I recently took my four children, two of whom are autistic, to BJ's and had a fantastic experience! As a parent, I often feel a bit nervous about dining out, especially with my daughters, as they may stem or have outbursts if things don't go smoothly, and long wait times can be challenging.
BJ's was the perfect choice. They have a diverse menu with plenty of options that cater to everyone’s tastes, making it easier to find something everyone likes. The customer service was outstanding from the moment we walked in. The host was welcoming, and our waiter, Bobby, was amazing! He had a great personality and made excellent recommendations, including a delicious salmon salad that wasn’t even on the menu.
To keep my autistic daughters occupied while we waited for our food, Bobby offered to bring out kid starters, (gold fish & fruit) along with crayons and coloring pages which was a thoughtful touch that kept them happy and engaged. The food came out quickly, allowing us to enjoy our meal as a family without any stress.

The delicious food, excellent service, and family-friendly atmosphere made our visit truly enjoyable. I highly recommend BJ’s to other parents who might be concerned about dining out with their families. It was a lovely experience, and we can’t wait to come back!

The service our waitress Hanna gave us was the best we’ve ever had having come to this establishment for years. Our orders were all perfect, food was fast coming out and she was very attentive with any needs or refills. She even cleaned up our table when she saw we were done so we could continue watching football Sunday comfortable enjoying our beer without clutter. BJ’s has the best gluten free pizza we’ve ever had. We get the pepperoni extreme. Also they have GF pizookies!! Delicious!! All the servers we’ve had when we eat here are so good and friendly. We got there today at 10 in the morning only to find out they are no longer showing out of market NFL games
People were walking out in droves, talking about it in the parking lot. We are looking for another place after all these years. I feel sorry for the servers, they will be missing out on lots of money. The only games they are showing are the ones you can see at home so save your money and watch at home.

Our server Fabulla was more than amazing. We first ordered appetizers, she recommended a couple, she had plates and napkins ready. After appetizers she cleaned our table, got it ready for the main course. We had some wine, she gave us great wine recommendation. She had a napkin on her waist every time she would pour wine like a five star restaurant. Lastly she recommended dessert, chocolate chip pizookie, that was amazing.

Why would I ever want to come back to your restaurant? Is this a problem with your restaurant being way understaffed?

Today was my grandsons birthday. The witness forgot about the last person at the table to get they're food order,which was me(grannie) this is the 3th time I have come to this restaurant and either my food was cold.or the order was wrong. And as they say in baseball 3 strikes your out.

This is only a review on management. Kitchen and wait staff are always great.

Don’t false advertise your seasonal drinks and drinkware if you’re then going to tell us at the very end of the meal that we’re not able to buy the drinkware even though it says so right on the menu.

Any other place I’ve gone to that runs out of special edition cups tells you right off the bat when ordering it that they are out of stock so you don’t end up in this position. We wouldn’t have ordered the drinks if we weren’t going to be able to buy and take home the cups. Absolutely ridiculous.

Ordered lunch for curbside pickup today before work. I arrived and called letting them know I was there exactly 7 minutes after my scheduled time ( usually waiting for it to be completed). Not today I was advised it was ready she would bring out after she finished bagging up another “big order” . Waited…. 10 minutes and called again asking about my order that should have been ready at 12:40pm. Again I was told it’s ready but I’m working on bagging up a big order. Now I’m annoyed it’s 25 minutes after my pickup time and nothings. Was my food hot? NOPE!!! Pizza cold, sliders soggy bread and cold. This service is horrible avoiding it! If you don’t have the staff don’t offer a service. Done with them.

Went to bjs lady Thursday. There were 3 of us. Took 3 times to get my salad without cheese. The pizza was gooey and was awful. One of the people never even got their food. Came in on a Wednesday afternoon to celebrate my sons 12th birthday it was very empty so I assumed we would be seated right away but the host was sitting outside walked in once we came in to tell us there’s only one servicer and we can seat our selfs at the bar keep in mind we have a child with us so we told her we would wait she said it’s going to be 20mins like she was annoyed that we choose to wait. I normally enjoy coming here it’s actually my favorite restaurant in town but this experience was horrible ! She continued to go outside very unprofessional.

Do they even need anyone other than Ashley? She should be the regional trainer in serving, what an amazing experience. As an experienced sales person, they are lucky I didn't steal her amazing service for my own business.

Ashley was incredible. Service was outstanding. She made sure to grab my party another table, when one was freed up in the bar. She ensured cleanliness and comfortability as a fairly new customer to the establishment.

Our waitress Bonnie was the best part of our experience. She was so sweet when it came to assisting our food issues and was always trying to make our experience better. If this rating could be just all about her service it would be a 10/10.

My waitress was Ashley and she went above and beyond to make my experience at BJs amazing and was super friendly. I had a brisket burger and it was amazing and didn’t take long to prepare. I will definitely be coming back. Amazing service and atmosphere, all around great restaurant.

Fayzan was a cool waiter. We entered helped us right away made sure we weren’t missing anything. He made sure all our food was good. Compared to the other people I tried to ask for help Fayzan was the best !!!!! Good food

Love the pizza and wings. They now have stakes that I have not tried yet. Wonderful selection of homemade brews. If you are going to try different ones make sure you have a Uber on stand by. Lol

Sat in bar area. Was never acknowledged by staff. After 10 minutes, seen a group walk in and sit right next to me. They weren’t even settled in at their table before a waitress were handing them menus. Maybe they couldn’t see me because of my skin tone. Ehhh oh well, no cookies n cream for me tonight!

Food was great, the Bobarita was delicious and our server was awesome ! Sorry can’t remember her name. Don’t forget to try a pizzokie ,i didn’t know they had flavors the strawberry shortcake is yummy.

We had a wonderful dining experience thanks to the exceptional service provided by Lupe. She was attentive, friendly, and truly made our meals enjoyable. I highly recommend her as a server at BJs .

I ordered my steak medium rare. The first time it came out it was so raw basically still mooing on my plate. Barely seared at all. I asked one of the workers to get it cooked longer. They brought it out again… still very raw. I tried to eat the cooked parts but it was disgusting couldn’t get through the plate. Still had to pay 30 dollars for something inedible.

The pizzas are so good, does service is excellent. The atmosphere is amazing. The staff are very welcoming. They are very open to what you need and what you want. And I hated Anchovies, I hate it. They're so much but now. I love them because b j's mix them. So whale with the pizza well while it is not over powering. Like all other restaurants in other pizza places. They did amazing job on Anchovies pizza, it was so good in amazing. My husband told me to try it because he knows I hate and shall we? But I love them edit on top of the I got a sausage and pepperoni and bell. Pepper pizza with extra cheese and it's really good. The crust is really soft and really done and inside. Not like these other restaurants. This is the best place you could get pizza. And other stuff.

Horrible experience. Soda was flat, filet mignon came out over cooked and flat, then charged twice for a $34 plate. My filet mignon did not look like a filet mignon and just sent it back by the time they brought the other one my family was done eating it didn't get to enjoy my dinner with my family. I then asked waitress for a to go box to just take it home because my hunger had gone away. My appetite was ruined. When the check came, and they had charged me twice for the $34 meal i sent the ticket back. They corrected it. I'm a little bothered that during the experience they didn't even have the decency to help me out on the bill a little bit for my horrible experience dining with them. At least take the sodas off that helps at least it's Something. Manager didn’t even care to speak on the services behalf after he’s the one first one we asked about the steak.
