I would recommend this to anyone who’s in the area. I had the storm trooper and my husband had a dark Lord, and we loved them both! We went back twice during our short stay in the area.

This was my first visit and I absolutely loved the decor! There were only two ladies working so it seemed to take a minute to get our order but they were delightful to visit with and the drive through would be more convenient but you’d miss out on the inside! I ordered The General and had no complaints other then I should’ve gotten a larger size! Parking was a little challenging to find but it’s a good place to come in and enjoy a good drink and marvel at all the nerdy finds if you’re not in a rush. Overall some pretty tasty coffee!

If I could give this place 0 stars let me tell you I WOULD! I know why they call this place the dark side, my family four’s coffee BURT to the crisp. I paid my first visit to DSC this morning, and the associate helping me guided me through the experience with friendliness and a great attitude. After I chose my beverage, a Bounty Hunter, she made sure I understood how many espresso shots would be in it and recommended that I cut it in half, which I did. What she didn't know is that I have atrial fibrillation, and I have to be very careful with my caffeine intake, so she likely saved me a lot of grief there.

The drink, which features caramel and toffee, was freaking phenomenal and I will definitely be back. Oh, and I feel like they're missing a real opportunity by not having a coffee on the menu called The Death Star that is loaded up with 6 shots of espresso, making it the most powerful cup in the galaxy! 😆 12/10 for me!

I ordered a bag of beans online to be shipped to me at the end of July. After several days, reached out via email because nothing had arrived. No reply. After another week or so, I tried the contact us link on the site. No reply. I even called and left a voice mail to still no reply.

My husband is a solider and had brought a bag back after one of his trainings in the area. He loved the coffee. I thought it would be a nice gesture to get one for him as a gift to new fatherhood (1st baby was born in April, so he's a tired man). I'm frustrated from the lack of communication. It's not that I want my money back or anything. I just want the coffee and maybe an "I'm sorry it took so long".

Never been to the lounge iv always went to the block. They ladies there are friendly and very good customer service. I've pulled up and almost instantly just ask me which size I would like and they get my order right except one time they get my order right every time.

In Little Rock for training at Ft Robinson and drove through Dark Side's drive through only location. The barista that crafted my amazing Americano advised about another area location that had a lounge and paraphernalia. Being somewhat of a SW fan, I had to check it out. Super cool location and staff. Great decor. They roast on site. There's a little terrarium with a couple White's Tree Frogs. SNES setup. If you're in Little Rock, check this place out.

This is hands down THE best coffee shop we've ever been to (which is really saying something). We made a special detour on the way home (GA to AZ & back) to hit it again, THAT'S how amazing they are. The kiosk/drive-thru was just as good as the store, even with different people. The store closed early due to construction, and they were super responsive when we asked about it - we were able to get it sorted before we even got back to the highway.

I was in North Little, AR, looking for a coffee shop with many reviews to try before starting my drive back on the highway. This place stood out for me due to its name and the many good reviews online! I came to their outdoor drive-thru coffee stand and ordered The Chewy--boy, oh boy, it was delicious and potent! The coffee was creamy with the perfect amount of espresso shots to milk portion.

The service was fast even though I was in line with 4 people in front of me.

I highly recommend this one if you ever try this coffee shop. If you live in the area, you're in luck that you can try a variety of their options!

Don't be lured by the gimmick and sugar, you can tell from the smell inside their beans are subpar and that they take the Starbucks approach of doing fancy drinks to cover it up. Nerds gonna nerd, if this Star Wars theme was a legit passion, I think we would see that reflected in the offerings of the store, but their coffee menu is basic American, not standardized drinks, and their pastries are from Costco.

I drink cortados. This is just a ratio of equal milk to espresso. I didn't see it on the menu, so I explained and asked for it ice. The woman working confirmed and confirmed iced. Then she asked me what size I wanted. I was confused. The cup didn't matter. No matter what cup you put it in, it wasn't going fill it. If you have a 12oz cup for a small latte, this drink will take up just under half with ice. What did size matter? I relay being confused, she said she has it. Charges me $5. Gives me a hot one shot of espresso with milk. I knew it was one shot bc it was in a 4oz espresso cup. (So 1.5 ounce of espresso, 1.5 ounce of milk)

A cortado at any other shop would cap at $4 + oatmilk upcharge. One shot espresso w/milk is usually $2, maybe $2.50.

