On 8/29/24 my daughter and I decided to go Halloween shopping and was followed around the store the entire time I was told by another associate the young lady following us name is Emma. My daughter walked to the other side of the store and she followed her. My daughter bought it to my attention once she returned and I let her know I was aware of what was going on. We decided to checkout because our fun little after work outing was ruined and we were extremely disappointed. I work extremely hard everyday and do not appreciate being treated that way. Michael's please provide your employees with bias training.

Staff was clueless about location of products. Got so upset that we left. Prices are twice as much as Hobby Lobby. Definitely won't be shopping at Michael's again!

Fun, get to add bait and switch to Michaels issues. Just spent 20 minutes shopping for clearance items, then several minutes with an employee at the register, to be told at the register an employee must have tagged the price wrong, and proceeded to relabel while I was at the register, and wouldn't honor the price labelled. Pretty certain that's not legal.

And... They just did away with regular registers and went to self checkout.

Michaels, wake up before you collapse. This is a bad bad sign...

I had an amazing experience at Michaels, thanks to the manager going above and beyond to assist me in what I was on the search for. By the time I left, I had a wonderful heat press by Siser, a cricut fabrication tip, two photo albums, and the eagerness to get home and start crafting!!! Our cashier was pleasant, nice, patient, and friendly. Thanks for the excellent attentiveness and customer service. Your store deserves the 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thanks to my Siser Heat Press, I was able to get what I needed pressed after we got home.

I picked up a painting I had framed and Cory went out of his way to make sure I was 100% satisfied and that I was getting exactly what I expecting. This is an employee Michaels should be glad to have on their Team.

I like this store. Sometimes I need something and other times I just like wandering around. They have a great floral section. I found something blue to spruce up my pole holders!

Employees at this Michaels store were a breath of fresh air compared to the store located on Markham Street where employees do not work together as a team. These employees they do not let the long line almost stretching outside the door interrupt the flow of shopping, they take charge, show patience when helping the customer, show patience when the customer has questions, are courteous, and display all the “Customer Service” characteristics anyone employed at Michaels should have.

The store on Markham Street has employees who should not be working for Michaels Corporation. The manager at this Michaels needs to talk with the one over in Little Rock, describe to them how employees should treat their customers.

This store has awesome weekly deals. I enjoy investigating all the hobbies and crafts. I want to know how to do them all and then do none of them. Current obsession is the gel pens that I color with. It's the best stress receiver after working with the public. The public are animals that try to devour our soul. So please don't mind me while I color and stay aware of my soul.

This Michael's has one of the best Aaron Brothers framing services I've ever used. The framing artists are knowledgeable, friendly, and talented. Kylee continues to produce stunning framing results. I would recommend this location to anyone who asks. The seasonal selection in the store itself always has a great deal and excellent product (both for indoors and out!).

Was incredibly expensive, I was astonished the 2 items I came shopping for would have cost me 70$ with a coupon instead of the 30$ I had anticipated paying. These were not high quality items either. Picture frames looked cheap and flimsy. Stuff on sale was marked up before being reduced. I just couldn't believe how over priced this store had become.

The leadership at this store is exceptional! I had an issue with curbside pickup and the manager on duty quickly saw I was unable to walk easily. Instead of just telling me where something was she instantly offered to get it for me. Kindness and compassion are missing in this world but not at Michaels off McCain!

Last minute project for a funeral, and Michael's stayed open later than anyone else. Had everything we needed and could not be more appreciative. Everyone in the store was very willing to help with no attitude and it was 10 minutes to closing! Really??? That doesn't happen much, awesome people!

I placed an online order. I arrived early to the store and discovered they were out of stock of my item. One employee helped me locate where the item should have been (so I could fill my order that wasn’t ready yet). When we discovered they were out another employee was called to help. Both gentlemen went above and beyond to help me. I left the store with an excellent substitution and the transaction was hassle free. Definitely recommend this store.
