Love this place!! Their pizza is like nobody else’s and is my favorite. The portions are good size. The crust is good, not too garlicky. All the toppings are evenly distributed. They are pricey compared to others but you get what you pay for. They don’t take a crazy amount of time and every time we call they’re friendly and the Atmosphere is Welcoming when we go inside. Definitely recommend!! Go! They have good pizza!

Terrible customer service on the night of December 27. I ordered a pizza here while in Dothan visiting family. I’m active duty military station up north came down I had never had Marco’s Pizza before so I decided to try it out ordered a pizza for me and my wife, as well as one for my child who is a picky eater I asked for no ham on the pizza. When I got home, there was ham on the pizza in my child refused to eat it. I called immediately and they told me I could come back and have the order remade. They took my name in my number I called back today two days later and they told me to go outside my house And get the pizza out of my trashcan and bring it back to them and then they would remake the order. Otherwise, they would only be able to refund me three dollars for the topping. So I am now outside in my trashcan digging to get the 3 days old pizza and about to head up to the store and just get a refund. If they wanted me to bring the pizza back that night why not tell me that. Definitely was my first end of last time eating at this franchise.. The night shift manager told me the order would be remade and took my personal information down IE: Name and number. The dayshift manager, who I am told is the store manager told me to dig it out the trashcan two days after the fact, and bring the old pizza to her to get the order remade.

They've apparently forgotten how to cut pizzas (two orders in a row), and then they lie about having cut it. After 12 minutes on hold, they did finally make it right. Do better. I'm embarrassed for you.

**Update: I just wanted to add that I did try to reach out as the "owner" requested, and I was ignored. So, thanks for appearing to care publically? Companies that are run like this enrage me.

I was overcharged and given less food than what I actually ordered. I made an online order and applied coupons but when I got to the store for pickup, not only was the order missing items but also my coupons that I applied online were gone as well. So sick of Marcos they need to either get rid of the online ordering or fix it and stop stealing from their customers!

Waited a little over an hour for a pizza, 10 wings and a Dr. Pepper, when they arrived I didn't get the drink and got the wrong pizza. I then had to wait again for them to get the right order to me and by the time I received everything, it was cold. I usually don't have a bad experience with marcos but this was just horrible.

Ordered a pizza, was told 40 mins for delivery. 1 hour an twenty four mins later I received a Luke warm pizza. I live maybe a mile away. This is the third time in about 6 weeks tat this has happened, but will be the last.

Great tasting pizza and brownies. My only comment is that I ordered a thin crust and it was thinner then I expected. Will know for next time. Pizza was not cut in traditional manner of 8 or 6 slices.
Brownies were warm, Chewy, and delicious. Delivery was timely and friendly. Will order again.

Ordered a Pepperoni Melt to be delivered at 5PM after placing the order online at 3:45. I specifically wrote instructions on how to find our place. Even describing vehicle. We sat outside waiting as tracker said he was on his way. At 5:10 we watched him pull in to our neighborhood and immediately turned the wrong way! My instructions said go straight 4th place on the left so he turns right?
We watched him drive through the entire neighborhood trying to wave and get his attention. Finally he came down our street. I asked why he didn't read the directions. His answer was "his fault". Pizza wasn't very warm- almost cold. Then we opened the box and what a disappointment. There was NO sauce on the pizza! Just extra cheese and Pepperoni. I called to ask if that's the way it is made and was told sauce is put on first. I explained there was no sauce and it was like bread with cheese and Pepperoni only. I told him that we'd never had a bad pizza from the Enterprise Marcos and that we'd never order from the Dothan location again. Sad.

Tried this pizza based on a friends recommendation. It tasted fine at first, but the crust tasted super weird - it tasted like whoever had made it recently went to a Gas station and didn’t wash their hands…the smell of Petroleum was all over it.

What a strange review to post and not sure what that’s even all about, but I’m very disappointed. Had high hopes.

Convenient, quick, I appreciate the app. Some of the meats are less than perfect in my experience (chicken, bacon) and I’ve noticed the placement of toppings are usually not distributed evenly around the pie. Other than those minor issues I always know I’ll get a better slice than anywhere else in town.

Visited the new Marco's #8466 on East Main Street in Dothan Alabama. And I can honestly say I was completely disappointed. The staff looked like high school kids that didn't want to be there. The pizza was undercooked..Although I love Marco's above all other pizza places...This visit had me in shock...We through almost a whole xl pizza in the trash....

Have had nothing but great experiences. Employees are extremely nice and helpful over the phone and have all had great attitudes. Delivery is fast! Pizza is very very good as well. Probably my favorite pizza place!

I went inside to get pizza and noticed none of the employees were wearing gloves....one person was putting toppings on with his bare hands and another person put the pizza in the box with his bare hands as well...after he put pizza in box he wiped his hands on his apron...with the pandemic going on i could not believe what i was seeing...no gloves no more business from me.

I love this pizzeria. Every time I have ordered from this store my order has been perfect. Exactly what I ordered, hot and fresh. The staff is polite, and attentive.