So she serves me this hot, one shot of espresso for $5, and I am trying to process how we got here when she looks at me like I have 3 heads, throws her arms up on the counter, and asks me what I want. Like. What I ordered. What you confirmed that I ordered. Autistic pause moment, then I walked out. At that point, there was no way it was going to be anything worth drinking.

A little on the sweet side, so I'll probably ask for less sweet next time, but nonetheless it was delicious. It was a little bit of a wait, but not bad and definitely worth the wait.

I loveee the coffee, probably the best in town. I just get a little frustrated when I leave and realize they didn’t add the cold foam that I paid for. There isn’t really a way to correct them on the mistake and get the cold foam you paid for unless you want to wait in another long line. For as many times as I’ve paid for it and never received Darkside owes me a whole coffee. Also, cups are not durable for mixing coffee and milk (while driving). every time i picked up my cup the sides would cave in and the lid would pop off and spill coffee all over my car.

to sum it all up the coffee taste great but the customer service could be better.

10 out of 10 the ladies here are absolutely fantastic. They always make exactly what I need for the day with an awesome attitude and excellent customer service. Yes you will most likely have to wait it's a drive thru coffe shop so that is to be expected. However I will tell you it is worth the wait.

In town for 2 weeks from Tulsa Oklahoma. Stopped by to grab a coffee was welcomed by “hello and welcome to the dark side” they have more then just coffee they also have breakfast food and snacks along with “teas” that have lotus energy which is good natural energy from the lotus plant. I was recommended to try the Bounty Hunter coffee which was way better than Starbucks, scooters, and Dutch bros. Also got the Lightsaber Jolly rancher tea with lotus energy which was delicious especially if you like green jolly rancher with some energy.
Definitely going back before I leave!

We sat in line at the kiosk style drive-thru for over 15 minutes and barely moved. They need to have more people manning that and have more people out in the car line taking orders. We got out of line and went to their regular shop down the street and service was perfect and fast. No dating on their marks for being popular and good coffee. They just need to have better staffing at the drive-thru.

Great drinks, great pastry, great music and atmosphere, and the service was amazing. I’m only knocking off a star because the seating was pretty uncomfy. All of the seating is high top with backless chairs, so it’s not ideal if you’re short like me and your feet don’t touch the ground. There are two plush couches, but the tables are either bolted to the floor or too heavy to scoot closer to you. I really wanted to take advantage of my WFH day and take in the vibes, but the seating was just too uncomfortable and I ended up leaving pretty quickly. I heard the baristas talking about possible outdoor seating being added, so I hope the owners consider having non-high top seating out there. Thank you for the little boos to my morning and I’ll be back sometime when work isn’t the goal. :)

I want to love this place but they lack consistency with the basics. I always order a vanilla latte and sometimes it’s great, other times it’s not. I ordered one today and it was probably the worst vanilla latte I’ve ever had and I eventually threw it away because it just wasn’t good. It was a waste of $6. Even after I added sugar at home because I think they may have left the syrup out. The girls are sweet and I really want this place to be great, but today they were not.

This place is a really cool concept and very comfortable! I got a latte that was too sweet for my taste. I saw the syrups (Torani) and had a feeling it might be a little much, ie being too sweet. The girl was cool and gave me a few suggestions, which was good customer service, which is always appreciated. If you like classic Italian coffee (cappuccino, macchiato, ect.) I don't recommend, but if you like a latte on the sweater side, it would be a go to!

I would leave 5 stars because I love their coffee and I’ve never received bad service until today. It was the girls first day and she did not know how to make my drink AT ALL. I requested almond milk, she even repeated it while ringing it up. She made it with whole milk and she left out the chocolate drizzle & whipped cream. When I told her I wanted almond milk she went to the back to talk to another employee. The girl training her comes to the window saying next time I want to substitute I need to tell them? Um I did? Don't even turn this into my mistake.. It honestly wasn’t the new girls fault, she looked overwhelmed and stressed out. Why don’t you train your employees more before throwing them to the wolves? She makes the drink again then the cup breaks while she puts on the lid. She then pours it into another cup and forgets the chocolate drizzle again. The girl training her tells me and gives me this look like I need to just forget it because what, it’s getting too complicated for you guys? So I say ok put it on top, even though it’s supposed to go in the cup for TASTE. Next, I was given the wrong straw, you usually receive the big wide straw for a frozen drink. I was given a thin straw which made it to where I couldn’t even finish my $9 drink! Just a mess all over, ruined my morning. Now here I am not able to even finish my coffee. I feel like the girl training should not be in charge of training employees. Especially since she came at the customer like they made the mistake. How unprofessional! I manage a bar, I see so many faults in how she is doing her coworker. That girl has no idea what she’s doing… You will lose service behind this, if it continues, I guarantee. Do better.

