Nice department store located just off the interstate in North Little Rock. I stopped here to get some birthday presents before visiting a party. The store was not too busy, it was clean and organized, and it was easy to get in and out of during my stop. Overall, a good store.

This target has really went downhill. I never use public bathrooms but it was urgent for me before I knew it I used a roll of tissue that had red spots closer to the brown roll portion. Letting ppl shoot up in your bathrooms that could effect your customers, dirty fitting rooms nothing is organized I really can’t believe I was in target. Definitely the perfect way to never get my money again. Higher ups take action please!

This is a good target, a little on the older side and not as big as a super Target. The store was clean and had a good selection with friendly staff also.

The food selection is not quite as large as most target stores. They do have milk, eggs and some frozen stuff. They store is kept clean and the staff runs from helpful to clock watchers. There is a snack bar but I have never had anything from there so can not speak to that.

It is SO BAD I want to give you a zero, but that's not possible so I give you a one. Parking lot is a free for all disaster. The shelves look pilfered and empty most times. Your corner store has more grocery items. The "Express Checkout" seems like it was installed backwards...you bag behind you which is inconvenient when the rude trash behind you has their cart right up on you.

Things cost different prices depending on whether you purchase them online, on the app, through a "deal," through Target Circle or who-knows-what. It's infuriating and exhausting, and I feel like a fool for just wanting to pick something off the shelf and pay for it. No, thanks.

This one has isles where products are messy, disorganized, and there has been twice when the shelf label did not reflect the actual price that rings up at the register. Both times the price was MORE at the register. Once the employee honored the shelf price and the other time a different employee did not honor it. I don’t dislike coming to Target, but I come here less and less. I hope they become more consistent, since I did once really enjoy shopping and browsing here.

Sad and pathetic security!! Car got hit last week in their parking spaces. Dumb security guy said he will send info to police. Later come to find out he didn't and when asked why not? He sounded goofy, not very articulate, and started repeating what someone told him to do. Sounded like a young kid new at his job. Target is desperate for help!

Me and my daughter went to target today. Looking for a headset for work. A young lady named Ryn helped us. She was awesome, helped us look at multiple one within our price range. Ryn was by far the nicest person and most helpful I’ve ever come across in any target. She was great.

Considering that the shelves were pretty bare, it was a pleasant visit. Didn't find the toys we wanted or the boots my daughter wanted in her size. We still did get quite a few of our last-minute Christmas shopping done. The elves, I mean staff, were helpful and friendly.

First, upon entering the store I found the women’s restroom to be horribly dirty and lacking toilet paper in several stalls and soap in the first couple of dispensers I tried. I took pictures and then proceeded to show them to one of your young customer service representative’s at the front counter who apologized and said that she would get it cleaned up immediately. Also, I noticed that it had not been cleaned all afternoon/evening except earlier in the morning at 8:30 AM, 9:30 AM, and 10:30 AM. The handicap toilet in the far left stall upon entering the restroom would not flush, And had trash all over the floor and hanging out of the tampon receptacle, the restroom beside it had no toilet paper in either side of the toilet paper holder, and several sinks were not sensing my hands and would not come on and there was no soap in a couple of the dispensers as well.

I found it easy to shop though most everything I needed was in the front corner of the store in grocery, freezers, make up, and toiletries. When I checked out, I was very specific on how I placed everything on the conveyor belt has n exactly the way I wanted it bagged up, and Sharon, my checker, did a fabulous job and then we realized that we had lived on the same street in Hot Springs just one house away.

My experience here was clean and efficient. Clothing selection was alright and the employee at checkout seemed to have had a rough day and and tried to take it out on me. You can’t really blame them an hour before closing during a summer sale though!
You other Target shoppers need to quit making their job so stressful.

I love this location. I live in Sherwood so it is a straight shot down the street for me. One good thing that came from COVID is the option for store pick-up. I conveniently order through the Target app and drive up and a friendly worker brings my items to my car. The only time I go in the store is if I’m with someone else or if I need to make a return.
The food selection is not great at this location which would be my only complaint.
The store is always clean and workers are always helpful and nice.

The Target on University is great as well.

I ordered online pick up in store it said 2 hrs to get it done but it was ready in 30 mins we arrived at the store greeted warmly by the staff at the door got to the service desk which took no time and it I had it in my hands 3 mins after I got there that's fast and friendly service. My only problem was while I was waiting on my nephew to come from the bathroom a security guard with was wearing regular clothes stood there and stared at me and my sister like we were doing something wrong when he saw us picking up my order. Maybe they should teach them not to stereotype. Other than that everything was excellent!

Michelle was totally amazing!! I was picking up some water for a High School football team and Michelle assisted me with the water while wearing a mask!!! I hurt my back and experiencing pain! At 8:01 this morning I tried to get the new Sanrio amiibo cards for animal crossing and it would not let me check out. It took me an hour to order these cards. When I am finally able to place the order I find out that these cards are on the shelf. It says on the weekly ad and the on their website that you can only order it. Then an hour later it said my order was canceled. :(
I am very mad at Target for this because they were very misleading. They will be very lucky to see me return ever again.

The employees here do a great job handling tasks. This target has made many updates to keep up with other modern targets, considering how long it’s been here. Wish front staff had self check out lanes, but they may get them in the future. Registers have Apple Pay which is a plus.

I needed a printer for starting my business. I literally went to 5 major stores in 2 days and they were all sold out. Target had 3 printers in stock and the associates were very happy to help me find what I needed.

The 0 score pertains to buying pre-paid phones at Target. The customer service rep was helpful but I bought a new pre-paid phone for the first time from Target. All other previous times I had bought from Wal-mart. In the process, the next morning my phone after having data transferred at at&T retailer suddenly had a message saying there was an issue at point of sale and to resolve it. I spoke with AT&T who said phone was stolen and took issue. I eventually was given email and details to provide receipt. Long story short, AT&T told me that the employee at Target when ringing up my phone did not ring up the order correctly and it resulted in it coming up as a fraud/stolen phone the next day after AT&T did its daily cycle where it catches phone data anomalies. I was told by AT&T manager this happens regularly. I have bought my past prepaid phones exclusively from walmart previously and not at the same location. Each time I never had an issue where a fraud warning happened the following day resulting in endless hours clearing up the problem. It is for this reason, I would steer clear of Target when it comes to buying AT&T pre-paid phones and go elsewhere because the time it took to resolve the issue was not worth it.
