I went this afternoon 08.29.24 to this pharmacy for Covid vaccine. The staff was impressive. There was a long line, obviously because the covid vaccine just came in a few days. Of course, there is the appointment process but still, many were waiting.
I was first entertained by Maritza (I asked for their names, after the fact). She was very patient, smiling and efficient. Then I was passed on to Daisy who took my info. Meanwhile the pharmacist herself, Luwanda, got involved to clarify some questions. What impressed me was their teamwork. And their patience, all 3 multitasking.
While Daisy was working on my papers I asked her to work on my wife's who was coming in at 7:10 after work. I didn't want her to wait long with her info or paper work being processed. I knew she would be tired. Daisy willingly obliged and Maritza or Luwanda assisting.
When finally, it was time for my shot Luwanda did it - no pain. And engaged in slight conversation. I asked her about possible reaction because we were traveling in a few days. She courteously asked about the countries, because she was not familiar. In other words, she was being a friend, maintaining her professionalism.
Great experience, today.

And, this specific medication is for Muscle Spasms!… I need it!… My Spasms are like being kicked!… And it always happens when I’m Sleeping or Trying too… 😖

The pharmacy area is soooooo slow, why do they send a text that my meds are ready, I show up and it’s not ready…always the same issue here, every darn month ! I shouldn’t spend 30+ minutes here to pick up meds that I’ve been informed are ready. Hire more competent people pleaseeee!

Great people that work there. Very helpful. When we had some issues with our pictures they fixed it right away and gave us a discount. There is a female there with different color hair all the time. She is one of my favorite people there. So nice and super friendly.

I have been to this Walgreens twice and so far it meets my needs. The people at the pharmacy are very nice and they really help you. I come here to have my prescriptions filled and pick it up. It's very large store and everytime that I come here it's always clean and neat.

Had to come here 6 times for the pharmacy and they always have an issue. They don’t have it, it’ll be here tmrw, or we only have have some of the amount. Go to another location and save yourself some trouble!

If they had a zero stars I would leave it. Worst customer service I have ever received. So, I walk in to do a Fed Ex Return right now and the girl behind the counter doesn't say hello, can I help you, NOTHING. So I sit there and I wait. She finally comes back around after passing by me 3 times with NO ONE in the store, and says "Are you returning?"
(In my head) ...... I am standing here with two boxes in my hand with a fake smile on my face waiting for you while you were doing NOTHING important. I say" Yes." She flips the boxes on all sides and says I need a return label. I say NO I DONT it says right here on my phone that I do NOT . All I have to do is bring the boxes in and have you guys scan the QR code. She was about to argue with me when ANOTHER rude girl walks up and says to the first girl, she has to log into something first then it will print the label. So only 1 label prints. I have two boxes that came together. So they proceed to tell me I need to go buy or find another box that the other 2 boxes can fit in. I am like really????? I say" well, why cant you guys just TAPE the boxes together? they are small and lightweight." She says there is NOTHING we can do. I say " I have some duct tape in the back of my car. LET ME go get it which I am SURE you have some right behind your counter as this IS A FRIGGN FED EX handling facility!!" BUT LET ME...... I came back in, taped the boxes together and left. BOTH of those girls need a training in customer service. I hope I don't ever have to go back there. I would rather drive 10 miles away than to go back to this location.

Rude staff over the phone. Put me on hold then the same girl answers and puts me on hold again after already been waiting for 15 minutes. Call back then she answers and says no they can't take prescription.

This is not the first time that I come to this location and they don’t have my prints. The first time was a long time ago so I gave it a chance today and it was the same thing. Firstly, it took them forever to have someone at the photo center and then when I said I came to pick up my calendar, I was told they didn’t have it even though I showed them proof of my email and confirmation number. This is BS!

If you enjoy waiting in line please visit the pharmacy. It doesn’t really matter what time you visit you will be waiting. The staff is very friendly but, they can’t handle the business. I’ve been a customer for over a year and I’m not very bright or I would have looked at other options. It’s 4:30 pm on Saturday and there’s close to 20 people in line now.

Worsted service ever. Went to pick up my mail that i put on hold from fedex toke 23 mins just to get helped. Had to push the bell for more then 4 times and ended up going to the cashier and asking him for help. After 20 mins two lady came out which looked like they were both holding hands in the back of the photo room. Good job walgreens. Should give these too ladys employee of the year.

I visited the Walgreens on 5829 Lakewood Blvd, Lakewood, CA 90712. When I got there the lanes was blocked because they were mopping which is understandable. So I asked one of the workers could they give me some children's medicine because my 7yr old had a fever they told me they couldn't. Why is s drug store open 24 hrs if they aren't able to help in a serious time of need. I will no longer be visiting this Walgreens and also Walgreens as a whole if I can avoid it. If I could give no stars I would

Horrible customer service there’s never anyone to give you your pictures! Came in today to pick up my order the manager was just there looking for something while he’s on his walki talki calling someone to come help ! I just walked out and left my huge order of pictures there going to a new Walgreens !

No longer a 24 hour pharmacy, this is only reason I went to this location now I will have to switch my pharmacy. The lines were to long as well and now with the shorter hours they are 10x worse.

I have been going to this store for over 35 yrs in total I can say it has been a pretty nice store to visit there very helpful an for the most part courtious. Everyone will have there bad days but for over all rating this has been a pretty assume store same goes for the pharmacy great an helpful people thanks Wallgreens our the best love u pharmacy

That old Filipina cashier I encounter today at around 2:30 PM in the beauty department is so snutty that even before I handed out my coupons to buy rimmel beauty product she already said I cant use coupon. she deserves have an in depth training when it comes to good customer service. If I am her manager I would have fired her.
