I love this place. It's well stocked and has great and helpful employees to assist you. I'm leaving a one star review because of whom I assume is the manager of the store. I asked an employee about stock of a product, to which she happily inquired. Then the manager proceeded to yell at her in a very demeaning and condescending tone in front of myself and a full line of customers. All of us felt incredibly bad and embarrassed at the sheer rudeness of this man to an employee who is literally only doing their job. We all spoke about how unprofessional it was an one lady even left. Very uncomfortable experience and I won't be coming back here If that's how this store treats good employees.

There be 3-4 workers in store and one register open with a extremely long a** line that goes through the middle of the store/aisle. The other employees seeing the long line don’t even bother to help out atleast for 5-10mins, to get the line down. And the store managers gets called to the front and takes decades to hop on register. By the time he opens up between customers he’s getting out of the register and doing other things. Like sir stay on the register and finish up the line. Why bother opening up at that point if you’re going to take 20mins to help out every 5 customers 🙄.
They have what you need though. Not everything because it’s a pretty small dollar tree but a decent amount of things.

So very disgusting by the actions of whom they call their store manager. That man is a complete disgrace! Has followed/chased me in from the parking accusing me of stealing from this location the day prior when I was never there. And then just the other day, I was there and the next person in line. That “store manager”, the lack of one really, was also cashiering that day, and had stepped away from his register and took my items off the conveyor belt. I swatted my stuff from his hands and told him to never touch my stuff again. That man is a disgrace and needs to be reprimanded. I smell lawsuit in the air.

I’m on writing this review to give a shout out to Romelia. She was the cashier at this particular location, and she was displayed great customer service. The line was long and she was the only cashier, other associates were stocking (I seen them) the manager was in the corner office on the phone LOUD. She asked him 4 times for assistance. 4 TIMES! And he kept advising her to hold on, no sense of urgency. Then she finally asked should she call for assistance herself, he yells no. I heard it, the line heard it. The lady before me did a transaction w/ cash I’m not entirely sure what the reason was but she needed change afterwards and Romelia kept telling her I apologize my manager is coming to open the register. But as we all seen he NEVER came. In fact Romelia even went to get own purse to try and get her change (above and beyond, she shouldn’t have to do that! The manager should be supporting his/her team!) the customer didn’t want her to get introuble and said forget it and just left. I’ll probably never shop at this location again, it was unorganized, and obvious the management needs work but again Thank You Romelia! You’re amazing. The world needs more customer service driven people like you!

9/04/22 it was 100 degrees in bellflower, and the store AC it was off, it was horrible inside for a customer, so imagine the employers, I saw a couple of customers asking the manager about turning on the AC, and he ignored them, the cashier said “we ask him already, but he doesn’t want to do it” I feel bad it was horrible, so I try too to talk to him, and he walk away, really bad manager for the employers work condition

You would think they'd have a designated person for balloons since this is graduation month.

While it's not truly "Dollar" Tree anymore, in the current inflated market, they often definitely beat the grocery stores!

This piticular Dollar has worse service than most. I only come here if I am in a real rush. You will almost never find more than one line open even if the line goes 20 people deep. Manager will take a look and go back to talking to another employee or just ignore it and go back to her office. Dollar Tree is not the type of store you can expect good service and return policy is basically (you bought it it's yours) their thinking is what's your problem it's only a dollar

Listen it's a Dollar tree and they're usually understaffed because everything is a dollar and actually as long as you go in there with the mindset understanding that on a budget you can find some great stuff. For Christmas time my mother took Christmas tree clippings and all sorts of stuff from Dollar tree and made swags with my kids and they sold them so they had Christmas money to buy gifts for people. You just have to be patient because although they have amazing things you should go with two people so one of you can wait in line on the rest of you shop because there's usually only one or two checkers. They also have the best glow products you just have to look for them we bought glow footballs and baseballs and bracelets. Just be nice to the poor employees they're doing the best they can!

From the moment I walk into the store I noticed it's far more Superior than other locations I've been to. That being said the customer service was also the best I've ever seen in a Dollar trees since. Not only was I welcome but I was bedazzled to spending more money than I really wanted to but it was worth it. They really gone out of their way to impress me with the quality of customer service you received from this Dollar tree highly recommend it and encourage you to take a look for yourself and witness first hand what it feels like to be a full five star rated company....

This is a decent Dollar Tree. It is conveniently located near other desrinations such as a grocery store !and bank gas station and fast food. Easy to find a place to park. The people's who work there are always in good spirits
They have a decent giftwrap and card collection as well as a good selection of things to organize your stuff with
The toy section seem just okay. The food storage section and cooking utensils is neat fresh and clean with different ranges of quality items. They have lots of paper products and lots of glasses and stemware. Their food/grocery section is okay with no produce. I dont shop here very often but when i do I'm never regretting my decision to do so.

This location keeps a great variety of items but I do often find that items are strewn about or often in the wrong place. Honestly with this crisis and with so many people going in and out I dont hold that against them. However it should be noted that during my visit wearing my mask it was increasingly obvious they didnt have the a.c. on and the heat collected in that space was so stifling I had to leave. Ordinarily the lack of ac would not be an issue but wearing my mask I was very acutely effected. They close at 8 now so prepare for that when you visit. The staff is always very friendly though.

I went to the store really fast and did not check my receipt until the next day, and I found out that I was charged $3.00 extra, manager did not want to credit me for the extra charges. My fault for not checking my receipts right away. My advice to you is to check your receipt before you leave the store.

Two younger girls didn’t help at all had one guy working the register making him do everything while there was a long line, shelves we’re really unorganized and many products were damaged. The way one of the girls spoke to the only guy working the register was rude . Felt bad for him.

The two young girls working were antisocial. No greeting entering or exciting. When she totaled out my sale and just looked at me. I returned the look waiting for her to give me the total. She never did. The store... merchandise was opened, out of place, and trash on the shelves not to mention items were out of stock.

Very busy store and I believe it's understaffed because the aisles seemed very sloppy and picked over in particular the Christmas items. I don't think the staff can keep up with the traffic.
