This was my 4th Gamestop visit looking for a key chain. Tony went above and beyond, this kind of customer support is what's need in every Gamestop location. He found the item I was looking for at another location, meaning he checked the quantity for that item at differentnearby store and called them to verify. He did that without me asking. This place is the best! As soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked if I needed help finding anything. I was on a mission to go in and out of there fast so this was a nice surprise. The gentleman that was helping me out found what I was looking for fast! From now on this is the only location I will come to as long as Javier is here. He answered the few questions I had and had the game I needed! Thank you Javier!

They NVR pick up there phones and they are rude the chik there have clue what there talking about. I was in there the other day and watch a chick that work there sit on the stool and play on the her phone while the store phone was ringing they should not hire chicks there none of the chick there knows about any of the games I always gotta call Cerritos games stop they always pick up the phone and very nice and AWAYS HELP ME

Quando entrei, obviamente as estantes do meio estavam vazias e as prateleiras nas paredes tinham bastante jogos ainda e vários com adesivo sale porém o preço era o preço normal de 69 para jogos de ps5 por exemplo.

Don't ever preorder from these guys. They will screw you over and not have the game. They will not order it for you, they will keep your cash and only offer you a store credit. No one here attempts to help or even act like they care.

Gamestop, you know I love you. But maybe it's time to lower those prices? While it's game selection is fantastic. The prices are pretty expensive, not even for the games themselves but even accessories. Big and small. Game Stop is definitely amazing in every other perspective

People who leave reviews are probably friends cause the manager really sucks one day he tells me i cant resale a new game for store credit only used. The following month he says i cant resale a used game only new for store credit. He sucks lol rest of the staff is cool though.