My sister was having a bad day so I stopped in here to get her favorite drink - a Rogue One.

While I was there I was able to get a gift certificate for Christmas also.

The shop is cute and has plenty of memorabilia from Star Wars. The staff is kind and efficient.

There was a long line of cars already there when I arrived, and it was still there when I left without any coffee. Went to the next one with the walk-in building and they were still closed... not opening until 10am on a Sunday? Not a good business model for a coffee joint.

So, I drove 25 more minutes to Conway, to the 7brew and was in and out in 4 minutes.

The staff is friendly and willing to share insider information about the menu. "You know this is the only coffee for you" come try the Counselor if you like Butterscotch. According to my Apprentice, Order 66 is to die for. Relaxing atmosphere to plan an attack with your rebel friends.

Fast, Friendly, delicious, and very convenient. I love dark sides express location and you will too. They have a lot of different drinks to choose from. There’s two sides to pull up to as well not just one like most drive-throughs. And no it’s not just dark coffee, it’s starwars themed. My regular is a chai tea with white mocha and a shot of espresso, that’s definitely not dark coffee lol. Go try it out you won’t regret it! Especially if you have all stars like Carson and Anya up there.

First time here, I had the best coffee I’ve had anywhere else. The second time around, I ordered the same thing and it tasted completely different. It was very bland and had way too much cream. It pretty much tasted like cream with a hint of espresso. Really disappointed cause I wanted to love them. I don’t think I’ll be returning though.

I purchased the creamy Frappuccino flavor Bounty Hunter it was good. The frapp was actually creamy vs being watery like other drinks from other places.I usually have to ask for extra ice just to get the icy consistency that
wasn't the case this time. Ive been looking for a place other than Star Bucks I'll stick with Dark Side just keep up the consistency.

I went into Dark Side the other day and bought a Latte, and i was going to go sit on a coach and a dude had his shoes and socks off with one of his feet propped up.
Other bits:
Dark Side doesn't let their baristas keep tips, boss takes it for himself.
Costumer service is great, and so is coffee.
Love the Star Wars inspo.
Dark Side's FaceBook seems to be down, or not working.

My rating would be higher but when we asked if they would apply the military discount even though we presented our military ID there were several follow up questions that honestly made us feel very uncomfortable. Questions like “did you directly serve?” “Are you a veteran?” “Were you in or are you married to someone who’s in?” I served for 13 years, combate vet and met my spouse in the military. He’s still on active duty…. All this just to validate a discount for a cup of coffee. It was a bit much. But if you’d like a good cup of coffee I would recommend.

Whether you love Star Wars, gourmet coffee, or both, this shop provides solid options. My wife loves receiving their gift cards and we stop by at least once a week to indulge in their offerings. While their specialty drinks can be intimidating, they do offer the standards (espresso shots, americano, etc). They have something for everyone.

Great coffee for a great price! The German chocolate breve and the nitro with vanilla cold foam are my favorite. Their lounge and drive-thru locations are right down the street from each other.

I highly recommend this Star Wars themed coffee house. The Star Wars themed decorations and coffe selections will bring any Star Wars fan joy. The coffe was great.The chicken salad was underwhelming, but the service was phenomenal. I will definitely continue to support this local establishment.

The barista was so friendly and we took forever to order and she was still so friendly. My husband loved the Star Wars theme.

The owner apparently doesn’t pay his vendors. Not even the ones that helped him in the beginning. I’ve attempted to contact him numerous times on a payment that is over a year past due, and he avoids me. When I meet him in person, he tells me that he will get it taken care of. The owner of this company, Mark Whitehead lies and steals from other people.

Ordered the Dark Lord. Was very good, a bit too sweet but, I normally do not drink sweet coffee. We stopped at their lounge location first but, it was closed. Their drive thru was just down the road. Very busy but, staff worked hard. They were very friendly
