Decent place in North Little Rock for office supplies. Went here for poster hanger supplies and was easily able to find what I needed.

Noticed they have office furniture, posters, calendars and their copy center is huge. Not many staff seemed to be working - couldn’t find help on the floor but was able to get what I needed on my own.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. My 21 page print order was incorrect. I should have known I would have issues because all of the employees were sitting behind the counter on their phones when I picked up the order.

When I called the store to have it fixed, I was placed on hold right away. After waiting for 10 minutes, I hung up and called again. On the second call, the employee said minimal words, just heard background noise. After a long wait, she said she saw nothing wrong with my order. I informed her that none of the customizations were done (half were to be doublesided, the other half on cardstock). She placed me on hold while I was in the middle of reading off what was missed. A guy came on the phone and said my replacement would be completed after 1pm. I thanked him and asked him to tell employees not to place a customer on hold when they were speaking. He promptly hung up on me!

I sent my husband to get the reprint on his way home from work. After waiting 10 minutes, the employee finally stopped what he was doing to give him the order. The order was still wrong. Half of the pages are missing and words are cut off. I called West Little Rock, who were able to issue me a refund so I could reorder through them. I will not be returning to this location.

We came here to print out some signs to go on the side of our semi truck and Gordon was very helpful! We originally sent our sign to them through email to print and Gordon suggested something better for us to do that would make the sign really pop out. We are very happy with our sign and with the service Gordon provided for us. He was friendly, patient, and had a positive attitude. Workers like Gordon are needed, workers that make you want to keep shopping at the establishment. Thank you for helping us Gordon!

Do not use their printing services. The employees are rude and act like you are inconveniencing them. What should have taken 5 minutes took over night and another 20 minutes the next day. The did not put our paper in a box or bag and it was raining outside.

They were so helpful at a time I really needed it!! Due to poor time planning on my part, I came in with an order for 175 handbooks that I needed in two days and it wasn't printing correctly (my error)! BUT Tyler and Lola were determined to figure it out. After many trials they were successful. I really appreciated their "perseverance" (a term I always taught my first graders)!!

The initial interaction with the stock clerk and the cashier could have been better. The end result was much better with both of them. A greeting and how many I help you would have given both of these ladies a 10. Rather than it seeming like I was an inconvenience to them initially.

I ordered something for my mom for mother's day and they say it was going to be in. Never was send out or notified about it until I called. Now they telling me it will be 3 to 5 days before I get my money it didn't take 3 to 5 days to take it. They would not even let me go pick it up. Very poor condition service. I wouldn't recommend that you order online. Poor service

L'Bria in the printing section was AMAZING. I work for a funeral home and send my families to Office Depot for any easel pictures. I've never been on the other side of it though, thought it would be so overwhelming. She went above and beyond customer service and was SO thorough and patient, she had little to nothing to work with and made sure I was happy. FURTHER, this was for my dads funeral (I told her it could be any day now) and she made SURE I walked out with my easel picture that day. I could go on and on about her, definitely was my biggest advocate to make this perfect for my mom. Thank you L'Bria, I will always remember the gift of your time and HUGE efforts.

I simply love the McCain store. When you walk in you are greeted and asked if you need help. Each employee I have ever encountered has been so helpful no matter how busy it might be. They are knowledgeable and willing to help you find the best deal for your money. My business cards were awesome and the price for a 100 was $10...I love it!!!

They came through, my co-workers and I use the Tul system to take notes because we just like the quality. Well. We ran out of paper and the office Depot of our town didn't have those 300 Ct options. I came here and they had so many and on discount too. I bought as much as I could because we live far and we use a lot of paper to take notes in a month. So im happy. I would have gotten everything that is there for me and my co-workers if I could have but i don't want to bring attention to myself lol. Tul system is definitely a system we like very much. I recommend!

Horrible service. I bought a desk online & was sent a message that manager would call me because the desk was out of stock. I never received a call from them; I had to call this location myself. Spoke to an associate in Furniture who forward me to a manager. The manager lied & stated that he had cancelled the order & issued a refund. The Benton location had the desk, so we went there. The associate in Benton let us know that we would have to call the Customer Care phone number in order to cancel or be issued a refund. I called the NLR location to confirm & was finally told the truth. Customer Care is a joke as well; it can take up to 3 days to cancel an out of stock desk & 7-10 days to issue a refund. I will stick with Staples or a local office furniture supply store for now on. WHAT A JOKE!

The manager pulled the associate helping me to do something else and he didn’t even pay me any attention. It seems to me that there is no communication here, and that the managers for the most part are either lazy, don’t care about the customers, or both. I think the lower end associates are ok, but there really needs to be a reshuffling at the top to make the store flow

It was 8:50pm 7-11-19 ten minutes from closing when I walked in. Did I hear oh we are about to close? No I said I needed some copies, and they pointed me in right direction. With a smile on their face. Now I'm trying to get different sizes and angles of one picture. There is $600 riding on me getting these copies. They are for a tattoo artist. Ok so after alot of cropping , printing and asking for the nice employee to use their back . To check sizing. Never once did they rush my decision or rush what they was doing. The manager was great and understanding as well. I am PURE ROMANCE consultant, Pure Romance by Sissy Jackson. And I live in stores like Office Depot. Great store great service and great workers. Very qualified and professional. I will never go to a another store except this Office Depot!!! I was so impressed I maded them write their names down for me. I want to give a BIG SHOUT OUT TO JASON DAVIS, BRANDY HART, SHIREA LEWIS and BRYAN GREEN mrg. And tomorrow I will be calling corporate to tell them these employees need a raise they are great contribution to Office Depot!!!

The store is good, lots of options, but I would encourage anyone thinking of purchasing something to check the online price first. We were considering a desk chair, but it was pricey and we were on the fence. On a whim, I looked it up on the Office Depot website and the same chair was $150 cheaper. They matched the price, so that was great.
