I needed An all terrain knee scooter for I was going back to Minnesota where there could be snow and there was and dirt roads. I knew the other knee scooters wouldn’t work!! Jason was very very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He came through and delivered it to me The day of my surgery like I asked him to. I would definitely use medical solutions again and I will refer it to everyone I can!!! I wish I could upload pictures of me in the snow . For some reason I don’t see my camera on here.

I am a snow bird from Green Bay, Wisconsin. We have been coming to Orange Beach for 5 years. I broke my right fibula and had surgery on December 15th. Doctor wouldn't let me leave until January 14th. I called Jason from Medical Equipment Solutions to see if he had a knee scooter's for rent. Jason said to call him when we arrived at condo and he was here in 30mins with a brand new scooter. He also pick it up when I was finished with it. I would highly recommend that any snow birds or anyone that needs medical equipment to give Jason a call.

Medical Equipment Solutions helped me with my preventive maintenance and equipment inspections. They were very flexible in scheduling and performed the service quickly. As a busy traveling physician anesthesiologist, I transport my equipment from office to office and it is critical that I can have my equipment serviced well and in a timely fashion. This company fits the bill and I look forward to using MES on an ongoing basis.

Cant say ENOUGH about this company!!!! Without going thru the long ordeal ...my husband s life was on the line..sleep apnea...they got him set up ASAplike in one day...because of this company , he slept for the first time in 3 weeks..Thank you Thank you 🤗Jason

The best customer service! I wouldn’t think of using anyone else. We rented a wheel chair during our vacation and Jason at MES was such a pleasure to work with.

Couldn't find a pair of crutches anywhere in town, and I call Jason and he brings them to my house in under 15 min!! That is customer care!!

Tried calling them for two days (several times a day) and got no answer. No hours were listed on the webpage or google preview. In town for a few days and need medical equipment. Have to look somewhere else I suppose.
