This store still impresses me every time I visit! So many themed party ideas to choose from. They also have the best variety of balloons in town. They also have really cool fidget toys. A little pricey but worth every penny.

This was my first time visiting. I stopped by to pick up some balloons for my daughter. Everyone was nice, but busy. But I was able to pick up the balloons which were ready and paid for. I'm definitely going back. Custom service was awesome.

They had put the wrong size sticker on product. Opened, found it was wrong size. Size on tag didn’t match the sticker on outside of package. Went to return, they refused to give refund because it had been opened, even though they had put wrong size on. Won’t go back.

I went In Saturday morning to get balloons blew up for my daughter party. I walked in and up to the ballon counter where three workers were blowing up balloons. Not one of them acknowledged me I stood there for about 30 seconds before one of them decided to ask me what I needed. If I didn’t need those balloons right then I would have walked out. The rudeness is ridiculous and very uncalled for I’m a customer just as anyone else that walk in the door. Sad part is I’m a regular customer because I always buy my cake boxes, cupcake containers, etc. As a matter of fact the time I went in before Saturday which was about a week ago the cashier was rude for no reason. I’m over it I won’t be returning I’ll just order offline from somewhere else because the rudeness is not necessary and it’s been bad the last two times so I’ll spend my money somewhere else.

First time here. They seemed to have everything, that major party supply stores have. Prices were okay, with some good deals, if you looked hard enough. I was able to find what I was looking for, with no problem, so the store has a nice layout

We went in looking for Mardi Gras masks and found exactly what we needed. Also found everything one would need for nearly any theme party, milestone birthday party, if you need a two quart champagne flute, they've got several.

Really rude ladies up front especially the one with necklaces and rings. Tied my balloons improperly and loose. A 40 in balloon flew away the second I got out the car even though they hadn’t been touched.

The prices are a little high but they have a great selection. I needed a Batman costume for my son for a book week at school. This is the only place that had one. It was $40 but it was a very nice costume and made my son very happy.

Really big selection, very accommodating; You can just call in and ask if they have certain things and they'll let you know, they let you try stuff on (costumes) before you buy and they have a military discount.

The way Brooke handle things with my son was very unprofessional! Please hire a new manager! Very rude! They are locally owned so they don’t care! She wouldn’t even make eye contact with him. Just told him it was policy’s! They took my son money and keep the product!
