I have to say, my first time in this store. Went shopping with daughter. They were counting the people going in and out, we didn't wait long, your stroller counts as a person. Anyway, they are having a great sale now, almost everything had a green sale tag, plus 50% off that price. I bought 6 pr of socks, some men's workout pants, stretchy, idk, I can't see a man wearing these, and a pr of sandals, slide in ones, so I can at least wear my ankle support, all for 47.xx! I was happy!

This is this Adidas store look like it was almost on his way out in the door. They didn't have much of anything and the aisles were very short. A lot different than the one that I've used to. There was a lady there that was super nice and then there was a guy there that would follow me around. At least that's what it felt like. It didn't seem very welcoming. He was right by me and every time I went to another area then he was there again. But he never wants to ask me if I needed anything. It was kind of interesting. So I tested it out and went to a different area and sure enough you would be over in that area as well. So I just left. I didn't feel comfortable with somebody being that way. Great shoe selections at a very reasonable prices and additional discounts make for a very affordable stop for any activity or sport participant. Gear and supplies for all types of sports available as well. The staff here are very informed as to what types of equipment is needed for particular roles of involvement in any available sports.

The tall blonde older woman was extremely rude and would not process a refund for a pair of shoes for my husband since they had been worn, which he did wear them around and they hurt his feet. I cleaned the bottom of the shoes thinking it was because they did have dirt on the bottom and tried to return them myself since there was nothing else wrong with them and got the same answer. I looked up the return policy and Adidas states that for running shoes they can be returned in any condition. We would have exchanged for store credit or a different size. I'm just more aggravated with the fact that she was extremely rude and unprofessional to both me and my husband.

We left the store only to realize they had given us the wrong size pants on the wrong hanger and immediately went back to the store. After talking to the employee outside and calling the store, we were told to wait in the line outside until we got back in the store due to their new COVID policy. The line stretched down and around the store, and had taken us over half an hour to make it into the store prior to our first visit. We then waited in line for 45 minutes before we had to wait in another line to return our item. We had not even left view of the store before realizing the mistake, yet they did not allow us to swap or make a quick exchange.

Excellent customer service! The product I was shopping for was unavailable in my size on the storeroom racks, so I asked the staff for help finding me find my size. Within a few minutes, they had returned from the back stock room with several options. I found the correct size and checked out in minutes.
