I'm traveling from TN to TX with my family and we stopped to rest in N Little Rock Ar and I ordered 2 pizzas from this pizzeria to the hotel and they are the best pizzas I've ever eaten. I recommend them 100%Also the delivery guy came to my room and brought plates, napkins and even sides that I didn't order... a really honest price. I was very satisfied. Let's talk about Marco's Pizza, where every slice is an adventure—assuming you can get a slice in the first place. Yes, that's right, Marco's Pizza serves up a whole pie without bothering to cut it. Maybe they thought we'd enjoy the challenge of playing tug-of-war with our dinner?

The dough at Marco's seems to have aspirations of its own. In my pizza, one section of the crust had puffed up into a bread bubble so large, it looked like it was trying to escape. I half-expected it to float away and join a hot air balloon festival.

As for the crust, it was chewy and thin. Not the delightful kind of chewy that gives your jaw a workout, but the sort that makes you wonder if you're actually gnawing on a piece of rubber. At one point, I thought I might be re-enacting a scene from "Chewing Gum: The Musical."

On the bright side, the sauce and toppings were...present. They didn't quite make up for the rest of the pizza's eccentricities, but they were there. Somewhere. Maybe they got lost under the bread bubble.

In conclusion, Marco's Pizza is perfect for those who enjoy a bit of whimsy with their meal. Just make sure to bring a pizza cutter, a sense of humor, and a strong jaw.

Got the order 40 minutes after promise time, called the store to see what we should expect and after 25 minutes I am still on hold. Once the order finally arrived the pizza box was crushed and the cheese was stuck to the box. The pizza was warm at best but everything else was cold. I am STILL on hold trying to talk to someone at the store. This was only my 2nd time trying Marcos and I will not be back. I finally just hung up after an hour on hold. Obviously I'm not going to get an answer.

Marco’s is usually pretty good but not this time. I placed my order online for a 2 topping large pizza w/ extra cheese. I didn’t check the pizza so when I got home I set the pizza on the stove so when my son went to fix him some he asked if I brought a sausage pizza I said no not thinking much of it so he eats after I came in from outside I decided to look and what I see is not at all what I ordered this pizza had no pepperoni and I’m even sure it had extra cheese on so I call down to the store a lady answered so I began to tell her that my order was wrong all she said was to bring it back to the store she didn’t try to resolve the issue or nothing. It’s hot and gas prices are high and plus I been at work all so no I don’t feel coming back to the store. So it’ll be a minute before Marco’s see any more of my money. Very disappointed

My online order for pick up was just exactly as I specified, it was hot when we arrived, and the staff was helpful. Loved the regular crust. Added garlic to it and extra sauce to the pizza...good call. Our cheese-only kids were big fans as well. It was our first Marco's experience, and it won't be our last.

Ordered curbside but had to walk in to get it because no one came out. I get back to my barrack room to enjoy the pizza because it smelled amazing but to m dismay, the didn't even slice the pizza. Not one cut anywhere.

Compared to our local Marco's Pizza in Wichita, this place is king!

I ordered via the app. My pizza was cooked to perfection. I was greeted when I walked in the door. I was thanked for my purchase. And the time that I was told via my app that it would take to get my pizza ready and the time it actually took was exact to the minute.

Come to Wichita and teach our local franchise how to do it! Lol

As always, I got the pepperoni magnifico. It's the reason that Marcos gets my repeat business whether the service is great or not...

This place should be ashamed of themselves. I figured I would give them another shot, last time i ordered they took over 2 hours to get my food and this was on a weekday not a busy friday or the super bowl. This time it’s been 1.5 hrs since I ordered. I have been on hold for the last 45 min. The owner of this place needs to clean house or not accept orders if they can’t deliver within a timely manner. Lastly I have never left a review in my lifetime but this is the only way i can voice my frustration since obviously I can’t get anyone to answer there phone. Hire someone just to answer phones for all the dissatisfied customers, i’m convinced since this has happened before i’m not the only one to experience this.

The JFK location is absolutely horrible. We waited for almost 2 hours for our delivery. And I sat on hold for 20 mins on the phone before hanging up. No one picked up.
The pizza finally came but was not hot. It was warm. You can tell it was sitting.

The last three times I have ordered from this location, I have had worse and worse experiences. The latest one, I placed a carryout order. When I got to the store, they some how lost my order. The time before that they gave my order to someone else, but they were finishing up the remake. The time before that somehow, someone was out delivering my pizza and they couldn't locate the driver but apparently my pizza had been delivered, but it actually hadn't, and they had to remake it as well. I truly like the flavor of Marco's pizza, but I can't with them anymore. Yall have lost my business.

Pizza arrived roughly an hour after expected time and after it was “out for delivery.” Called, but no one answered. Guy finally pulls up, brings the food, says nothing as he was on the phone with someone, and drives off. I go inside and the order is wrong. Just wanted to make things easy for my wife and I while we packed up.

I've never wrote a review before this but I felt like I needed to. I'm sorry to say but the delivery time is unacceptable. There's no way an order should be an hour late on the estimated delivery time.

We've called a dozen time to only get the line once and being told that it was arriving between now and 10mins (order came actually more than 40mins after that call).

