I hadn't shopped at Kirkland's in a few years. I was really surprised at the great prices on regular and sale items. I found large wall mirrors for only $30. It saved me so much money while buying decor. And the employees were extremely helpful.

The store manager or supervisor at the NLR location is awful. Last time I went in there she was talking to another associate who kept getting on her cell phone. I waited for at least 5 minutes at the counter and wasn’t even acknowledged. I had to tell them to help me for assistance. The manager didn’t seem to care AT ALL. which displays terrible leadership skills.
Next time I go in, the wrong item was sent to me. She didn’t feel comfortable taking the return and told me to call customer service. ZERO attempt to assist me in any capacity. The quality of service has gone down significantly since she came in. For reference, she’s a middle aged blonde woman.

I don't remember Kirkland's being so pricey. Sad because they had some cute Halloween decorations. I loved the candy corn garland but it was out of my budget.

Great store for seasonal decorations, or every day home decor! They send out coupons and have one day sale items which I really enjoy. Helpful, but not overbearing employees. Keep up the good work.

Black Friday is my favorite shopping day at Kirkland's. Saved lots of $ with the sales plus extra 20% off everything! The ladies there were very helpful and definitely in the holiday spirit.

Always like Kirklands but wonder why Conway store was closed, I sure miss it now that Pier One and so many others have closed down.

The store is a beautiful place to look for decors and household stuff. My daughter bought mirror for the living room and I bought a scent candle. The big sign reads $7 but when I paid at the counter the total went up to more than $10. We were in the car on the highway when I looked at the receipt and found that the sales person or cashier charged me $10 instead of the $7 in the sign. I called the phone number of the store but someone who answered the phone told me that the store was close. I did not want to go back because it would cause more than $3 for a gas to get back and forth from our house to the store which was located in North Little Rock. Lesson I learned: watch when you pay because you might end up paying more than what the actual price is at the rack or selling floor. Be watchful!

SAFETY WARNING!

FYI to keep your loved ones safe and be careful where you buy!

We purchased a new mirror from Kirklands in North Little Rock about a month ago. My husband is a contractor and is meticulous about hanging pictures and such. The other night the mirror came CRASHING off the wall. Much to our surprise, the nail remained in the stud. After looking close, it was the mirror screws that had come out of the mirror itself! We called and spoke with DJ the manager at the NLR store to see about the situation who (very rudely) informed us that it cannot be returned or exchanged. 😡
