I am so disappointed I ordered a cup from here and even when they charge me as soon. I got to the store they said that they didn’t have it, so why they put it available when it is not in stock. For my reward and money they told I have to call corporation, I don’t even understand why I was supposed to call when the mistake was them. Never coming back to This location going back to the one Artesia.

I was there to get coffee, but the nice server there seeing how stressed i was asked if i wanted water also, i found that really thoughtful. Thank you for the little things that go a long way to putting smiles on your customers faces.

It’s Friday and got excited to have a drink from Starbucks. I ordered black tea lemonade with light ice and drove out to my place of work. The service is quick - no question about that but to my dismay, the drink tasted like water - no tea or lemonade - completely a water down drink! I called immediately after parking and the shift manager, Efren, volunteered to replace my drink. I just want my money’s worth of drink. I know that it is a busy place and time but I hope they pay attention to the drink they are preparing. The customers are also hustling to go to work and need a good drink to complete a weekdays of work!

Cool crew lead by manager David. It's a typical Starbucks with a drive thru. The parking could be tricky as it has a narrow driveway and with Wingstop and 1 of the busiest atms I've ever seen can get tight quick. Along with David a his team,the other thing that separates this location is their awareness and openness to all people and walks of life. I was there to work,but noticed the pride decorations and little placards of persons who helped the pride peoples advancements. Sorry anyone offended I'm not sure how to state things without offending the community. I do mean all of this with true respect. Now,go get some coffee b!+ches!!!✌️

I have frequented the drive-thru of this Starbucks many of times on the way to work. Once you get in the line it's pretty quick. However, this is a very small parking lot and very hard to navigate and if there is a crowd. Good luck. My order and food is always excellent from this location though and they're so friendly.

Nice enough people at this Bellflower Starbucks. Location is a little dated in terms of the design, small parking lot. Major issue here is that they were out of every breakfast item except butter croissants, which, I'm sorry, is not what I want from a Starbucks at any time.

Another day and another mess up from Starbucks. It doesn't matter how many times you verify with them saying "HOT WHITE CHOCOLATE" they still give you "HOT WHITE CHOCOLATE MOCHA"

@Starbucks can you explain to me HOW "hot white chocolate" sounds like "hot white chocolate MOCHA" because I know the difference, there's MOCHA in the order which I don't want!! I've worked at Starbucks in the past and I understand how Starbucks is all about "partners" and making sure that it creates a safe "THIRD PLACE VIBE" when in reality its all about the money and recycling staff while paying them the minimum wage.
@Starbucks please give the staff a raise so they can actually do the right job and be happy doing it.

VERY, VERY, VERY BUSY STORE! It's almost always backed up with people. If you go, expect to wait between 15-30 minutes. Otherwise, the staff there are pretty patient and nice considering everything they have to contend with. Also, the store is one of the few large ones left, making it a good place to meet with friends, clients or co-workers for coffee and conversation. Note: Parking can be limited during peak times.

1st off, Starbucks and I were born in the same day. We turned 50 last Wednesday 😁😁. Can't believe I made it. There are 3 Starbucks in Bellflower. I love them all. Not my favorite Starbucks. The good: The staff is very friendly and attentive. The bad: The drink bar where you pick up your drinks was pretty dirty. There were discarded drink cups and lots of split coffee. My drink was ok. They got my order right but my got coffee was pretty Luke warm. I would say if your desperate it works but it wouldn't be my choice for everyday.

what can i say it's another Starbucks. where the coffee is more expensive than premium gasoline. the service was good, better be for what I'm paying...
My only thing about this location was it had a very small parking lot. and there are other business at this location that share the parking lot. I don't think the property owner thought this one through when he had the construction done.
