Nice, clean, green location in Beverly Hills. Bathrooms are also clean. The lady who made my salad was nice. I walked in and was greeted with a lot of welcomes by the employees. I love how they had outdoor seating against the front of the shop — bummer it was too cold to sit outside! There was plenty of indoor seating though and there were even outlets to plug in a laptop. Good place to get some journaling or work done, it was also a spacious shop. I got the harvest bowl with modification — took out the cheese and almonds and dressing. They gave me a TON of kale so it didn’t feel like cop out. It was a tasty bowl, but definitely feels a bit pricey. Would come back though

As a Greek, finding truly healthy and satisfying food options in the U.S. can be a bit of a challenge. But this salad bar was absolutely amazing! I loved it—the salads were fresh, delicious, and served in generous portions. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a healthy, flavorful meal!

At Bev Hills location/ really enjoyed my salad and came back the very next day to get another salad. Ashley happened to be here both shifts and we were so glad to see her. Great customer service, friendly and helpful. Great job. +great hummus.

The food is generally very tasty. The portions are a little bit on the smaller side considering the higher price. But still very good and healthier than most other places. Their customer service text line is super friendly, helpful and kind. They are not always immediately available but once they are, they are very thorough in their response and super eager to be of help and solve any issues. Very grateful to them. Their Beverly Hills location is good but their general customer service is definitely one of the best and top quality in their customer care and for that reason, I will continue to order from this restaurant chain. 🙏🏻

I'm a Sweetgreen fan and have visited about 6 locations in the LA area, 1 in Boston and 1 in NYC. I have the app and can pay with my phone. This was my first time at the Beverly Hills location. I love it. I normally order pick up, but this time I ordered w/ a team member. He was kind, very patient as I made choices and balanced the mobile orders and customers well.

I liked the music and interior. I especially enjoyed the outdoor bench seating. I went in the evening on a Friday after most of the businesses closed, so it wasn't very busy. It was fun to enjoy a healthy meal and people watch.

Glad to find a new location I like. I'm not a fan of the 3rd street location from an incident a few years ago. I gave it a few chances, but primarily stick to the LaBrea location the most. I will now add Beverly Hills to my favorite list.

Ashley, Erica and Calvin are awesome at this location! Calvin was nice to chat with he was attentive and interested in how my day was going. Love sweet green the healthy food and free WiFi. The music here is excellent! I love working here with my laptop. I enjoy coming here for a wholesome quick meal that is tasty and fresh.

I felt compelled to write this review in regard to horrific customer service/experience. Back in May I placed an online order for what I thought was delivery as I was sick at home. Upon receiving the confirmation I realized that the order was actually placed for pick up. Being sick and unable to physically go to the restaurant I immediately tried canceling the order only to be sent a message saying it was too late. The cancellation was sent within no more than 2 minutes. Believing that if I put in another order for delivery it would cancel out the first order. I was indeed charged for both (close to $80.00) so I disputed the first order with my bank. After researching the claim I was notified today by the bank that Sweetgreens is claiming that based on food waste they had to charge me for the order placed in error. Based on pure principal and knowing what great customer service should be, my wife and I will NEVER EVER give our business to this company again.

Exceeding my expectations - Michelle.

I just changed my review, from 1 (-10 is what they deserved) to a 5 star now. My reviews are not based on a 1 time visit, they are based on an average of 30 visits or more.

In this case, 3 months, basically daily. I changed ny review mainly because of one employee, Michelle. She has always been great, fantastic. Consistently very friendly, efficient, competent and on top.

I gave it a try again after 3 months after not going there anymore. And now the store has improved a lot.

There is a new manager now too, Ben is his name. Very friendly, very competent. Because of him, I also see how much more seriously the employees take their job, and are now friendlier too, and the place is "much" cleaner with a better vibe.

So happy my favorite store is back and on the up again. It took a lot for me to go back. That's definitely thanks to Michelle for me personally, for making my orders the way she did every day.

When this place opened, it was great. I came everey day single day for 2 months. It was great.

Then management changed I believe, definitely a few of the great employees left and then it was a different store. It was awful. This last summer and fall. This was my previous review. I gave it a 1, because a -10 was not available.

EVERY SONGLE TIME I get upset. Now I'm done. Not returning. The staff is SO RUDE, mean, careless and lazy. At times even provocative. And they ignore you. Especially if youre nice. The worst staff. Unbelievable. VERY POOR manager with hiring and training. The place is disgusting too!!!! There is never one single spot cleaned up, food and trash on the floor and it stays that way for hours. I've bene bringing clients, friends and new business people and it just embarrassing, from the service to the place. I even have to make up excuses for why the place is so awful. That's it. Not coming here anymore for a few months.

They don't care!! Sunday, ordered a salad with the app. 40 minutes after it still wasn't ready. The place, 3 people in there. It's always the same person who doesn't care and is rude, every time I get a salade from her. You always get upset when you go to this place. And the way she puts it together is awful. Place went downhill. Now I'm done. I will not go back to this place.

This place changed in an unbelievable way in just 8 months
What a disappointment. It used to be great, very clean, very nice, responsive amd competent staff. My daily place to go.

Now, what a change. I went one time, I could not believe it. Then I went a week later, and again the same. The place is so dirty, a mess everywhere, VERY unfriendly, careless staff, I was the only one there, no wonder, and I was waiting for over 5 minutes, nobody came, they looked at me amd purposely made me wait, one girl past by me 4 times, didn't say anything, until I then said something and then someone came. And the service, terrible. Every single person. 5 people I saw were like that. Both times.

Very disappointing. From my daily (7days) goto place, now I will never go back again. And clearly I'm not the only one, both times it was empty.

It's a dirty, messy, and unfriendly place, even the food is not the same, you can tell salads are not washed properly. And even the blackened chicken came out cold! Smd staff that does not care, at all.

Go to Erewhon, half a block up the street, they are packed. And for a reason.

If you like clean eating , organic freshness stop on in ! The menu is healthy eating for sure , but it's still tasty and flavorful. I enjoyed the different variety and mixture of fresh produce , which is all from local farmers .

I'm just a DoorDash driver trying to earn money to put food on the table. Unfortunately, I received a $93 ticket because of the employees at a Sweetgreen restaurant. I know it's my responsibility, but it's really hard to earn $93 on DoorDash. I have to work the whole day just to pay the ticket.

Here's what happened: When I arrived at the Sweetgreen, one employee was making food for customers. Then another employee came over to check the machine with online orders, and he found that there were 3 orders missing, including mine. I waited for him for 7 minutes while he checked the machine. He asked me to wait and I sat at a table. Then he started to prepare the 3 orders, which took another 16 minutes just for my one salad.

I'm a hard worker, just like the employees inside the restaurant. I have bills to pay, but my job depends on working efficiently and on time. I couldn't park my car somewhere else because this place doesn't have normal street parking. Let's respect each other's jobs and work together to make progress. I'm just really frustrated right now. Thank you

Locale pulito,spazioso, luminoso, accogliente. Ma soprattutto CIBO BUONISSIMO!! Una tappa green che fa solo bene. Un’insalata ricca di proteine e cereali. O come la vuoi fare..davvero buona!! Prezzi super abbordabili. Buon appetito.
