My experience was great me and my grandson came in looking for something for his birthday. He found what he wanted and we checked out with a very courteous person at the register. He was very friendly and was enjoyable to speak with from the moment we walked in.

"Well ot is going to tale me about 20 minutes to do that and I don't want to. However you can google them and then call them." As he walked off again. This is pathetic service. As I was walking into the store, two employees were leaving, rushing locking the door before I could get in, telling me they are going on break before I can go in and make my return. Why do two employees of an establishment like this leave at the exact same time to go on break for almost an hour? Now the store is closed during open hours, and neither me or another customer can do business here at the moment. This is around 320 pm April 10 so corporate can review their cameras. I've generally had good customer service here, but today was appalling.

Very disrespectful worker! Not even 7PM when we stopped. It was 6:50. Just had to run in to grab something really quick(not like it's a restaurant where we're holding someone up). Instead of even opening door to say sorry we're closed (which it wasn't even closing time, yet) he rudely locked door as he seen us walking to the door and started pulling the blinds down. ABSOLUTELY no courtesy PERIOD... Lost our business here!!.

This particular store isn't very large and when there is more than 6 or so customers it starts getting a little crowded but besides that everything seems satisfactory or better. The staff at this particular store have always been nothing but helpful and polite and have always gone above and beyond my expectations when trying to help me with any problems or issues that I've run into. This is my favorite GameStop in the Dothan Area.

Best place in Dothan for games on all consoles (except PC)! They have a variety of Nintendo Switch, Xbox One S, X, and regular Xbox One, Nintendo DS and 3DS, Xbox 360, PS3, and PS4 games. Also perfect when you're in hungry cuz they're next to Firehouse Subs, and wnen you're in a hurry cuz the building is small on the outside but big on the inside. 11/10!!

The young man working there was polite and efficient. Store was clean and took no time at all for him to complete the transaction for the customer ahead of us and ours, as well. Only took moments to spot what game I was looking for. New to the area but will only go here from now on.
