The guy working November 30 at 9:20 PM was a Hell of an employee.He was working fast washing his hands between money exchanges. It was really working his butt off. Good manners and polite. I just wanted to say it. I normally don’t leave reviews on my way to San Diego and wanted to recognize him.

Out of all the subways I've been too, this has been the one where the employees have been above and beyond with their people skills. Always polite, welcoming and thanking you. If I didn't live 2 hours away, I would have come here everyday.

We were just there, used our $30 giftcard to order 2 footlongs & somehow the cashier used all of it. How in the heck did that happened? Customer service was abysmal, & stingy toppings. Something FISHY.😡

service was horrible from the moment we walked in. the guy making our sandwiches was rude & had poor customer service. when we asked questions he came back at us in a rude tone. he made the sandwiches fine, but the food quality was what threw us off. i currently have food poisoning from ordering the hotshot italiano. i wont be ordering from here again due to the poor quality of food as this has happened several times. i used to work for a different subway and it was dirty and disgusting but i never got food poisoning. idk how bad your place has to be to give people food poisoning but this one is just that bad i guess.

I went in to buy my sandwiches and I had 2coupons, before I bought anything I asked if I can use both they women there said yes. And as I was about to pay she changed her mind and said I can't use both coupons because it says 1coupon per customer, but I said it doesn't say that on the coupon, it just says NO specialty items, it didn't say anything about 1coupon per customer. She said our computer says 1coupon per customer, how am I supposed to know that. I don't think it's right to say you will use both coupons but then say NO when I'm about to pay. She was very rude to me, she wasn't wearing any gloves and had a bad attitude when and before I made my order. And to top it all off they only had 1 bread to choose from instead of the many they have, what are they doing when no customers are there, I know they are not preparing. Bad customer services. They are NOT representing the company they work for. I enjoy going to subway for friendly people n good atmosphere. Subway needs to put on the coupons 1coupon per customer so this doesn't happen to someone else

The gentleman working today was very rude in a polite way if that makes any sense any ways I got closer to the window to see what veggies I wanted and he asked me to step away from the window right away in a very rude tone !! Also they had a dead fly in the cheese . We had to tell the girl to stop the sandwich and she tossed it so that’s wen the gentleman adittude started ! The lady was a lil Polite but the gentleman wasn’t .. also from my understanding wen u add either extra meat or extra cheese or bacon or guacamole or avocado u GET A FREE Cookie well I got extra bacon and he claimed bacon wasn’t consider extra meat so didn’t give me my free cookie. Overall very rude wont be ever going back their !!!! Sunday may/3 @4:30 shift
