If you follow me you know it's very seldom that I give people five stars these guys deserve those five. The store was spotless clean I have never went into a pizza place that was so clean thanks to this Young man here. Didn't catch his name but just as nice as he wanted to be. But let's talk about Miss Renette there's a lot of things I can say about her but I'm going to keep it short very good personality the kind of person you want to see and deal with when you spend your money all around this restaurant is just on point.

Whitby Pizza Hut on camp Robinson North Little Rock directly and my food was delivered by doordash due to no available Pizza Hut delivery drivers.. when I asked for my change due to my payment in cash the driver told me he had no change and was going to run down to the corner store which is the shell off of I-40 to get change and come back.. the driver never came back.. I called the Pizza Hut back and was told I had to contact doordash.. I contacted doordash and was told I had to contact the Pizza Hut. So now I am out of my change due to some hard up doordash driver. I recently had an issue with doordash before because my money wasn't refunded for unavailable items.. so needless to say I am pretty much done with doordash and a Pizza Hut can't do any better with such situations I'll be done with them too.

This location on Camp Robinson get worse and worse every time I come here. I waited in the store for an online order that I placed at 7:30 and I would pick it up at 9:15. The pizzas hadn't even been cooked yet. 10 people came in that placed orders in the store got their food before me. 2 people requested refunds while I was there due to the wait time. I didn't get my pizzas until 10:45. You guys will never get my business again. The staff was yelling and cussing at each other because the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing. Very unorganized and unprofessional. Get home and 2 of our 3 pizzas were not cut. And the one you did cut was like a 2 year old cut it. One of my pizzas was cut into 4 slices! Get it together!

Great little Pizza Hut off camp Robinson. Staff is quick and courteous. I was highly impressed by them today. They mistakenly added an extra topping to my pizza. Instead of letting me walk out of the door with the incorrect pizza (which would’ve been easy- I would’ve never opened the box to check the pizza), they told me of their mistake and offered to either remake my pizza or issue me a refund and let me take the “messed up” pizza. I gladly took the “messed up” pizza and refused the refund. I was beyond grateful that they even informed me of the mistake. There aren’t many good staffs like this anymore. Most restaurants will screw you and not think twice. They will watch you drive off with a screwed up order. Not, Pizza Hut, though. Pizza Hut on camp Robinson is great. 5/5 stars. Pizza tasted great by the way. Pizza was also only 10$ with their online coupon special. I will be returning

Placed an order, got a confirmation for delivery and a Dasher called me and told me that Pizza Hut had sent my order out with another dasher and the order will not be remade because they’re closed now and for me to call Door Dashers and cancel my order. I then received another message saying that the order was going to be delivered but I never received it. I called Pizza Hut and the only thing they did was gave me a $22 credit for my next order. After I use that credit I don’t plan on ever ordering anything else again.

The last three orders I’ve placed have been made incorrectly. I take the time to use the app to be a specific as possible and the orders continue to come out wrong. Perhaps, I should try a different location, as Camp Robinson just can’t get it right.

I ordered 2 pizzas and wings at 6 pm. It arrived at 7 but part of the order was missing. The driver said she’d go back and get it. An hour later, nothing. I called the store repeatedly, nobody answered. I called customer service and the agent was unhelpful, told me to call the store again. I called again, no answer. Called customer service back - the agent said he would have it redelivered. ANOTHER HOUR LATER - I still didn’t have my order so I went to the store and they said the driver was on their way. When I got home, the food was delivered but still wrong and they asked me to pay for it.

The Pizza Hut on Camp Robinson has always given the best service, and I have usually done carryout here for years. Their delivery service was excellent tonight, with very quick times. Their pizzas are always good & their employees should be commended. I definitely recommend them.

This Pizza Hut has literally been the best pizza delivery experience I've had in my adult life. I didn't even KNOW that you could get delivery pizza that was still fresh out of the oven HOT. Also, delivery time has been eerily fast, lol. Consistently. EVERY time. I know this sounds like a commercial, but I'm SO serious.

I didn’t think to ask his name but I think he was the only male working at the time. I had one little glitch on my order but he immediately took care of it and did it with a smile. No questions asked. He was so busy, I felt a little bad even bringing it to his attention, because I know how I can be when I’m rushing around like crazy and some little something goes wrong. It was no problem to him. He immediately took care of it and I was out the door. That is a VERY valuable employee these days. I’ll definitely be back.

This location has always had friendly workers. I got here to get my staff lunch when I’ve known they have been working hard and to show them I appreciate all of their hard work. The pizzas are always fresh and done in a timely matter. The area is also always clean when I walk in.

Not happy with my pizza delivery recently. Due to issues, I am not a fan of the low end Door Dash and they delivered our pizza. We ordered from this Pizza Hut and we're not told Door Dash was doing the delivery. The pizza was not in an insulated bag and was not hot like it usually is. I won't order from here anymore. It's become shady.

Horrible. I ordered a large stuffed crust pizza and a 2liter mountain dew. I gave specific instructions to make sure the driver had enough change due to only having 20s. Not only did the driver attempt to con me for a outrageous tip by "not having any change" then magically had change when I refused the order. But my pizza was room temperature at best. The manager offered a remake or a credit. Like I would trust this location to make my order over without spitting on it. Avoid this location. HORRIBLE experience.

It's already bad enough that Pizza Hut is horrible for your health but that isn't enough. I had to walk in during a Door Dash delivery to hear loud rap music booming in my ear drums like a club. The night time manager/supervisor didn't seem like he cared at all that he was providing a bad example to the younger adults that work there. I'm giving this 1 star because of the lack of professionalism mixed with food that contains dangerous ingredients.

The new "Melts" taste like cardboard. And really only one side has any toppings. The other side was all dough. They put so much parmesan cheese on top, it was just fell off and it was unnecessary. Pizza was fine.

Made an order and asked for it to be delivered. Well over an hour later and beyond the estimated delivery time, we finally called the location and spoke with Nila (sic) and she was rude, refused to give her name and then hung up on us because we simply questioned where our delivery was. The only reason we know her name is because we waited a few minutes and called back. One star is far more than they deserve! Everyone BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!

Ordered large specialty pizza on 1-17-22 & was told it would be ready in 30min. After 30min I arrived to pick up pizza but it wasn't ready. I then waited an additional 30min b4 it was ready. I then requested cheese & pepper but was told it would be a 1$ for each one. I told the guy that condiments should be free especially since my pizza wasn't ready. Geez whats next, buy french fries & get charged additional for ketchup?!? I shall get my pizza fix elsewhere from now on. No apologies nor discount given for pizza not being ready & having to wait! Unreal SMH
