This morning, I took my two young children to IHOP for breakfast. They were very excited to go. Our waitress, Exxx, started off great. She took our order quickly and brought our food out in a timely fashion. However, when it came time to addressing charges on the bill, Emma was nowhere to be found.

To our surprise, we found an extra charge of $14.99 on the bill, which left a sour taste in my mouth. We asked for her to come out and discuss the charge, but she never did. It felt like she was intentionally trying to charge us, hoping we wouldn't notice.

While the initial service was good, this experience really affected our overall impression. We hope management can address this issue to prevent it from happening to other customers.

I didn't know kids eat free in the evenings here so that was an added bonus at dinner tonight. I tried the mozzarella sticks and honestly...it was GOOD. Lol. I wasn't expecting it to be so I was a happy camper.
The pancakes were delicious. I had the "happy hour burger" and that was good..the patty was slightly small but overall still good. We also ordered chicken and waffles. The chicken looked overcooked but was actually still moist and the kids had happy face pancake meals - which was a decent size.
Our server, Edmundo, was really nice and did great job. He was attentive and friendly and got our order perfect!

The food was COLD, it took a long time 40 minutes from the time we ordered til we got it ..
They forgot sides, brought them out one by one. I asked no butter on pancakes they put it then scraped it off. The pic we are missing a burger and fry..
It was $78! Plus her tip

LINCOLN AND STATE COLLEGE. I went to celebrate Fathers Day with my son and grandchildren, I ordered crepes with strawberries and blue berries, when they brought my plate, I had a hair, I called the waitress and told her, but first, chop the crepes with the knife... They took those crepes, but the new ones The ones they brought me were the same ones that I had cut and returned previously, they just folded them in a different way. Its edible but you surely will need a new toilet after a visit here. Totally would crack the porcelain. I have nevered tried IHOP but for it being my first time I will never come again . Waiting time wasnt bad 20 min wait , we sat down and it look 30 min to be served for just drinks . It is always a pleasure to eat pancakes, they are the best and they have good shakes, the coffee is delicious, we love that it is close to home, nothing more than a bad point. It is always saturated and the staff is very busy, I think they lack a little organization and it would be Perfect, we will continue going to IHOP for breakfast whenever we can. Great place for eating with family & friends. Good for going solo, but I noticed the few solo customers ,including myself, were getting seated next to other people when there were seats obviously available for spacing us out a little better. And large parties were placed RIGHT NEXT to one lady as she moved down a few tables WHILE she was in the middle of eating her meal. SO IF YOU PLAN TO EAT SOLO MAYBE MENTIONING THAT TO THE HOST SO SHE CAN DO WHAT SHE CAN TO NOT INTERUPT YOU. Thats the only minus from my opinion. Parking: Plenty of space within/strip mall & other businesss nearby. Large area & clear painted lines outline parking spaces. Kid-friendliness: I hope is always kid-friendly & currently offers some kind of free pumpkin face pancake(s?) For kids. Im unsure the details, but its for kids and its free Wheelchair accessibility: Available and in good condition and seems it is convenient to be able to enter the building via designated wheelchair access ramp.

We walked in last Sunday evening cause my wife really wanted some pancakes for dinner. Only one family inside which makes sense for a IHOP at dinner, however the smell of the place sent us away. Soon as you opened the doors you got a good smell of it. Most likely they had a back up in the kitchen it was raw sewage for sure. Both my wife and I looked at each other confirmed the smell. No one ever came up to us for over a minute as it was most likely alp hands on deck to get that smell taken care of.

This was a let down. The app that you have to download to pay your bill is poorly designed. The service was ok. (Until they chased after us because they thought we didnt pay because the app is so bad and didnt clear us for a couple minutes) The food were small portions. Youd think for $40 youd get enough for at least some leftovers. I guess not. We felt like we were being rushed out by getting the check with our food after waiting 20 minutes for undercooked hashbrowns and overcooked eggs. I know when its not the wait staffs fault. A combination of a poorly developed app and it being busy almost never turns out well. Its unfortunate.

The hygiene was below the average standard. My friend and I both got sick for two days. This is my second time dining at this location, and I love the consistency with their food and the service. The servers are very helpful, polite and knowledgeble with their menu, since walking in they make you feel welcome... The food is tasty and the menu has plenty of options to choose from, I like that the food it is equaly good not matter at what day or time you go eat.

Awful service and extremely rude staff, with low quality atmosphere (dirty and not well kept). I forgot to ask for a water when I first sat down so when the waiter came back I asked if I could also have a water and he immediately got an attitude and yelled a water too?! and was extreme rude about it. I was only there for a total of 5 mins before I decided to go to a different IHOP. I highly don t recommend this place, I d recommend either the one by Disneyland or if you prefer a more quiet restaurant than the one on Euclid as both of these places are more diversity friendly and have extremely friendly staff, clean and homey feeling atmosphere, with really good food (looked just like the pictures and tasted good as well). This place was horrible. I m not sure why people in Orange County are so comfortable being so blatantly rude to specific groups of people, but it s places like this and people like that, that help give this area has such a bad reputation. I d give zero stars if I could.

I ordered food online for curbside pick up. I was told food would be ready for pick up at 11:31am. I was there, parked and ready at 11:25. I confirmed I had arrived there and parked online. 11:50 NO CAME OUT AT ALL! I went inside and they were NOT BUSY so I have no idea why I was waiting for 20 minutes. I will NEVER go there Again.

Food was good. The potatoe pancakes were a bit oily but I enjoyed everything else. Service was a little slow but they seemed to be understaffed so I get it. We were there around 9:00AM and were seated immediately. After 10:00AM it was packed with a line out the door.

Usually, we have a good experience here but theres one waiter that always messes something up, and he does it several times when we have him as a server. He rarely comes to see if you need anything and if you do need anything you have to flag him down to let him know and then hope he remembers what you asked him for. This last visit, was our worst experience with him, it really took the cake. This time after he took our order, twice, he brought over our food and my order was wrong. He did apologize and said hed have the whole order refired but I never received my food. I watched him dart back and forth trying to look busy which was confusing because the place was practically empty and then when he did decide to come near us, he would say something real quick but zip away without hearing our response. After the 4th time he zipped by, we finally asked where my food was, he didnt respond. 40 minutes go by and my family was done eating, he then came by and asked how was everything I responded, were is my food? He looked at me briefly and zipped away mumbling something. I decided to send my husband over to tell him we were leaving and I wanted him to remove my meal from our bill, he didnt seem to understand, then he tried to blame the cook but the cook told my husband he never knew there was a problem. We eventually found out he didnt ask for a refire, he had threw some cheese and mushrooms on my food and put the plate in the microwave and forgot about it. Took him two tries to adjust our bill correctly and by this time I was not only hungry, I had a huge headache too.

Awful!! Food Poisoning ALERT!! Gave my 10 year old food poisoning! While she was in the bathroom at the restaurant someone else was throwing up in the next stall!!! My daughter is still sick at 10pm hugging the toilet while crying in pain! They should shut this place down! Im calling/emailing the local inspector ASAP!

I ordered the turkey dinner. Theres no cranberry sauce. The gravy is still cold and gelatinous in the container. My salad had the wrong dressing and I have pancakes and I have no idea why. What a joke. Never again. Unbelievable.
