B&N has been a great bookstore from the beginning! I took my children there and now my grandchildren. Some days we just wonder around, others we buy a ton of books. The staff are always helpful and friendly. If you can’t find the book you want they will gladly order it for you.

I love this store on McCain. Employees are friendly and professional. And answer any questions I have. I brought a friend of mine here. She wanted a certain book. While she was at the Starbucks. I went and asked about what she was looking for . The gentleman I talked to about the book. He showed me where it was . Along that book he suggested another book to go along with that one. I showed both to her. She wanted them . And I got a couple of books myself. I also got some different kinds of puzzles here too. Every time I come here I always find something or several somethings. Books or something.

Barnes and Nobles is one of my happy places. It’s always fun to hear recommendations from knowledgeable staff. And interact with other customers. And if I want to sit down with my favorite Starbucks coffee. It’s just right there. Always a positive experience. Keep up the great work.

I love to browse a good book store. The loss of Books-a-Million was devastating for us! B&N had some big shoes to fill.
But a recent trip to the book store in The Other Center across from McCain Mall gave me a chance to grab some new books by two Animal Planet stars and look around at new displays.
They have LPs! Just like what I grew up listening to and playing on my first stereo! Classic rock albums! 🤯 My mind was blown!!
There are lots of items to help you plan your special wedding day or find that unique gift for a bride. Picture frames, gift books.
One of the handiest items I found was an Address Book, with an Internet password Log Book. My word, do I ever need that!!! Every security site says to change your passwords every 3 months-- are they kidding me??!! I am still hunting for keys I put away where I would be sure to remember where they were!! Now I can remember changing passwords 4 times a year for every website I order from?!
Something that I found especially adorable, were these 3 dimensional Birthday and other greeting cards. You will see them in my photos!
They've also got a Starbucks inside the bookstore, if you are looking for a place to sip coffee with a friend and chat.
Lots of categories, from classics to bestsellers to new releases, there is plenty for any reader's heart or lots of classic rock albums to soothe any Baby Boomers young soul!

Went for coffee and other stuff. Didn't ask if I wanted my coffee ice or hot and he gave me hot. He forgot one of my drinks. Coffee doesn't taste the same as before most of the time.

We had an awesome time here! We started with a coffee from the Starbucks. The barista was super friendly and sweet! I found the book I was looking for (and a couple more!!) And the kids had a great time in the kids section!! Awesome place to go!

I wish cabot would get a barnes and noble store. It sure would save me a lot gas and driving. And all the road construction on 160 only adds gas to the fire. Going to the snack bar, & sitting down, reading, sipping on something hot/cold, & eating on a couple of donuts is one of my favorite things to do when my nerves are shot, releive stress, and relax. And don't have a list of errands to do. I could spend a whole day here. Its good little rock still has a store. Well im glad barnes and noble didn't throw in the towel and leave like books-a-million did.

Barnes& Noble is a great story filled with many books of all kinds of different categories. The store is very well organized and very clean and has a great lighting to make for a good read. There is a Starbucks coffee shop on site for you? Coffee enthusiast?.
The staff was very friendly and the temperature of the store was perfect.

Found 3 of 4 books we were looking for .. My disappointment comes from this new rewards options. Now, instead of getting a percentage off, they want me to pay $39 annually .. No, thank you. I can buy books online cheaper. I will stay with my free option. Not worth it for me. We buy a lot of books annually but nothing to justify $39 annually for a discount. Maybe Iif the discount was 50% and I received other benefits.
The free membership option gives you 1 $5 off after spending $100 roughly. It might take 3 or more visits to do that.

I love going in this place.

The customer service at this location is the absolute worst. Especially at the cafe I paid for the membership just for the cafe and every time I go in it’s always something. Please be prepared for your drinks to be halfway made the barista to have an attitude, and or a bunch of teenagers playing behind the counter.

This Barnes n noble is okay. The only complaint I have is the Starbucks employee specifically the girl with split dyed pink hair. She was having a hard day I get it. She was just SO rude and had a terrible attitude.
