Came here for happy hour and quick bite before the show we were heading to see in the LBC , atmosphere was great seating either outside or indoors was offered music was very cool playing while the Baseball game was on…overall loved the vibe staff very friendly and quickly seated us, so please if you like onion rings like I do their batter here is on point with an extremely good Crunchy Crispy you’ll enjoy just as I did with my BBQ chicken wings which where delicious my BFF had the Chicken strips which had the same batter as the Onion Rings so definitely if you like crispy then this is a great place to enjoy those and an ice cold beer or Margarita during Happy Hour! Great burger selections and draft beers and mixed drinks! Plenty of 🅿️ parking on side and street parking there’s also back parking. With regard to the front of the house, if you go and Val is your server, you're in great hands.

Lemon drop was very well made. It's unfortunate they ran out of both Chambord and St Germain.

The mixed berry lemonade was extremely tasty and plentiful!

As a lifelong lover of onion rings, these were made perfectly! The french fries were made from fresh potatoes, my fault I didn't request they be extra crispy. The medium well patty of my blue cheese grilled mushroom burger was sublime.

The fried pickles were Spears for the first time for me today. The combination of crunch and salt was perfect!

The grilled shrimp 🦐 were precisely cooked and superbly seasoned. They were supposed to be inside the red sauce wet 1lb. burrito (which my mother thoroughly enjoyed) so the discount given in lieu of not remaking the burrito was greatly appreciated. And it gave me the opportunity to taste the shrimp that would otherwise not been available to be shared. Stellar customer service from Val! Would have been 5 stars if not for the back of house.

As for the back of the house during a pandemic you need to keep your hygiene up a lot better. I informed the bartender there was no soap in the woman's bathroom. Went back to my seat and waited 10 minutes and they still hadn't replaced the soap. 😒 Unacceptable. 4.5 stars

I have been a fan of Fronk's since they were located at their original little cozy location. It was introduced to me by my brother when we lived in Bellflower. The customer service has been top notch even back then. I would often see the owner greet customers, check in on customers and just provide an overall comfortable environment - it was great to eat at Fronk's.

Fast forward to their beautiful location on Bellflower boulevard. I see a lot of the same especially in terms of tasty (really TASTY) food. I love their BBQ menu items but yesterday I realized how delicious their sweet potato fries were!

Me and my partner ordered: a half slab of ribs, pulled pork with sausage plate (with sweet potato fries!) And a Maple bacon cheeseburger with bacon cheddar fries.

Delicious. The food was fresh, warm and just overall great quality. The customer service? Which I feel is a huge part of the experience was amazing as well. We often had servers check in on us or give us refills whenever they saw our drinks low. They asked us if we needed anything often. It really took me back to the essence of Fronk's and it felt great.

It's also a great place for sports! They have amazing sports decor, a bar and the service translates perfectly to the bar staff.

We watched the Dodgers a couple years ago and even though they lost to the cheating Astros it was very bearable because of the delicious Fronk's food!

I've been to fronk's a couple of times, and the food never disappointed took my mom for a pre mother's day lunch, and it was amazing. The bartender who had to be our waiter too was very pleasant, friendly, and attentive to us. We ordered the 3 wise men's dish, which included pork hot links, baby back ribs, and we got 3 sides with that sweet potato fries, Mac and cheese, and Battered corn on the cob. My mom had a refreshing wild berry lemonade, and I had an ice tea. The restaurant was clean, and the rest of the staff was friendly and helpful. The bathrooms could be a little better.

We come here about once a month. They have really good food and drinks. I usually get their burgers but I decided to try the shrimp and chicken skewers this time. They were SO good. I will be getting them again! Parking around there is decent, and the outdoor seating is really cool. 4 stars because the waiters that I've had are OK, not great, sorry to the ones I haven't had. The bartenders are usually very cool!!

I came to this spot pre-covid and was thinking about it ever since. I wanted to go back, but I just never made it. So I made it a point to go for my birthday this year. It did not disappoint. The pulled pork with mac and cheese is the stuff that dreams are made of. The peanut butter brownie fudge sundae, AMAZING, my daughter who doesn't even like peanut butter continually dug right in. I will continue to dream of this place, but this time, I will be sure to return sooner.

