Arrived right when they opened and the staff was super helpful right off the bat. Store layout was great and I was able to walk right to what I was looking for. Checkout guy was new, but very helpful and friendly! Overall great experience.

Nice store me and my friend went in to Christmas shop and we really needed to use the restroom a very kind associate not sure of his name but he was a young black guy with short twists in his hair walked us to the restroom when we asked him where it was we entered the women’s restroom only to find it smelled very strongly of feces and there was no toilet paper so we went into the men’s room because it was empty and didn’t smell and had toilet paper as we were coming out another associate a young white male was entering he seemed disgusted that we were there we explained the situation in the ladies room and he told us very rudely that he didn’t care and that he would throw us out of the men’s room if we didn’t leave I find it very offensive that we were being threatened and denied the right to use a clean empty restroom by a employee if this is a policy that the store is teaching their workers they should be ashamed

This place is where you go! Lucas was 10/10. Went in to buy a Treadmill after having a terrible experience with Academy. This man made me feel 100% good about coming here. Definitely will be back.

Very friendly staff from the moment I walked in the door. I went in looking for a Patella Support for my knee. Though I knew where they were, I didn't know what size I needed. An associate named Blake asked if he could help me in any way. When I told him my dilemma, he brought me a paper tape measure to measure my knee. He provided excellent customer service and I got the product I needed.

I needed new shoes for work as a nurse. Everyone told me to get Hoka's. $150 dollars later, I hope they are worth it. They had someone to help in shoe section. They have to, shoe boxes are not available up front.

This location has some really helpful employees. The manager, Justin, was very helpful. He provided awesome customer and was very knowledgeable about the available merchandise. This location is easily located and is surrounded by a lot of other businesses.

Contrary to online advertisement, this store does not carry hunting equipment and very limited fishing equipment. It does have extensive team sports equipment, home gym equipment, and clothes.

Ordered a 🏀 goal in June and they still have no.clno.when it will be ready.. Originally told me it would be July 17th to the 20th then August 7th. Still no goal. I spent well over 2500 on one order and they don't knownwhen or why or where my goal is. I called the company they order it from and they tell it has been ordered but can't help me seeing that I didnt use them from the get go. Horrible and not at all nice or take initiative in any way obviously.

A guy named Michael was my sales associate. I bought my 8 yrs olds football gear for the season. NOT CHEAP. However, he helped get him all fitted in his pads, cleats, helmet and spent time making sure everything was right! Go Seahawks!!!!!

Went to look for a pair of basketball shoes and I understand it’s not “basketball” season but they had a very limited selection and not one pair anywhere near a normal size. The other guy shopping and I kept getting “sorry, only have that in a 7.5 or 17” and that isn’t an exaggeration. When I asked when they would get a shipment in the salesman just said “we get a truck in like once a month but there is no telling what’s on it” then told me to try champs or finish line that they would probably have what I wanted. Didn’t offer to do an in store order which I know they can do or offer their online store. Just essentially suggested I go to a superior store. I wanted to go to a local store and buy a shoe. Instead their store has turned into a brick n mortar location for me to ship on Amazon, which is normally cheaper anyways.

Staff is polite. The gear selection for camping/hiking definitely leaves something to be desired. Can be difficult to locate things sometimes.

The stores here are always well organized. Whenever I visit, the clerk always speaks to me, so I get a friendly impression. Even if you are looking for something, the clerk will always help you, so it is easy to shop. The store here also has a large selection of Arkansas symbol Razorbacks merchandise. We have everything from toddlers to adult sizes. The parking lot was large and it was easy to park on Saturdays and Sundays.

I bought something at this store, and a few days later I realized I got the wrong size. I wasn't sure if they would exchange it or not, so I called to see if they could, and they said I could. After driving 30 minutes there, one lady told me they could, and to go get a new one. When I got back a different lady told me they couldn't and they wouldn't exchange it. They lied and I wasted over an hour because they told me I could.

A little disappointing. I was after Cornhole bags that were listed as "in stock" online, but I couldn't find them. However, they had a great baseball selection, with more left handed throwing gloves than I've ever seen in one store. The fishing selection was limited. The clearance fishing end was interesting, "buy 5 get 5 free," but probably only three different items, so if you were buying in bulk, good day for you. In the words of Arnold, "I'll be back."

Better quality selections than Academy Sports. I was looking for swim wear and accessories and they had way more items. Academy didnt have swim wear at all (I know it’s not the season but some people still swim indoors!). Anyway, I’m glad this place is here, I drive from WLR to get here. It’s not as pricey as some make it seem. Great store.
