Got the chicken breast avocado salad, italian cold cut sandwich and turkey and cheese on sourdough. All amazing and you can tell is made with love and care! The hard boiled egg in the salad was perfectly cooked and tender.

Great homemade taste and high quality sandwiches. I ordered the the famous triple decker ham, Turkey breast, avocado, and bacon club on rye bread. It tastes way more fresh than subway or other sandwich shops. All the veggies were crisp and the bacon was the right amount of cooked. Price was around $7 and I was stuffed afterwards. It is family owned and it shows how much they care about their customers. Everyone was kind and friendly. It seemed like there were regulars because some of the staff knew a few people that walked in by name. Support this small business!

First time here. Stopped by before heading to fish at Santa Ana river lakes. I had the #25 avocado lovers turkey,bacon,avocado sandwich on French roll with a small soup of the day which was Chicken Vegetable and a simple egg salad sandwich and white bread. Customer service was excellent, I assume it was the owner who helped u, he was very nice man and helpful. Food was delicious. The soup was flavorful and hott with loads of veggies.

I stop at this Sandwich shop when I visit my doctor at Kaiser. I live in the Tustin Area, and have been to the shop 6 times, before covid. The elderly couple that own the Sandwich shop had a young girl helping, because they are having trouble keeping up with business demands. I have ate at several Sandwich shops, and must say, this shop is in the top 3. The Sandwiches are fresh and made to perfection. I love the Macoroni salad, and get 2 or 3 with my order. I'm retired, so I eat inside, no rush. This is a must stop.

I worked in this area years ago.i enjoyed this place then. I recently been coming back due to appointments at Kaiser. #25 ,Mac salad and a vitamin water are my go to's. It's a very quiet yet nice atmosphere. The service is excellent even when the staff is bombarded with orders.

I never got the chance to make an order. 2:30pm on 9/14/23 I parked in front of this business and immediately a man with a gun in his left pocket, short bleach blonde hair with all black clothing and sunglasses walks out and immediately tries opening my car doors, attempting first the passenger side then attempting drivers side rear door. I was seriously shook, I was yelling at him to stop and asking him what he was doing before rolling my window down and asking him what he was doing when he then apologized and told me to calm down. To which I said you have a gun, please go away. So he walked back into sandwhich plus. Ya sorry sandwhich plus, I’m not coming in after the dude with a gun acts like I’m the problem and then re enters the business.

I’m fully aware this review doesn’t reflect the business it self, or maybe it does. Maybe that guy is the owner. Regardless I will delete or amend this review if the business responds. If they don’t, you can try this place at your own risk.

They make good sandwiches. You can just tell when you walk in the door and the smell of fresh deli meats and baked bread overcomes your olfactory senses. I got the large sized hot pastrami sandwich with avocado. Soo good. The atmosphere is a standard linoleum floor with lunchroom tables. Not terrible, but nothing that piques your interest or says anything about style. But you are only there for about 20 min or less to feast on some delightful sandwich cuisine. Can't wait to go back and try something else. I think it will be the torpedo.

Owner throws card on counter after being handed my card in his hand will not request to no enemies. Not happy poor customer service. And the vegetarian sandwich has too much avocado on it and not enough flavor. The best thing was the drink and chips.☹️🥴

Recently discovered this mom and pop bagel/sandwich shop & I'm so glad I did! The menu has so much to choose from, it took a while for me to decide but I went with a meatball sub. I used to work in the area and would pass it almost everyday. I have a local spot near my house where I would ofen take my kids for a sub or sandwich but now I find myself making the 25min drive cuz the food is that good!🫶

Definitely one of my favorite mom & pop shops! The chicken salad sandwich is delicious but my favorite is the chicken breast and avocado salad. It comes with delicious chopped veggies and a hard boiled egg. Always fresh and delicious, and the staff are so sweet and friendly.

Best sandwich spot in the area. Chicken salad sandwich is my go to!! Offer breakfast bagels, cream cheese bagels, and soups but have not tried them. Also deliver to local businesses (minimum order). Highly recommend.

Went here after working with my dad. Best sandwiches I've had. The people are really nice and its not very packed. Nothing beats the day like a sandwich and coffee. Place is very food for breakfast and lunch.

This is a big place, but has been nearly empty both times I've gone, and this last time we were greeted with an unpleasant smell. The store is clean, prices are average to high, the owners are nice, and they made our food very fast. The meal was decent - nothing remarkable. I noticed quite a few people had ordered food to pick up - that may be the way to go with this place.

1. Annoying when you are there ordering, and they make you wait for a phone order. Then another person will come take another customer order that arrived after you arrive, while you wait for the person taking your order to finish the phone call. 2. The sandwich is fresh and tastes good. $12 for a large combo. which is a little on the higher end, but you get a lot of sandwich for the price.

This is a small family run sandwich shop. Located off a major dey & street. Always people in & out. Has been in this location for many years. We haven't been here for about a year & the owner still recognized my husband from yrs past. All sandwiches are made fresh right in front of you. Large menu, classics, avocado, hot, salads, soups & chips. Always a great taste no matter which you choose. Very friendly proprietor & clean shop. Highly recommend for lunch or lite dinner!

Nice storefront shop. Sandwiches all very good and neatly made to put a word to it. I have lunch here a couple times a month and we have started to order our company lunches from them a few times a year. This shop has been a favorite of the employees. And the owner is a gem! All the reviews about great service are true.

I tried their Italian Cold Cut sub and it was ok. There was plenty of meat. The bread was fresh. There are better sandwich shops but this one is close to work so I tried them out for lunch and I'd eat here again.

This was a disappointment to say the least. Friendly service but the roast beef sandwich had no meat on it. Nothing special about this place. I don't like Subway but it's 10x better than this place.

I recommend that they start making sandwiches with lots of meat and other toppings.
