Staff is friendly and helpful. They have a wide assortment of items for crafting. My kids love for me to bring them here, they see all sorts of things that spurs their imagination for creating. Store is clean. They seem very reasonablely priced and we can usually find holiday specific items or crafting items up front by register.

Totally nasty bathrooms, I have been here 5 times over the last six weeks with my wife, same nasty toilets and same nast pubic hairs laying in the corner and still no soap to wash your hands, both bathrooms I even tried the women’s and still no soap, what are the employees using, I’m a man that sands to pee and it disgusts me. Management please get some dam soap and clean up the filth. If a man has to tell you, then there’s no hope!!!

This was my first visit to this establishment. I called before I visited the store and the associate was very helpful and friendly. I arrived at the store and a wonderful seamstress help me with my purchase and walk through the store with me to find additional items that I wanted. She also gave me knowledge of other items that I requested that she did not have. I really appreciate service like this! Bravo to JoAnn's for great customer service!

I wanted to give a shout out to the Joann's in North Little Rock, AR. I live 1.5 hours away, so I dont get there often, but when I have been there, the ladies who cut fabric have been so nice and helpful. They answer questions and help me find things. Last night, one let me use a cutting table to lay out my quilt in progress to try out different fabrics and she worked with me for a good hour giving advice and helping me make choices. She was so sweet and so helpful. I really appreciate the extra service!

This shop is located in the mall and is very easy to understand. The store is always organized so that it is easy to see, and I like shopping easily. Christmas decoration goods are already 50% off and 60% off. There were few Christmas tree ornaments, but they were cheap. The fabric is substantial and there are a lot of discounts.
I went to the store middle of November, I could not find variety of yarns. A lot of yarn's shelves were empty. I will try to go again soon. But I found reasonable Christmas decorations!! So cute!
