Tried another boba place close to Disneyland. Got the popcorn chicken, lychee slushie, and the brown sugar milk boba. Pretty busy and had to wait for the chicken but at least it was fresh. I felt like the chicken could been more seasoned as I didn't care for the dipping sauce. Drinks were what we expected.

Surprise find while staying in the nearby hotels for Disneyland day trip. Clean cafe with a few tables for dining in. Thumbs up for the food and its portion. Very satisfied with my meal here.

New Ding Tea just opens near Disney and this location is one of my favorite. Nice, clean and modern store with a funny wall. Their drinks taste so good. By the way, Ding tea has a new design for their cups which look so cute. Highly recommend.

I pay extra topping and they charge me because I don't want ice? And if I order my extra toppings outside of the tea glass, don't you end up losing as a store? I'm sorry, its rules between scam and theft. Don't worry ding tea, I'll go where they don't charge me NO ICE.

Very convenient location near Disneyland and the convention center! I came here a few times while staying at the hotel across the street.

Tried their popcorn chicken, garlic noodles, and a couple different milk teas. Everything was delicious! I was especially impressed by the tender beef chunks in the garlic noodle. Definitely recommend!

One thing I have to note is their teas don’t come with any toppings unless you add them, despite what shows in the pictures. This may be obvious to some but I’m used to menus including actual pictures of the item.

OMG THIS PLACE IS MY GO TO BOBA SHOP!! Not only does this place provide a super cozy and welcoming atmosphere but the customer service is amazing. The staff here are super friendly and super efficient at their jobs. The food here is cooked with perfection, especially their fried rice and noodles. Their boba is consistently soft and chewy and their drinks are out of this world!!

Over 10 minutes for a drink is ridiculous. Youre by Disneyland, hire more people you greedy people. Dont blame the staff here. Theyre trying their best. But shame on you higher ups.

Friend and I came in pretty late on a Wednesday. There was no wait at all. HONESTLY, it was just okay...They unfortunately didnt have any boba which was a bit of a bummer. I got a matcha latte with cheese foam and my friend got a brown sugar boba milk. The drinks were alright. Overall, nothing exceptional, but it was nice that we could grab something to drink a bit later at night.

I came here during finals week to study and it was a great study place in my opinion! The workers provided good service when getting my drinks, and they were delicious. The music wasn t a distraction at all. I couldve just gotten lucky but it wasnt too crowded or loud while I was there. I will say there werent that many tables for if too many people try to come here to study, but that wasnt an issue for me the 3 times I went during what is usually the busiest time in the school term. No issues on parking either. Very minor complaint, but I thought the popcorn chicken had too much breading compared to meat. It was still good though. 4/5 on the popcorn chicken but 5/5 for everything else.

Eat or Skip? SKIP! As I walked in and saw their mascot being a sloth, I shouldve taken it as a hint. I ordered a cup of tea, fried tofu, garlic noodles with beef and a fried egg, and it took more than an hour to get them. The food was ok, and I wouldve given it more stars, but the fact that they didnt acknowledge the looooooooong wait and compensate anyone (many people were waiting for more than an hour) is just simply bad service. If youve got time to kill, otherwise take the hint, their kitchen operates at a sloth speed ... Very disappointed.

We were visiting Disneyland and this place was the closest boba tea place to our hotel. It had good reviews and was on our way to Target to get sunscreen. It wasnt good. It didnt match the pictures. It was way too sweet. It had too much ice. It wasnt made the way I ordered it at the kiosk. All drinks were this way. Sad face.

I always have massive differences in service when I go here and overall its been good but its hard to ignore the fact that this place is constantly overstaffed or understaffed. Regardless of how busy they are its always random how much youll wait. Ive waited over 30 minutes on two drinks when there was only a few drinks being made and Ive waited as little as 5 minutes when its super packed - weird I know. The food and drinks are always super good and it makes up for the inconsistent service. If you order food be ready to wait a while, thats expected. But dont be surprised if you find yourself waiting close to 20 minutes for one drink on a slow day.

