Kaden is awesome, I would recommend him to anyone. He is very knowledgeable about each game and gaming system. He helped my husband and I when we purchased the PS5 Slim Console when it came out. He made sure we purchased the best controllers and headphones for us to have a great experience with our new gaming system. His energy was great and positive, he definitely deserves a raise. We will be back to purchase more games, especially from him!

I hate to be the guy who complains about Gamestop, but today was really beyond the pale for them. I started to buy, as it was only $5, Elder Scrolls Online Morrowind. I have ESO Tamriel Unlimited, so I wanted to add it to my library. The clerk takes the case from my hand, fishes out Ultimate Tamriel, which is not what I wanted, with a case containing totally borked and torn case art, (Hey Gamestop, a lot of us are collectors who don't settle for damaged goods) and tries to sell that instead. I told him I wanted the case (and game) I handed him, and he tries to tell me Tamriel Unlimited is the same thing, and that either way I'd only get the base game. I told him I did not believe that was correct, and I left. Morrowind is in fact a separate disc, which came out AFTER Tamriel Unlimited, with different content. Why could he not just sell me what I asked for? He did not even want to look for the correct game, I believe. Smh I almost want to take pics of the different discs back to him and show him he was wrong.

I called this store for a PS4 game, we were told yes they have it.. I then got my kids ready and drove 38 mins(one way) to the store from another town.
Upon arriving at the store, we were told " we don't actually have the game in our store, you have to order it online". Why wouldn't you tell someone you don't have the game when they called. I know I can order it online, that's not what I asked. I specifically asked the store" do you have this game" and they told me "yes ma'am we have that" my response was it will take me 45 mins to get to you but we are on our way. Worst GameStop and customer service EVER!!

This place said they opened at 10 o’clock when I searched them. I called at 11:30. No answer, that’s fine they may be busy. So I called a couple times. Since the machine said “they may be busy serving other customers”. I called till they answered, he accused me of spam calling. They opened per google one and a half hours ago so I was calling till they were available. He was angry and hung up on me. I simply was waiting till they were just available from being busy but he was rude and quick to hang up on me. I was just trying to reach them during googles stated “open hours”. Customer service is a huge deal. Just say, “hey, im so sorry google says we are open when we are actually not, please call back in 30 minutes when we are open.

Would have had no issues with this. Very furious with this behavior

It’s ridiculous that I could never get someone on the phone! I literally called three days in a row and no one answers the phone! I then finally get someone on the phone no personality what so ever tone giving miserable vibes.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff that help quickly and offer great insights on games to help expedite the selection process.

Plenty of parking but can be tricky if parking between the store and Burger King. Go around the side of the store towards Wal-mart.

Rude and inconsiderate I went shopping there with a friend they love talking rudely about their customers making fun of them an talking very badly about their manager who is a female.They are very rude towards customers over the phone an show favoritism went in to look around no one was at the counter. Turns out the staff some guy with tattoos I guess his name is isaac. Was chatting with a customer getting his number to give him a heads up on the release of. Zelda tears of the kingdom . An was extremely rude to a customer who voiced concern. Very lazy when you call them they talk down to you like you're a child. I went in again a lady brought her son to return a defective controller an the two staff members after she left were rude and condesending . Talking trash about her . An the bodyshaming and inappropriate jokes around kids , their nice to you until you leave then you find out their talking bad about you

Very unfriendly and unhelpful staff. I stopped in on my lunch break on a Wednesday afternoon. I was the only customer in the store and the girl working never said a word to me. She walked around doing things to the displays, even looking me in the eye at one point, but never said a word. Very strange.

Cool place but the employees are short-staffed and they are not in any hurry to get the line of people checked out because they are not going anywhere and don't care if you have any other place to be.... At least that's the way they made me feel the last time I was there. 🤷🏽‍♀️🤪

Didn’t greet us greeted everyone else and the girl with red and black hair act like she’s too good to talk to my boyfriend when all he simply asked was how much was the game. She also gave us a brand new game whose disk is rattling around I know she felt it, it’s impossible not to.

I used to love coming over to my favorite game store and usually spend about 35.00 to 100.00 at least once a month. The vibe in the store has change dramatically. Whatever happened to good customer service.... Fyi the manager with the purple hair is super rude.... I will continue shopping online....and membership will be cancelled...

Rude. I bought a used xbox one from in the mall. It was the last one stocked. Its hdmi output was bad. The mall checked the local stores. This one had 13. I come in and they refused to help. They said to take back to the mall for a refund and they would sell me one when I got back. This is a shady business move to artificially inflate sales

Probably the largest GameStop, but kinda out of the way in terms of being able to find. Unless you know it's next to the Burger King, you might drive right by it, but I'm from the "other side of the river", so not as familiar with this area.

The store was very clean and the products were very neat on shelves. Even the clearance section seemed in order. But do people actually work here? I mean I'm sure they do but it stinks to not be interacted with at all when going into a fun store like gamestop. I'm sad that game stores may not exist in the future. But when customer service is non existent will we really miss them?
