I need 10 stars for this review. Let me start by saying I love all flowers. I just celebrated my 1st wedding anniversary, and my husband surprised me with the most beautiful arrangement. I was literally speechless in awe of the gorgeous flowers. He told me had some help from Amanda and the wonderful ladies at House of Flowers. The arrangement was PERFECT!!!
I literally cried happy tears they were that beautiful. The pictures do not do justice for the flowers. So THANK YOU, Amanada, and the staff at House of Flowers for making my 1st Anniversary very special to me and one I'll never forget.

Aside from availability & timely delivery windows, I, unfortunately, can only give my experience 2 stars. My family & I were disturbed at the lackluster quality of the arrangement for the price paid. Although we understand the business’ disclaimer that arrangements may not come as exactly advertised, our flower arrangement was not at all “Premium” or similar to what we chose. We received something that was thrown together & lacked the effect as shown on the website (I.e. missing candle/ornaments, roses, lacked properties of lush-ness & abundance. Overall we are disappointed! Customers should be aware. Thank you!

Called and ordered 10 roses for my wife for our 10th anniversary on Tuesday asked for them to be delivered by 1030am on Thursday as my wife would be leaving early on Thursday. I was assured they would be there. I called them at 130pm on Thursday and the flowers was "next to be delivered" after she finally found them SMH. Flowers was not their when she left so I called asked for a refund and was told the manager would call me bk and I have heard nothing from them. Do yourselves and your loved one a favor and find a different florist.

Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT use this florist. My mother and I placed an order for two floral arrangements. We were told that they could be customized when we initially placed the order. We were very specific in that we wanted mostly white flowers with pops of color. They never said they wouldn’t be able to do mostly white flowers. The arrangements made looked okay (not beautiful) but the biggest issue was that they also looked nothing like what was requested. I was told to call back the next morning (Friday) at 0900 to speak to the person that took our order after I pointed out that they were supposed to be mostly white (amongst other things) following a picture that was sent. We called multiple times the next morning to reiterate what we wanted but no one answered, which I feel was definitely intentional. We needed them by that Friday afternoon and they knew this. They did not reach back out to us until Mothers Day (2 days later) via text asking us if we still wanted to buy those arrangements and if not, they would sell them. Just really unprofessional.
From my experience, they make you what they want to make you. Not what you ask for. If you’re okay with that, then they’re your florist. By the Grace of GOD, we ended up getting BEAUTIFUL floral arrangements elsewhere on Friday at the last minute. Listen…don’t waste your time on an unprofessional establishment for something that is/will be very near and dear to your heart. Everything worked out for us but we got super lucky. Keep looking, thank me later!

When it came wedding day, our delivery was made three hours too late, the colors didn’t coordinated with what we discussed, arrangements weren’t made as discussed even with pictures that were emailed to them of what I wanted. We were missing boutonnières & my bridal arrangement ended up only being 2 flowers bigger than the bridesmaids ($120 difference ) The excuse was “it’s not our fault you got married on this weekend” word for word in a text I received from them. Very poor customer service & they will not take responsibility for their slip up.

This company has lost all values, morals and respect for its customers. I ordered a fruit basket that looked amazing,had a variety of fruits and well priced. Upon delivery I quickly realized I had been given the incorrect fruit basket.I quickly called House of Flowers to inform them of the mishap which was quickly retired to a text message to what I assumed would be to rectify my problem .I then again explained my concerns; which then an employee of this company informed me for better lack of words the photos are misleading,and basically depends on what's in stock when orders are being crafted .You will get what's given.I am very sorry I had to experience this type of customer service during the pandemic. This matter has not been resolved and I have been trying to upload our text conversations but unavailable.

I came in House of Flowers today knowing roughly what I wanted. I knew what colors I wanted, but had no clue on anything else. The 2 ladies that helped me was absolutely amazing. I left with a beautiful arrangement for my wife in less then 30 minutes. It was super last minute, and they popped and made it happen. Amazing customer service, and will definitely be back.

I ordered a beautiful bouquet for my mom and requested the flowers be delivered to her job by 12 Noon and they delivered them after 7pm at night!!! Horrible customer service!!! Definitely will not order again!!!

Flowers were beautiful but was saposto be delivered during the day while my husband was at work , on Valentine's day they come to deliver at 7:30 at night .
Lady at the store was very rude and short when we called once he was home at 5:00 and realised they still hadn't been delivered .

Ordered a sweet and salty gift basket and to say I was disappointed would be an understatement. After delivery fee and other fees were added, I paid over 75.00 for what looked like a 20.00 basket at best. This place should be ashamed of themselves. I understand making a profit but I felt like I was robbed. Buyer beware!

The ladies here were super nice, but I ordered flowers from across the country and asked for a picture of the arrangement and confirmation of delivery. Unfortunately, neither of these things happened so it was a bit disappointing.

I am so very disappointed in my experience with Valentine's Day flowers from here. Ordered a small bouquet to be delivered to my daughter at her work. Well it cost me $60.00. At 3:00 on Valentine's Day, she had still not gotten her flowers. I kept calling to check but phone was off the hook. I then left my job to go check on the order. When I got there they were very rude about the fact that I was there looking for the arrangement, which was by the way on the floor at the front door with some of the flowers broken from being walked past, I assume as much. The lady did say they were trying to deliver as fast as possible, but you DONT deliver broken flowers. I took them with me and gave them to my daughter. Needless to say that will be the last time I use this florist.

I am very disappointed I ordered flowers for my wife at 9:00 Am for them to be delivered at her job. They had to deliver them at our home. I am very displeased will not ever be using them again

I placed an online order for sympathy flowers. The flowers were never delivered. Four days after placing the order, and still no flowers, I had to send an email to have my money refunded. Very Bad Business

Friendly service. Bouquet did not look like it was arranged. Just put in a vase with a pitiful looking bow. Was so disappointed, my family member is about to die and I wanted something beautiful.

Amazing customer service very nice and friendly had a small hiccup on delivery after ordering online but I gave him a call and they were able to fix it rather quickly after hours this will be the only flower shop I'll use from now on

Everyone in the shop was super nice and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure I was getting what I wanted. Their floral designers do excellent work! Seriously beautiful! The best flower shop in Dothan!
