I will never ever place an order from HT in store or online. I placed an order paid for it and they said my account was refunded and they would charge my account once it ships. This was in September. I’ve just now received a notice October 16,2024 to inform me that it has shipped and I may be able to pick it up in store sometime in October nlt November! I’ve never waited months for an item and will never do this again! Makes no sense when it could be delivered to my home address just like majority of companies do!
Not to mention I’m being charged again!
Going forward if they don’t have the item in stock, they just loose a sale. Customer service is lacking too. I only go there for my grands. Once I get my purchase it will more than likely be bye to Hot Topics for good!

I was exchanging cat tennis shoes for my granddaughter and Brianna was extremely nice. I needed 2 sizes bigger, and they are already in the mail! Thank you girl, you made it a great experience for this older lady.

Cage was very helpful with finding the Hot Topic exclusive item I was looking for. The 80's music mix in the store was a nice bonus. Good vibe store

One of my kids favorite stores, I always see cute stuff but I cant wear any of it. I am plus size. They do have some plus size but not much. They usually have a good sale going like buy one get one half price. My kids are always happy to go here.

I love the merchandise collection! It's bold and different. They should have bigger stores with more selection though, everything is crammed in a small space. I wish they had short inseams on the women's pants. The people there are very helpful and pleasant.

This store always has something that appeals to me. This time it was an interchangeable dragon necklace. The clothing options are awesome although a bit pricey. They have alternative styles here so if you like fan gear and gothic styles its a great option.

Went and was looking for something specific they did not have it and so the young lady told me I could leave my number and when the truck came if it was on she would give me a call and hold 1 for me. And they got one so I got one. Thank you so much HT your the best!!!!

As an elder emo, I am sad at how Hot Topic is today. There's not near as much stuff as it used to be, it's mainly anime & Disney. HOWEVER, the cashier was helpful & super kind & I was able to find an MCR shirt in my size which is *chefs kiss*

There seems to be significantly less merch. Felt pretty bare bones. Hardly any pops or other collectibles. And the shirt selection was weak.

The store is stiflingly hot and dark. Not great for those with anxiety or claustrophobia. Issues at check out with incorrectly placed items in a sales area. Management wouldn't even consider just letting me get one less item to get the discount, so I left with nothing rather than stress myself out further. Nearly had a full scale panic attack by the end.
