We went shopping on mothers day & left around 6:30 we didnt know they closed at 6 the 3 employees didnt even say anything they just let my mom finish shopping & trying on her clothes! She appreciated it!!!

The three ladies you have working at the Gadsden store the last Friday of July.... Great service ... we went in store at 8:50 pm didn't know there close at 9:00 pm ... we shop till 9:20 they help us. Never said hurry or were close... Great Job....

Great shopping experience. Store was neat and organized. Employees were super nice and helpful. Carried all our selections to the fitting and then went back for different sizes for us. They also helped my daughter pick out the right accessories to complete her first date outfit.

I went Black Friday shopping at American Eagle . The store was crowded. The staff treated me like I was the only one in the store. I am short and unable to reach items on upper shelves . If the staff saw me looking at something I could not reach, they came and ask if they could help me.They helped me find correct sizes and even ordered a hoodie to be delivered to my house.
I had 4 of the large bags at checkout. I started to ask if someone could help me carry the bags to my car but they were so busy, I did not ask. I am 66 years old and getting the large bags to the car was difficult. I am sure if I had ask, someone would have helped me.
I have been shopping American Eagle at Gadsden Mall for several years on Black Friday. The sales associates were just going well beyond my expectations to be helpful this year.

Love american eagle ... they have the best firting jeans and lots of other cute clothes amd accessories .. lots of nice mens clothes too they also sometimes have really cute shoes .. the staff amd customer service is always on point amd really friendly.

The employees must work off a commission basis because you can't walk through the doors without the employees hounding you to death to help you find something. They don't give you room or come to shop

Prices are high and quality of clothes is getting bad. Son has been wearing their t-shirts for years. Last couple Ive bought he has worn one time and washed they start getting holes at the seam. Poor material