My server Ariana was very rude to my group last night when I asked her for another mango cart she closed out my tab and I told her why did she close out my tab when I never asked her to, keep in mind it was my boyfriends birthday and I wanted to keep it open to keep buying him and myself drinks. She said oh well that’s what you said and walked away. I never asked her to close out my tab, and if that was the case she should’ve confirmed with me before closing it out. Me and my boyfriend always come here to watch the games but I don’t think we will be back. Ariana took long to bring my friend her drink and when she asked about her drink she just told her I know I’m working on it, 20 min later her drink came out. When others received their drink right away. She upset my so much with her attitude that I didn’t even want to sign the bill neither or leave a tip.

Im not too sure if the restaurant was short staffed today because our service was not the same as it usually is. Im a long time customer in the city of bellflower. I love going to Fronks. My experience today was not good. The soda I got was flat. Our Server wasn't checking in on our table. We had to ask other servers for condiments and the check. Our server had dreadlocks, I didn't catch her name. She seemed to be having a bad day. I enjoy coming here because of the nice atmosphere and kind owner. The food is always on point as well.

If I could give them no stars I would. I made a reservation for Sunday at 5:30pm and arrived 10 minutes early. Multiple table were available upon my arrival, however, my family waited over 25 minutes after my scheduled reservation time to be seated. We were escorted inside to a table near the bar but had to ask the server if she could please seat us outside because the music was so incredibly loud inside and we could not hear each other over the booming base and music. Additionally, my 15 year old son, who was with us, is on the autism spectrum and the loud music and base was even more unbearable for him. We explained to the server that our son has autism and asked if we could be seated away from the speaker. She kindly sat us outside. She returned to take our drink order and informed us that she had lowered the volume to the outdoor speakers a tad to accomodate my son. She further explained that if the manager noticed the volume was lower outside, he would proceed to raise it because he wants it loud regardless of customer complaints. Within 5 minutes the music was blaring loudly again. To make matters worse, our server took our drink order but never returned to take our food order. 20 minutes later we were still waiting to order food. We all became increasingly more uncomfortable with the blaring music and 45 minutes had passed from the time we were seated and still no one had taken our order. My husband looked for the server or Manger to take our order. The manager was MIA and our server was waiting on other tables and was delivery food to parties that arrived much after us. He looked for any employee to request to speak with the manager and was unable to get anyone to help us. Mind you, there was plenty of staff hanging about and the restaurant was NOT full. After finally getting the server's attention, she outright told my husband she was sorry but she had forgotten about us. I refused to stay any longer. My kids and I were miserable. My son could no longer tolerate the blasting music. It is unfortunate that the service and experience was awful. In this day and age, where general awareness on neurodiversity and the need for inclusivity has been so candidly discussed and integrated into most businesses that a hospitality business would be so grossly lacking. Fronk's you are a restaurant not a night club! Music is great but not at the volume in which your staff was playing it. Autism and other pervasive developmental disorders often make those on the spectrum hypersensitive to sound. I am neurotypical, as is my husband and 16 yr old daughter and we ALL felt like the music volume and service made our experience at Fronk's miserable. DO BETTER!!!! We will never come here again!

Came here for Happy Hour. The moment we walked in the hostess was not very welcoming and in fact was rude and seemed as if she really didn't want to be there. The place was dead so I'm not sure what her problem was. The waitress though was pleasant. Although when you have bottomless mimosas and only 10 people in the restaurant there should be no issue with constant filling up. I had to wait 20 mins and time was almost up by the time she finally came back. I ordered my own plate and apparently she didn't hear me and only came out with only my friends meal which was the nachos and we shared. There was barely any cheese and it wasn't that great on the palette. I did enjoy the drinks, but that was it.

6-16-24 Father’s Day Dinner. Epic fail! Margarita watered down and tastless, brgr well dne, charrd ovr salted, small patty and too thick everything in the burger insufficient for excessive price. Sucks! Poor service, no asada for tacos! Music glaringly sharp, loud almost painful. Off duty waitress sitting across from us practically yelling and her child slapping the plastic advertisements over and over on the table. My wife’s and daughter’s chicken skewers weren’t cook thoroughly enough! We’ve been there a few times before and it was passable but every time it gets worse. The cheese burger I got was $21+ but was advertised on the building for $9+. We felt completely ripped off. A truly lousy, noisy unsatisfactory place to dine.

My visit to Frank's Restaurant in Bellflower left much to be desired. Despite arriving around 1:00 PM on a Saturday when the place was virtually empty, the service was lackluster. While our drink orders were promptly taken and served, the wait for our food was unnecessarily long, especially given the sparse crowd.