I don't mean to be rude, the driver was nice and the pizza looked okay but after an hour past the estimated time all I wanted is a refund. It was unfortunately the first and the last time buy pizza from Marco's

The pizza tasted good, the boneless chicken was off. I prayed over my food as usual, just hoping it wasn't lab-grown chicken.
The hospitality was great, the counter associate was waiting on me but I couldn't find what was online compared to the menu. I suggested that she should take the call and I ordered from online while in the store. She apologized but there was no need, and it was a pleasant experience.

This is the second time in two weeks our order has been incorrect. We had ordered a white sauce pizza that came with red sauce as I have a sensitivity to it- the manager comped up for the pizza. We returned for our free pizza and this time I got a pizzoli since it was new and didn't have sauce- our receipt even says pepperoni like we asked but when I get home it's a sausage pizzoli.
We won't be going back which is unfortunate since this was the only pizza place I liked since moving here.

11/18/2023 Dang, this has forever been my favorite pizza place. I ordered $30 dollars worth of food. Medium pizza, 10 piece traditional wings, and the new pizzoli. The only thing good was the pizza. The pizza melt at Pizza Hut is way better, sorry but true. Their wings are better but I chose Marcos this time because we haven't had them in forever and they no longer deliver to my apartment area. I'll stick to just ordering the pizza and nothing else.

I ordered pizza online and went to pick it up. They were taking my pizza out of the oven and discovered they made it wrong. They quickly made a new one and put in oven.
Took the pizza home and discovered the veges on top were not cooked all the way and were more raw than cooked. I like my vegetables cooked on pizza. We ate it and will go back again but hope the next the pizza is cooked correctly

Got there after my promised time and they were short staffed, rude, and burnt the heck out of my pizza and I still had to wait. I walked in when the lady was on the phone once she hung up she asked me my name after I paid she threw her hands up and shrugged and said I have no idea where it’s at atm we’ve been busy. Okay well that’s fine and all but now that I’m here you need to accommodate me and find my order since it’s past my promised time. This lady didn’t even check on it for me. Then when the other guy worker in there finally boxed my pizza up I said “thank you sir” and the dude couldn’t even bare to crack a smile back at me. Gross negative environment. Corporate needs to step in and help this location out.

I’ll order a 20 ounce Mountain Dew and a extra large pepperoni and the customer service who took my order did everything properly in it will probably very professional but dude the driver who brought my order out first time had my order wrong. Dan he made threats towards me and I contacted had to call called the North Little Rock on JFK office several times, and finally got through back to the lady who took my old the first time she said she would contact the owner to take care of I don’t recommend this piece of plate to anybody

I called just to be put on hold for a long time. there is no way to cancel order online. I don't know what to do about this except never come back, except this is the only "fast food" pizza my mother likes, even though I prefer others like domino's and pizza hut. when my food was not ready when 11:47AM hit, I went in restaurant because no one answered phone for well over 15 mins. and was told another 10 mins til ready. What the heck!? Don't put ready online of it's not really ready. Will go to another location for my mother but will not be back at this one again. Bad service!

Pickup I'm always greeted when walking in and served right away which is real nice. The food is good quality as is the prices. Delivery is just as good. Hot and fast very convenient. I would recommend this pizza over any other place locally.

We ordered delivery yesterday and it was our 1st time on trying Marco’s pizza. We ordered the chicken hawaiian pizza and we loved it! Pizza has a lot of toppings and still hot! We also ordered wings without sauce and we liked it as well! Wings was flavorful. Only problem was that the wings were not hot like the pizza. A little warm but maybe because it was cooked before the pizza? I don’t know but it was still good! We will absolutely be ordering again. Thank you!

When this location first opened, it was great. Not sure if the ownership has changed, but the service definitely has. Employees don't seem to care at all. Website doesn't work for this location (even though it works for every other location in this area). The customer feedback page on the main Marco's website doesn't work for this location either even though it does for the other locations around town. When we've told the employees at this location that you can't order online because the website isn't working (and we've told them more than once), they just shrug. It took us twice as long to get our pizza last night as what they told us. Other customers were leaving unhappy too. There were piles of receipts stacking up around the cash register. Inside the restaurant looked trashy. My husband was a public health inspector and the condition of the place caught his eye. We have a friend who owns a successful Marco's franchise in another state, and this location in NLR is definitely not up to the corporate standards. Seems very odd that neither the website nor the feedback section work for this location while they are operational for the other locations. That's a red flag in our opinion.

I got pepperoni pizza w veges and a salad. The soda tasted like it had grit in it. I am doubled over now with a horrible stomachache 3 hours later. About to take another dose of pepto. Worst worst worst pizza ever. I would only eat here again if it were free and there was no other food on earth. Even then id have to think about it. Oh and did i fail to mention. I was dining in and my pizza was COLD!!!! Over 25 bucks wasted😣

Marco’s is starting to become our go to for Friday pizza night. Kids love it. Good price. Sauce has a nice zing. The thin is more cracker than crust but not complaining. Pizza is a go. Wings not so much. Typical frozen pizza joint wings. Why do I always get fooled?

Ordered a pizza with cinnamon squares and did not receive any icing,they refused to bring the icing and gave a me credit for a few dollars..did not get to enjoy them😒
