I just wanted to tell you that I was in your North Little Rock TJMax, and a very angry woman (whom I had a traffic altercation with earlier) approached me and proceeded to swear and threaten me very loudly and aggressively- saying that she intended to wait outside for me. As I kept my cool- it was obvious that I was quite shaken, as was the young man standing with me. (whom has Down Syndrome and was clearly not ok.)
After she finally left- a couple of your associates came up to me and assured me that they were sorry this happened to me and that I would not have to go to my car without an escort. I wish that I had gotten their names- but I just wasn’t ok at the time.
These associates made it clear that they wanted to be sure that we were ok and felt safe- and for this I am so very grateful.
Please take time to let them know how appreciated they are and that they made a difference.

Went to the TJ Maxx in North Little Rock since I was in the area. I was surprised to see all the inventory they had for men's winter clothing especially Ralph Lauren Polo. Also most TJs haven't had much in the men's fragrance section but this particular store had it setup for Christmas shoppers and had a big selection! I bought a bunch of clothes and cologne, then since we need new winter sheets and a comforter, I took pics to show my girlfriend! Will definitely make the extra drive to visit this location again!

I almost forgot to mention the employees, they were very friendly, helpful, and their customer service was on point!

Came here on Black Friday and AGAIN like every other time I try to go to the jewelry department I got skipped when I was next in line. The lady behind the counter saw me waiting and decided to help someone else. I had to go get TIM that didn’t even work in the jewelry department to help. He was so sweet I almost forgot about how annoyed I was. He came off the resister to help me. This was around 3:30 pm on Black Friday. So you know it was busy. I’ll never buy jewelry here again. They are the worst when it comes to customer service but luckily they have Tim. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP TIM!

Wow this place use to have good selections for Men too. Not anymore! What happen as they don't seem to wanta attract men anymore. The better part of what they do have is only in 2 sizes? They barely have 2 racks of clothing now for Men and Young men. Selections are very small and seems all they have very minor picks. The store in Little Rock has a better choice. Best one is in Conway as the Searcy store is about as empty as this North Little Rock location is.
Its not the Maxx Style anymore guys!

I went to TJ Maxx to shop on Saturday, July 13th. The temperature was 102 degrees outside and 110 inside this store! There is still no air conditioning, or it appears that it has been out all summer! I walked to the store's back and was so uncomfortable that I could not take it any longer! I returned their shopping cart to the front, then went next door to Michael's and spent my money in the air conditioning! This is ridiculous to expect not only employees to work in these conditions, but also for your customers to shop in such a disrespectful manner!

Update: Have had several great experiences here since last review. The stock has been on point, but once again on my last visit it was too hot (in Feb this time) to remain in the store. The cashiers were miserable.

Went here with the GF looking for some new luggage and wasn't disappointed. They had several options in many colors and sizes. Prices weren't too bad either. The rest of the store looked well kept and the staff were friendly, which was nice. The place isn't exactly my speed but wasn't disappointed, which as I'm picky says good things.

I went to return a luggage that I bought 2weeks ago. I used it one time and the spinner wheels were horrible. I had the receipt! And yet Kim the manager wanted to argue about store policy being … item needed the tags that was on the luggage. I proceeded to tell her that the receipt says return within 30 days with receipt! She gave me a refund but wanted to argue, if it policy , I get it. However, when I bought the luggage there was not tags on it. They had to get another one in a different color to ring it up, but that’s not the point. The policy is on the receipt! And “Kim” just had to have the last word. First and last time I go to TJ Maxx.

Always love TJ Maxx! I got a serving tray for 3$ clearance marked down from Christmas stuff, very pretty white with snow flakes as the handles. I went in there for a birthday gift, u can always find something nice for a lady for 20$ or less as a gift. I love shopping here for a new negligee (French for sexy type of night gown) usually only 12.99$. And I recently discovered they carry OPI Nail polish for only 5.99$ a bottle, that's a huge discount! Every once in a while I can find a nice Nike set for my toddler for 15.99$ which is great for 2 pieces.
Bottom line: I can always find something I want in TJ MAXX but could probably live without. It's my go-to store for women's gifts, so men..... please take that as a hint LoL

Had the sweetest employee ring me up, named Chassidy. She's amazing. You can shop anywhere, spend money on anything, but you enjoy everything so much more when you leave in a better mood. No air conditioning! My shopping time was cut tremendously... the cashier told me that they have been without air for a Month! Seriously TJMAXX. Maybe the decision makers from Corporate should come and work the store with 💯 Degree temperatures outside. Imagine how hot it is inside the STORE 🤔

It seems anytime I really need to save some money and get some clothes one of the best places to go is this spot. You have absolutely no idea what you're going to see and I and I just go straight to the clearance right.. I thought this place has stuff for men and women but it seems like women have just completely taken over this place. His lots and lots of women's wear around in there.
