I called out on a whim to ask questions about herbs and the guy in the metaphysical shop was very rude with the nasty attitude. I asked him if he was having a bad day and he said some rude things and hung up on me. The funny thing is I use to patronize this store quite a bit and the service was great but now I will not give them another dime of my money I will go where my money and I feel welcomed.

Used to have tons of Halloween stuff and costumes, but they've moved away from that and are now a metaphysical arts and gifts shop. Anything you could ever need for that type of stuff (herbs, crystals, incense, candles, sage, jewelry, etc. The majority of their products come from Azure Green), and they also sell smoking products and adult products. I also absolutely love the castle storefront!!!

No longer the massive costume shop I loved as a kid, but now the best metaphysical store for miles. The owners are always friendly and happy to help with any questions. I mostly go for the wonderful selections of crystals. Everything is reasonably priced. If you’re looking for everything from incense, to herbs, to local honey, to any color candles, this is the shop for you.

As soon as I pulled up to the castle I automatically felt the good vibes. I got mesmerized in there for over an hour! They have so many herbs, crystals, books, candles and so much more. The owners were friendly and knowledgeable! I highly recommend Out on a Whim!!

The gentleman in there was so incredibly helpful and sweet when I came in looking for white sage. He explained the types of sage and where they all came from and was just so kind. The only thing I can complain about is the up keep of the store, I genuinely wish they were able to get a new location because there are certain parts of the store that just give off a weird vibe. Otherwise this store is amazing for all your mystic needs!!
