Staff was friendly, but the shelves were bare in some areas of the store, but overall great experience. It was easy to find things that were stocked, and in the areas that was stocked, it wasn’t wrecked or things out of place. I would come back here again in the future.

When is ok for an employee to have on head phone while checking out customers. I am not sure if they are even acknowledging me or the other customers they are so in-tuned with what’s been said or playing. It use to be the small earbuds now they are so bold they have moved on to the big over the ear beats , what’s next. When will the companies step up and say enough is enough. I mean where has the respect and dignity gone, the professionalism, corporate if you let this go what will be next, customers do not deserve this. Stop the nonsense and do your job without all this distractions and respect All customers ALL the time not when you feel like on certain days.

This place used to be great when Crystal was working here. After she left it went downhill. I walked in the other day around 1:30 to get a gift bag for my daughter's birthday, and one of the ladies behind the cash register yelled out "No, we are closed!" Very rudely. I understand being short staffed and not being able to run/close an entire store by yourself, but to talk to customers like that is unprofessional and disgusting. Maybe hang a sign up that says, "Understaffed closing early." ?? Or maybe talk to your local customers with a little more respect. I don't understand what's happened to customer service. This isn't the first time one of the workers has yelled at or had an attitude with one of the customers. One day they'll catch an attitude with the right one.

They don't have a huge staff, so sometimes you'll have to wait in long. BUT, every employee I've encountered has been so nice, helpful, and professional. One year the night before my youngest daughter's birthday we didn't have much. So we came in just to grab a couple balloons and a couple smalls toys to unwrap until her party when we could afford more. The lady said no way, it's her second birthday so go grab a cart. She used HER own money. We told her over and over it was ok, she was turning 2 and we could get more before her party. She said if we didn't help she would do it on her own. I cried. Again, amazing staff!!

This store has saved me many times when I just needed something simple. Plus, it is always less costly. I stop here frequently when I only need a couple of items. It's only a block away from home and convenient on the way home from work. The cashiers work hard and are nice. The only problem I ever have is long lines and one register open. But they get me through quickly.

During this time of the day. Went in got what I needed, no long wait time , store was not cluttered with stock and clerk was very friendly. Also I had a pick up order and that service was very swift. Keep up the great work!

I have been shopping at this location nearly everyday for several years and have mostly had a good experience. The store is clean and well organized. However, today I had a different experience, I called to see if a product was in stock so I did not make a needless trip and received an attitude about the line of customers the cashier had, that she was not going to go back and look for me. I would have gladly hold on the phone but I was not given that option, phone calls are customers too not just the people in the check line.

I will never go to this store again. I was in the check out line and the cashier said that she wasn’t getting my items out of the holding basket until I took them all out and put them behind the belt. Then, she continued to roll her eyes and look at me as if I’m crazy. I couldn’t get her name but she needs to have some customer service skills because that wasn’t it at all.

I was in shock when I stopped by the Maumelle store. There was produced all over the floor, and hanging off the shelves it was totally trashed. (And I do mean trashed.) I could hardly push my shopping cart around in this store. I have always been so pleased to go there. I don't know what has happen but I will rethink shopping there now. This use to be one of the cleanest Dollar Trees around. Plus I guess they don't check there workers back ground anymore either.

This store NEVER open on time. Get people there that can open the store at the correct time, or change your hours online. This has happened several times while you see the employees in the store standing around looking at the cars waiting for this business to open.

Store has a huge sign on the door closing at 6pm due to covid. All the other stores in the area are open regular hoyrs. Also had a sign saying mask are required. Other stores don't have that sign. Manager must be to dumb to read cdc quidellines that those vaccinated are not required to wear mask. Staff is always rude and standing around while multiple customers wait in line at the one cashier station open. Coporate definitely needs to investigate this location.

This store will not allow a service dog in there store. They clearly discriminat against the handicapped. Do not shop this store. Was asked to leave with my service dog even after I showed my service dogs i.d. horrible service. The man stood in the front of the store arguing with me over my 2 pound service dog .

I just love this store. I usually go once a week to get my Dollar Tree fix, as I call it. I'll be there for hours looking at everything, (don't want to miss anything) and I can always count on my husband calling me asking "you still there"? Anyway I have a question, like I said I go often and at times I need to use the bathroom, I would like to know if you're ever going to fix your bathroom. I have asked several times if I could use their bathroom and I always get the same answer, "The bathroom is out of order." I took my grandson their on Sat 2/2/19 around 3 or 4 o'clock and he needed to go bad so I told him to go up front and ask where the bathroom is. And you know what HE GOT THE SAME ANSWER, out of order. I had to leave my basket and go next door to a nail salon and ask them if he could please use theirs. They were very kind and told him where it was. As I was waiting on him I happened to mention what Dollar Tree told me and she said they tell everyone that and they (nail salon) get alot of Dollar Trees customers. Now there was at least 5 or 6 employees working at this time and I would like to know WHERE DO THEY GO? SO DOLLAR TREE PLEASE FIX, REPAIR OR WHATEVER YOUR BATHROOM NEEDS SO YOUR CUSTOMERS CAN USE IF NEEDED.

It’s not the biggest Dollar Tree that I’ve been to, but it’s well-stocked for its size. The staff is very helpful. Most cashiers wrap glassware in paper without being asked. They have a big kitchen gadget selection for a store of its size. The aisles are wide and there are plenty of hand baskets.

Their toy selection could use a little variety for different age groups, but all-in-all, there are reasonable choices.
