I was feeling a little spontaneous today while being in town for jury summons and saw Cafe Crepe close to the courthouse. It had great reviews and looked cozy so I decided to give it a shot. I am very pleased with my decision as my whole experience was amazing !! Such a peaceful and warming atmosphere, delicious food, great and expansive menu that is worth every penny. Not only that but the workers (or owners i presume) were thoughtful and friendly, you can tell the effort and love they put into the food. 10/10 recommend and will be visiting again <3

It's a very cute restaurant. I went for lunch with a friend. We ordered crepes and soup and shared each. I was surprised when I saw the food that was brought to me. Even though we shared it, the portion was so large. They were both delicious. Next time I would like to try the crepe for dessert.

I’ve been visiting this small business for years ever since high school and it’s always a charming and cute place to visit. If you visit during a lunch rush, you may have to wait roughly 15 minutes for your food to come out, but everything is made fresh and is served as soon as it’s cooked!

First time vistors might be confused on the dining areas. Sometimes they have their second dining area unlocked, which is the door on the right, directly opposite of the where the entrance to the where you order, on the left. They usually open these to make more room for more customers or if it's extremely hot outside.

However, they have signs pointing to where you need to go, and the workers are all very friendly.

And this goes without saying, but all of the crêpes I’ve tried are very tasty. I recommend the 1. chicken pesto, 2. chipotle chicken, and 3. chicken cesar.

The crepe was good and my kids enjoyed it for a Sunday afternoon it was not super busy when I got there and we were suppose to meet the rest of my family there before heading to mechanics arena but the girl taking orders has horrible customer service skills. She is so rude for no reason!! Idk if it’s because we are Hispanic or what cuz idk what else explain her nasty attitude and sarcastic rude remarks for no reason. Also The restroom is very filthy I let my son go in first not knowing how dirty it was.we lasted a few minutes before calling my family to not come and left, needless to say I would never come back

Oh my god this place is beautiful and so is the walk in area! So much sunlight and it’s perfect to go in, definitely a place for a nice coffee date. I ordered the chicken chipotle panini, a strawberry crepe and a piña colada smoothie. 10/10 on EVERYTHING. Service was amazing, the lady who served me and greeted me was so nice and that’s why I’m writing this review. Please check this place out, amazing staff, amazing food! Thank you!!

I am a bit biased because I do love this place. It is a nice little treat to stumble upon downtown. The seating outside is where I typically sit but they have indoor seating. The crepes are delicious whether you get a sweet or savory crepe or make it a panini. They have a great and delicious beverage option. For the price point it is well worth it!

Every time I have ordered from this place I’ve had a problem. I had an ordered in a very long time and I thought I’d give it another chance. When my food got here, there were no potatoes. It was just a bunch of raw spinach. I also ordered avocado added to my meal. There was none. I’ll give them two stars because when they do get it right it’s actually very good. I’m just really disappointed.

My first time eating here. My daughter had been here before and she kept asking me to take her because she was craving their strawberry banana crepes. I thought that was all they served and I wanted something with more substance! Little did I know, they have a larger menu and it was amazing! I had the veggie omelet and had her add ham and avocado. It was delicious! The veggies were fresh, abundant, and not overcooked! The staff was friendly and checked on us consistently to make sure we didn't need anything. Highly recommend this place, you won't be disappointed!

The omelette was soggy. I had to dump out the liquid to try and enjoy my meal. The eggs were bland and the potatoes were under cooked. It wasn't even busy when we went in and as people came in to dine in, they were served first. The crepes were cold and drenched in cream cheese. It was like diabetes on a plate. The crepes had a taste like they were made from milk that has gone bad. Very disappointed. Maybe it was just my luck but for the prices the food is just average maybe on a good day. Today, it was bad.

This was a surprisingly quaint cafe in Bakersfield. The longer I stay here, the more impressed I've been about their restaurant scene. Finding a place that makes a good crepe can be a challenge. I did enjoy my lemon curd crepe with baked blueberries. I also added fresh strawberries and Nutella. My only complaint was that the toppings overpowered the crepe. Less is more when it comes to a thinly made crepe confection. Next time, I will request the same combo, but with less topping. 😋 My chai tea latte was tasty, too. It would have been a little more flavorful with less milk or more chai.

Used to be 5 stars all around, downgraded to 3 stars here for lunch. The salmon creme cheese used to have twice as much salmon if not more and noticeably more creme cheese. This time around it was loaded with 2-3 times the amount of spinach to fluff it up in place of salmon. Now that the prices are higher and no more Groupon, feeling less inclined to spend worthless money here in the future. Thank you for the experience and quality before this experience, but no thank you to less ingredients for more money now. Might try again no telling when and for sure not during lunch. Today wasn't busy at all, but had a good flow of people. Please salvage what we once knew as one of our favorite spots in Bakersfield.

If you love crepes this is the best place to get them! On corner of truxton and N street. They have quite the selection! They serve sandwiches also! Very nice staff, food and indoor, outdoor seating!! Only thing is not good is they use paper plates and plastic wear. But thats my opinion! You've got to at least give them a try!

Inaccurate prices on website. Lists breakfast crepes as $8.95 when actually they are $13.95. Cafe latte was watery and not very warm. At these prices I'd expect not to get my meal on a paper plate with plastic fork. Got the Hollandaise crepe. Sauce was very watery and the meal arrived luke warm even though I was the only one there.

When I first arrived I had difficulty finding the door to get in. I actually went down the alley and walked into the kitchen. Eventually I got in but it was not clear where the front door was. My husband and I went here for the very first time and it was amazing. The environment was cozy and the French ambient and decor was very visible in every room. But what was really amazing was the food I got the Chicken chipotle Panini and my husband got the Chicken Pesto Panini. Both were amazing can't wait to go back to try more things on their versitile menu.

I went to breakfast here w a friend and ordered the blueberry lemon crepe and it was like nothing ive ever had. It was more of a dessert that I ate later and throughout the day. It was 5 stars however; my breakfast ( I forgot exactly what it was) but it's like the cook accidentally dumped the whole can of pepper in the gravy. It was not very good.

Went today hoping for fantastic breakfast crepes. Ordered the Americana. Service was quick, but the food was cold and tasted like they had pre-made and pre-cooked the ham and cheese scramble, then nuked it in the microwave. Crepe was dried out and the cheese was hard. Very disappointing. By the way… my companion and I were the only people there.

This was our first time visiting Cafe Crepes de París. The location is good, near the Mechanics Bank Arena. The place it's self was charming. The Crepes were delicious but we're at best lukewarm. The price was a bit steep but not horrible. The cashier was friendly. The one big downside was the time it took to get our order to our table. We waited for about 25 minutes to get two crepes and two coffees. Maybe this was a one time deal and hope wait times are normally not this long. Overall not a recommendation from me.

These crepes are amazing! The crepe itself is thin, lightly sweet and held up to holding the ingredients. All the topping options are amazing! You can do sweet or savory. I'm excited to come back and try more. The patio outside is beautiful with vine trellis' and flowers. Perfect amount of natural shade or sunshine options.