To add insult to injury, when the food finally arrived, it was a letdown. I ordered the cheeseburger macaroni and cheese, which lacked flavor and arrived significantly later than everyone else's meals. The burger was overcooked and resembled a charcoal briquette. My wife's beer-battered shrimp tacos were a mixed bag; out of the three tacos, only one actually had beer batter, while the rest were rubbery grilled shrimp.

Even my nephew's ribs, which should have been a highlight, were underwhelming. He barely touched them after the first bite. Overall, every dish fell short of expectations, making the hefty bill of $370 feel like a punch in the gut. With only a couple of drinks purchased, the value for money was simply not there.

Despite the hype surrounding Frank's Restaurant, our experience fell far below expectations. Unless significant improvements are made, I won't be returning anytime soon.

To start, $20 for 3 TINY shrimp tacos is robbery. Asked for my burger Medium Rare, It was medium well at best. Asked for multiple drinks off of their menu and was told they could not make them because they didnt have the needed ingredients. The music they played was all music from the early 2000s, which is usually fine, but the song selection was objectively terrible. The DJ shows up at 9. Dude really was the best part of our night. The music he played was old school and funk. Mixed the music well and his entire vibe was just over all positive. It's an ok place if you're in the area. We won't be coming back though. There are multiple other places to check out a block up the road.

The food took a long time to receive and was dry. Our server did not serve us whatsoever. Her coworkers passing by provided everything to us since she was to busy talking to people. At one point she sat at the table across from us to chat it up with another worker. The bartender helped us to get more soda, Sauces, containers and even have us pay. We did not tip the serve but instead tipped the DJ. The DJ was the only reason why we stayed and he was amazing. We loved the old school vibes and he really knew how to hype everyone up. DJ believe that was legit!

Went in before the local car show. I tried the blackened chicken sandwich. Pretty tasty with bacon. The bun was cute but way too small for the sandwich. My god son had a burger. Went to Fronk’s last Saturday and we were told that we would have to spend $35 per person and pay a 20% tip because they had a fight playing on the tv’s. We weren’t interested in the fight so we left. Meanwhile there were two people sharing some fries at a table outside where there was no view of the fight. Obviously they were not spending $35 each. I guess they are only interested in certain kind of customers and pretty ridiculous to make people order more than they are going to eat and give them a required percentage tip. We will not be be back.

It's a nice place in the older part of Bellflower. The food is quite expensive for what it is. It's a little over $21 for a hamburger and most other food items.

We went at lunch and got a hamburger, chicken strips, zucchini and a beer. It was about $63. The zucchini was very bland and I would not recommend that. The chicken strips were actually pretty good. The burger was also tasty but the sweet potato fries were nothing to do write home about.

They have specials on different nights, so those would be the nights to actually go there.

We ordered the 3 wise men's dish, which included pork hot links, baby back ribs, and we got 3 sides with that sweet potato fries, Mac and cheese, and Battered corn on the cob. My mom had a refreshing wild berry lemonade, and I had an ice tea. The restaurant was clean, and the rest of the staff was friendly and helpful. The bathrooms could be a little better.

The micheladas are prepared with care. The sweet potato fries are a revelation. The pulled pork nachos are good, bit I feel like they could use some queso sauce. Best place to watch the game.

We got there at 320pm. They weren't busy but it took 30 min to get our food. Server wasn't attentive, and we waited forever just to pay. My food was good, but was luke warm and my wife's chicken sandwich wasn't good and messy to eat. We went out because she was hungry and she was not happy. Ruined our personal time together. Won't go back.

All Kinda good meat to eat here.
Side dishes are crazy good too.
Servers are abundantly friendly and prompt.
Portions are just a little more than some could handle,, but just loosen the belt and first button and you will be ok.

We've always loved the food at Fronks, very good sized portions and delicious. Absolutely Looove the beer battered corn on the cob and the zucchini both with the jalapeno ranch.
The service isn't what it used to be. Once we got our food the server didn't ever come back! No refills of our drinks. I wanted more jalapeno ranch and had to flag down a busser.

Dined on 1/29. Enjoyed the Mac and cheeses we ordered, not so much the burgers. server was nice. we were seated outside closest to patio exit. a fight broke out toward between two restaurant patrons toward the end of our meal with one of the men mentioning something about a gun. we were the table seated closest to them and had our toddler with us. super scary, wasn't even acknowledged by the restaurant whatsoever. Usually in these situations you are checked in with by management or server, not here
