Sparkling, brand new Starbucks with a lot of seating, bright windows and great lighting for studying or just enjoying a good book. The drive-through was fast and their service inside was friendly and helpful! They do not have nitro cold brew at this location, though.

Have met here with Study groups and is a little loud. I visit on weekends and it's pretty good. Menu doesn't fit a lot of options so know your favorites before you come in. Baristas friendly!

This is easily the most consistent starbucks I've ever been to. They never get my order wrong and it always tastes exactly as expected - delicious. Really appreciate these baristas and whoever is in charge of training. It doesn't seem to matter who makes it here, always good. Thank you!

They were very polite and helpful. I rarely go to a Starbucks and so I tend to forget what I normally order. They were patient with me and helped me figure it out. Carmel Apple Spice and a sandwich with pesto. I normally get the turkey pesto but this particular one was out so I tried the tomato pesto. It was warm filling.

The service was awesome! But my Frappuccino was a bit bitter with a slightly scalded taste. I'd definitely go again and give them another try. Not a fan of that driveway though! For great service though, it's worth it.

We visited this store on December 14th and the temperature was set too high. It was uncomfortably warm, and the manager could not turn the temp down because corporate sets it from their headquarters. What works for Colorado may not work for Arkansas! Starbucks, please give the manager some room to make decisions for his or her store. I was with a group of people and some of us went outside to stand in the cool air a few times to take a break from the uncomfortably warm store.

I’m no longer a fan , I’ve realized there’s literally no coffee in the cup just whip cream and milk. I ordered a short cappuccino and it was filled with foam and hardly liquid, any other place I go it’s literally more liquid than anything . Even in my Frappuccino it’s drowned with milk and whip hardly any coffee . What a scam 😑

Consistent drinks. Could do with a better drive through system as it gets backed up quite often and find myself being blocked in or waiting. Even going inside you can go unnoticed and just stand there like a plum your whole lunch.

Order was a grande vanilla latte. It was okay. Issue was that drink was only 2/3s liquid. Foam wasn’t excessive but there was over 3/4 inch left of cup space. No value here! Paying premium price for nothing else than the name =s no value.

Unlike 99% of the Starbucks I ran into a person with a really bad attitude which really spoiled the outing. I understand it was an individual, but it really sets a bad example for the store.

I will never return to another Starbucks. I paid $15 for two small burnt coffees.. and two avocado spreads and each spread container was busted and had black mold growing.. unbelievable.

It was a refreshing experience. Got my espresso, sat down and did my newspaper puzzles, and thoroughly enjoyed watching/hearing the interaction between the staff and customers and each other. There was laughter and even a little bit of singing. It was just a "feel good" hour spent while waiting on an oil change next door.

We went in today and were greeted by a very nice employee named Jeremy. He was super helpful and polite and I think he will go a long way in your company and anywhere he decides to work. He seems to be very personable. But unfortunately everyone else on shift seemed to be frustrated with him. It looked as though he was a new employee and NO ONE was taking the time to explain anything to him. Especially the manager, or the one in the red apron this particular day. She was a women with brown hair that was pulled back. She was very hateful and had a terrible tone and ridiculed him in front of the customers. Seems to be an unhealthy work environment and if I were Jeremy I’m not sure I would deal with it. The 2star review was based on the way the manager on shift treated her employees. It made my husband and I uncomfortable. The drinks were great.

The manager with the very short gray hair is extremely passive aggressively rude. I’d suggest going to the Starbucks further down JFK. I’m not a Karen so I’m not going to call corporate or anything but I thought I’d leave a review as a warning.

Excellent customer service, the staff is very kind. The staff is patient, helpful, and very knowledgeable. They also have great communication. They tough me how to scan in the app and still pay with a card at the window, so I can still get my points. I was unaware you could do that because I always just up loaded inside the app. My refresher was exactly the way I asked, so delicious. Will definitely be visiting again soon.

BUT I wish they wouldn't charge more for plant based milk and I wish they would do something about all the plastic cups they use.

Great prices and fast service. My only take away is it seems every time I go and order plain bagels, they never have them especially early in the morning like an hr or 2 after they’ve opened…they’re always out of them.

My girlfriend went in to get coffee and didn’t know where to pick it up. The lady proceeded to yell at her that she was on the wrong side of the bar and stomped off. Like just get a different job if you’re going to be completely miserable for no reason

Worst coffee I've had! Put no coffee in my first drink and the second one was so bitter I couldn't get past the first sip. Take the shaken espresso off the menu if you can't make it. We only have this problem on the weekend. We went to the McCain Starbucks and they got it first try.

Monday thru Friday mornings are awesome, amazing service. Saturday and Sundays are absolutely ridiculous. Twenty minutes for 4 cars in the drive through. Saturday was 35 minutes inside to get one coffee. There are many of us that visit 7 days a week for our coffee. Would like to know why the service is so different on the weekends.

The pumpkin cream cold brew is back and I'm ecstatic. It has been one of my favorite drinks to get to start my day. The people here are always super friendly especially for how early I show up. The coffees at this location are always made the right way and served with a smile.

I understand that Starbucks can be pretty busy, but training is definitely needed at this location ESPECIALLY if you’re taking orders in the drive through. Someone was very rude and not helpful at all with what I was asking. I asked the lady in the drive through who it was that took my order (it wasn’t that busy). Her response was “it could’ve been 3 different people”. I go to different Starbucks locations at least 3 times a week and this one by far has THE worst customer service.