Used to be a regular, but after my recent experience I wont be returning. My friends and I ordered drinks and some snacks, and the whole ordeal to get our order completed took over 50minutes and it all came out in different intervals. Apparently our order tickets didnt print out correctly and once it was discovered we expected our order to get made, instead our items were getting made as it seemed that they had time to. It was incredibly frustrating to see people come in after us and then leave with their orders while we still waited. The staff wasnt apologetic over what was happening and every reply to us asking for our order was just give us a couple more minutes.

Ding Tea has always been consistent no matter which location I visit. The crystal boba is my favorite, even more than the regular golden boba. All my orders were always correctly made. The brown sugar milk tea became a fave, with coffee jelly. And, the beef garlic noodle combo was the best thing I ate all weekend, while we were visiting and eating overpriced Disneyland food!

Extremely slow service. Don t order from any of the kiosks because they do not process orders from them until you ask them to you. After this happened to me I asked for my order to be made and the person working the counter proceeded to make all the other orders for people that we re not waiting and I got mine last.

I love coming here to get Jasmine Milk Tea. Their service is always quick and employees are always friendly. I came here on a Saturday, a little after 11am and I was the only one. The drink was really good, great quality and it s consistent every time.

Needed to get my boba drink. I tried their signature milk tea with boba. I thought it was on a weaker side. I mean, I would have liked to have a bit stronger tea taste. Boba was good, though. My son ordered the lychee tea with star jelly. He loved it! I liked it too. Both drinks were not heavily sweetened. We also tried their fried bao, which I thought it was a bit greasy but stuffing was very good and meaty.It was better than the photo, imo. The dip that came with it was interestingly salty and sweet. I did one dip and that was it. The guy who was getting our order was nice and helpful. Will try again if in the area.

If you re in the convention center/Disneyland area and are looking for a delicious and affordable tea shop, this is the place. While a bit away from some of the hotels closer to Disney and the convention center, the short ride or moderate walk is well worth it. The tea and boba are incredible. I ve visited twice with friends and we ve loved everything we ve had. I personally enjoyed my Lychee Milk Tea and Taro Milk Tea with golden boba. The lychee was light and refreshing, and the taro tea was sweet and earthy. The boba is also soft, sweet, and extremely tender, unlike some of the other larger chains that I have encountered. Check this place out if you get the chance.

I ordered food from this location since Boba isnt my cup of tea. I took a star off because the wait was very long. I suggest using Yelp or doing pickup. Others say that is faster. Once I got the food, it was absolutely delicious. I had the Crawfish Pasta (looks just like pictures they have) and the side of Jumbo Shrimp. Definitely want to come back there when I go back to Anaheim.

Always consistent Boba -- they have their special one, not like regular boboa, the color is yellow, but more chewier and more softer, the balance was good -- between the taste and sweetness - which you can pick from 0 to 125% sweet. Most consistent and tasteful boba place -- ever. My favorite is Lychee !!! Love it. Their fried tofu and bao were also yummy and fulfilling. Great place to hangout, enjoy -- nice environment too !! Great service added to it !!

The tea place is really good all in the menu is good. If you want to Order ahead go through Yelp and make sure you look and if you are picking up. Make sure it says pick up if not it will say delivery and it will be delivered. They need better attention to customer girl their takes too long to attend in line customers. They need a better systems where one is taking orders from on line and phone calls and in person orders or get someone that can multi task faster thank .

Still requires a mask to enter (as everyone should be wearing one). There are still some renovations going on, but there still fully functional. Great service, the employees are very nice and informative with their answers. Love the teas they serve, and the golden boba is 10/10.

I love this place, however when I call to place orders they never pick up. So if you have the same issue you can order through uber eats for pick up, or you can go in an place your order. I have called 5 to 6 times since the last time I left a review. I also hope they had an order service on their website. Also update their menu in uber eats since I wanted to get some of the noodles and chicken pops they added to the menu. Over all the tea they offer is incredible

My husband and I love coffee houses and we enjoyed for the first time Ding tea near Disney. It was very friendly and inviting. Beautiful white lights at the entrance. Customer service was awesome! They were kind and smiling. I had the most delicious taro latte! It was smooth and fresh tasting! And of course I loved taking picture in front of the beautiful artsy decor wall! This is a great date night place to just enjoy the outdoor patio table with my husband with awesome drinks! I m looking forward to the next time we come back so I can try all the other great drinks!
