out or 2) listen to us to create what we wanted. They were super sweet and sent photos before we paid. We also found the pricing to be very reasonable and a steal compared to the other two places I checked that only had generic pre-made wreaths. If I lived in Houston County, this would be our go-to florist. We loved the products and the service.

You guys are amazing. They delivered my mom the most beautiful set of flowers for mothers day and she was so happy. The flowers began to die three days later and my mom called and told the sweet woman working there and she sent my mom her favorite set of carnations in a new vase. She was again so happy with the new set of carnations. Thanks for going above and beyond and to deliver them right to her apartment instead of just dropping them off at the front desk. I highly recommend this place.

Sent my girlfriend with $80 dollars to get a floral arrangement for mother's day and ended up with a plastic vase and probably not even $30 worth of flowers that I could have bought at the mini walmart. I have made purchases here in the past and they were very nice, this time it was terrible and I ended up going to Walmart to buy some of the same flowers in this arrangement to fill it out more. Next time I will go buy my own vase and flowers and make it myself. What a waste of money.....

The owners are super nice. Sherry is a great designer, her work is beautiful and the prices are very reasonable. If you haven't been in her shop, you should go browse around, she has some great gift items and home decor items at reasonable prices.
