After not receiving a text, and it being Wednesday. He went back to Cottonwood Corner Publix Pharmacy and was told it had not been filled because they just received it. He corrected them on what date and time and who he handed it too. He explained how important it was for me to have that medicine. The lady behind the counter just said yeah yeah I know. They told him they would text me when it is done.

I have not been able to eat solid food, and broths and drinks hurt. Tomorrow I am suppose to give a speech for my job and I have a conference call tomorrow afternoon.

This is not the first, but is one of many times, we have had to wait a week or more to get our medicines filled.

What can we do to improve how customers are treated at this Publix pharmacy? We have seen that we are not the only ones treated this way.

Needless to say we are looking for a new pharmacy.

Ran in on break to get a chicken sub, great service at deli but the chicken was so chewy I was wondering if it was even done.went to self check out, needed help and the self check out employee was no where to be found, managed to get it on my own. BUYERS BEWARE... Not only do we as customers have to pay attention to our list, budget but now we must pay attention to the TRICKERY this Publix is caught doing! Bait n Switch, advertising a product buy 2 get 1 free, awesome, except that once my friend got to the self checkout she couldn't understand why she went over her budget? With the help of the Publix associate it was discovered the Chester's she got was NOT part of the promotion despite so many bags behind the promotion tag! Bait n Switch to me is not only Misleading and truckory but it should be considered Fraudulent behaviors. My friend has recently had surgery n it took a lot out of her to even ship. As customers we shouldn't have to spend what little energy n strength we have to read and match UPC Codes! The manager offered at give them to me for the same price then AFTER they rang up said to give me 2 for free n charge only for one... The customer service guy still charged me for 2 bags and when he asked what had happened, once I told him his entire demeanor changed towards me be he ABRUPTLY with Sarcasm, responded Have a Nice day as he PUSHED the bag towards me! Folks are having a hard enough time making ends meet these days, especially with all of the pressures of the election, chaos n hate in this world so for Publix to Do this is Down Right Dirty!

This store is ALWAYS clean and stocked. Love the sales and in the app you can select items and add them to your list. While in the store just pull up your list and it tells you by aisle your items!!! One of the best Publix ever. When we entered they greeted us with a good morning. The young lady at the backery was very friendly and the lady at the register/cashier was very friendly too. I had ordered a Cuban pastry platter online only to receive a phone call 2 Days later on the morning of the event telling me that they no longer sell that platter and they would substitute it with the smaller turnovers which I accepted. The Cuban platter I had ordered was pastries with cheese, guava with cheese and guava. I did not pick up the order my daughter did when she brought me the platter I noticed that there were guava with cheese, Cherry with cheese, strawberry with cheese and apple. When I call to complain the bakery manager told me that the other worker did the best she could which she didn't she just gave me what she wanted because common sense would have been to give me all of them guava and cheese cheese.and would credit me for the Apple ones that nobody liked but I had to bring them back which I did. When I complain to customer service about how rude the bakery manager was to me she just smiled and brushed it off on top of that the store manager was right there listening and didn't even do nothing as well. I was highly disappointed in their service. Because they could have just gave me guava and cheese and I would have been happy with that.
