I finally got the chance to make a trip over to this location. So many choices of ice creams, creative snack combinations and other things like nacho cheese sauce with Takis chips?! So weird, but it works. But I was drawn to the Bionico fruit salad since it reminded me of a Hawaiian fruit salad I had a long time ago. The lady attendant was very nice and helpful as she put my salad together. My order looked small but can easily feed 3! It was delicious. Surprisingly nice and spacious. This place is huge for an dessert shop. They are well spaced out and was very clean and brightly lit as well.

I would recommend this place, even if you're looking for regular ice cream. Don't let the name fool you, they have traditional flavors as well as fruits and ethnic themed varieties.

They stayed in the back and I kept talking to each other I was saying excuse me they were talking, and they just ignored me this is unacceptable I will not be coming in I walk out without being help out. Everything looked delicious from the raspados to the actual food. They have many choices of ice cream and things to snack on. I'm not sure if they changed management but deftly can see the improvement of this place specifically with the staff.

I like coming here for a late night snack. They have all the mexican fixings. Their rocky road ice cream with strawberry ice cream on a waffle bowl. The best. I get the esquites here. It's like corn on the cob without the mess. They give you the kernels in a cup with chili powder, mayo, and cheese. Just had their shaved ice, and their flavors are amazing. I had the vanilla with strawberry flavor syrup. I'll definitely keep coming back when i have the late night munchies.

This place gets 3 stars because the place was really clean and the workers were really nice but unfortunately the items i ordered werent at all any good. My wife ordered hot cheetos with cheese and the cheese wasnt even warm, it was still cold. We also ordered some churros wich we had to wait for only to recieve them tasting stale and hard. Im not sure if they were reheated or made incorrectly. Lastly i ordered a coconut shaved ice which to my surprise was just shaved ice with straight up pumps of a clear coconut flavoring which didn't taste bad but was nothing to what the picture looked like. The workers were amazing and kept the place clean my only complaint is the food quality.

I went at noontime Wednesday 7-28. There were only two people sitting. Lone female staff member that finally came out to help me was unable to process my purchase of one paleta because I was using a gift card. It seemed she’d never been trained to do so. I wouldn’t know because she never uttered a word. I saw no other staff and she made no attempt at finding help. Finally, I simply left her with the popsicle and gift card. We went next door to Starbucks instead. Pity, I used to like this place and it was the reason I was given the gift certificate for my birthday.

Not sure the name of this skinny chick that’s working today Sunday July 25th… but she has the worse and unfriendly attitude that I have personally have encountered day after day… there’s days that I want to go but knowing that she is there just makes me go elsewhere further unfortunately! She needs to clear her poor attitude and be more welcoming. Not going to rate this any lower cause I do like “La Michoacana”

Today Sunday June 7, 2020 @1235 we walked in ordered empanadas and they said they run out. We saw couple on the display and they said those were for another order made online which I think walk ins are more important and we were already in the store making line. I also asked if they could make more but they said not until later. So this is not consider a 5 star place. Last time I will come here and will definitely not recommend this store.

Poor service, girls have no manners. After waiting for ever for someone to come out from the back of the store to help my family and me with our orders, finally two girls showed up, passed by us, no greetings or smile or an apology for the wait. They just started helping other customers. When I brought the attention of one of them that I was there first, she said "I thoughts she's helping you" the other girl responded instantly "I thought you're helping them" and none of them apologized and both went on with there business helping others. I left because I didn't want to make a scene. Bad business

Extremely disappointing when using the postmates delivery, if your there in person its much better.
they send me wrong flavor paletas, esquites missing ingredients and everything poorly done with my mangoneada. WILL DEFINITELY NEVER ORDER AS DELIVERY.

I was going to Rite Aid for ice cream and saw this new ice cream shop next door so I went inside to check it out. I was blown away with how much selection La michoacana gourmet had in it's store. Ice cream, churros, shaved ice, sorbets, fresh smoothies and shakes! Price was extremely reasonable and the staff was friendly. It must have opened recently because I didn't notice it a few weeks ago. My family ordered the pistachio paradise, churros ( hot and fresh), mango con Chile and a popsicle and everything was amazing. Overall I would definitely come to la michoacana gourmet again and I was not aware how popular of an establishment it is!

I stumbled upon this place after seeing how busy it was when I was actually going next door for some ice cream at rite-aid. Thought I'd give it a try and I'm sooo happy I did. This place really blew me away with all the flavors of ice cream they have. My favorite is probably the avocado (give it a try!). They also serve churros, shaved ice, and cotton candy so I'll definitely be coming back for some of those. Staff was super friendly and the store was really clean as well. I think I just found my new spot for ice cream and desserts!

This place is clean and so good! Love the endless amount of flavors and options to satisfy or sweet or savory tooth. Ferro roche ice cream is the best I’ve had, and the guave ice cream! Honestly is a must try! Elote, churros! All made fresh in house. Definitely going back!

This was my first time in a la Michoacana I saw one open up near me and I decided to pop in. I was immediately greeted warmly and served readily. They had so much food from nachos to churros to ice cream and everything I had tasted was great! Definitely one of my new favorite spots!

There were so many different ice cream flavors to choose from! The ice cream in a small is $2.99 but it’s a generous amount. One of the workers also told me that the ice cream and popsicles are actually made there!! It’s not your traditional michoacana but definitely would recommend :)
The staff are very welcoming and don’t get annoyed if you decide to sample many of the flavors which I appreciate! They’re also bilingual ;)

Walked in and looked around today interested in what this new store could be. OK, customer service 101,for those who don't know, when a potential customer enters your shop, greet them with a smile and "Hello" or, "someone will be right with you". None of these happened with me. Instead, they completely ignored me. Even though, I was clearly interested as I was checking out their flavors. Either nobody noticed because they were handling other customers who, from what I could hear couldn't speak English. I've never encouraged establishment before so I have no idea if its a Mexican frozen treat store or what? Since nobody acknowledged my presence, I guess I was welcome. Not going back anytime soon the way they treat potential customers, I'm wondering if they'll last in their location.
