Drove almost 2 hours just to come to this store only to be disappointed they didn't have a great selection of costumes for kids the employees was rude I asked one of them if they had costumes for toddlers and all he did was look at his phone...if I could give it zero stars I would...will not be coming back

Crystal and Krystal are so sweet and helpful, came in really close to closing time for number balloons. The ladies were welcoming, knowledgeable & driven to take care of me. Very refreshing after a stressful last-minute commute! They were amazing. I recommend this location & their crew to everyone. Clean store & THE balloon go-to for me. Glad to have them here!:)

Newest employee is very nice and helpful even though she is still learning. I felt like I was going to pass out in the store from the heat outside and missing lunch, they gave me water and candy. Thanks, ladies!

It was horrible service. I was never told after October 24 you couldn't return. I bought the costume on the 25th. And went into the hospital so I was unable to use it. Tried to return it. Still in the bag. Still had tags. Had the receipt. And nope. Sorry ma'am. We can only do an exchange. I was livid.

The shelves were empty. The staff was very nice so giving 3 stars for that. I was amazed at all the empty spots on all the shelves. Still..if you need a Halloween costume or bday party decor this place seemed to have what you would need for kids

Horrible customer service from the manager on duty. The manager on duty (Tonya - pink hair) has no personal skills and doesn’t know how to deal with issues or customers. When I checked out, I sat there waiting for her to finish talking to another employee before I could finish entering my card info. Then when I had an issue, she didn’t listen and if I hadn’t asked more questions, I would have left without a refund. They say they have notices all around the balloon area to notify you of balloon air time but how hard is it for an employee to go a little further to double check that the customer knows. Their notices have stains all over the paper and are ripped almost to shreds (or at least the area I was at was). It wasn’t that I didn’t see the notices that bothered me but the way the pink haired girl handled it. She was somewhat rude and didn’t listen. If I hadn’t of paid beforehand, they wouldn’t have gotten a dollar out of me. The regular employees the last few times I have gone in there have been very polite and seem
happy to be at work. Very good customer service from them.

This place was nearly empty of supplies and had no current kid themed party supplies. My granddaughter really wanted a "Wednesday Addams" themed party but they did not carry that or her second choice "Stranger Things". Very disappointed in this store.

The young lady helping me knew without researching exactly where my items were! Some things weren't in stock like #6 sparkler candle but I was able to improvise! Good experience!

There was only one worker and 3_4 people moving around couldn't seem to tell me where there was another one, that may have what I was looking for, they did not call another store, or offer something like I was looking for, got a few things any way not like any I been to in other states.. more helpful and tried to keep the sale if possible.

My daughter called Party City to see if they had any headstones left for Halloween decoration. They told her yes. We drove over there to pick some up and they didn't have any at all. It is so frustrating when you call to ask if a store has an item you want to purchase and they don't take time out to go make sure they have it. We wasted our time and gas going there for nothing. That was the whole reason for her calling to check if they have any. We didn't want to waste our time and gas driving their for nothing. This isn't the only place that does this which is sad. Where has our customer service gone to. Walmart makes you check yourself out and some employees in stores are to lazy to check on items that we customers call about.

Unfriendly Staff
I had one item and three workers were at the ballon counter, it took atleast two to three minutes for them to acknowledge me (Black Woman) workers were all white. Poor business for a great company that sells all types of party accessories

Put in an order of ballons for a specific date and time. However the order was not completed in the specified timeframe. They inflated the ballons a day early so when I went to pick them up they were half deflated. No one owned up to the mistake the store did so I was stuck with over $50 dollars of terrible looking deflated ballons right before a big birthday party. I have used this store in the past and have had issues before but this time the situation was unacceptable. Will never go back there again.

This shop has everything you need for a party. Just amazing.There were helium gas balloons, Halloween decorations, cosplay costumes required for events such as Halloween, cosplay ornaments, wigs, socks and tights, and makeup and paint for disguises. Shelves that are separated by colors such as red, blue, yellow, green and purple are very convenient. I could easily find a decoration color that fits the theme! Convenient! You could easily buy cake decorations and cupcake decoration trays for the party! Of course, gift wrapping paper and paper bags are also selling in this store.
